I wanted someone who was central to all of LAW federation and I felt like that concept of Qualitar kind of worked. I do use him for my legends fed and hes kind of the "master of ceremonies" for most of my programming.
Just kind of worked.

 This is what I use for booking in my LEGENDS OF AVALON WRESTLING (LAW) Federation. In all three incarnations of my wrestling federation story I have always run 10 segments/blocks a year (10 super cards with 40 regular cards for 50 total events a year). I usually try to theme events, so for example one of my big events in the summer has been BRAWL AT THE BEACH. This event may take place in Cancun Mexico with the four shows leading up to it taking place in like Miami, Houston,etc. Each regular card features one match from each division (3 singles, 1 tag team and 1 ladies) so with a roster of 40 superstars and 8 ladies this means EVERYONE gets to fight in these four shows leading up to a supercard. The main event of every card despite what it is is a champion in a non title or a title match, with title matches taking precedent over non title matches. This incarnation of my fed I am playing with the "to be the man you have to beat the man" rule, which means you have to beat the champion in a non title match to get a title match. In between the four regular cards, Qualitar hosts the "MARTIAL LAW" show which is an interview show using his card for reference. Sometimes a fight breaks out on set and even leads to a match right then and there (this show filmed in front of a live studio audience in the CBN studios). Qualitar also hosts the "ABOVE THE LAW" podcast which kind of runs in my head during the day when Im bored at work or driving home. Its kind of like ESPN's pardon the interuption but for my federation. SUPERCARDS feature all five champions fighting, again in either non title or title matches. Five of the ten supercards are specialty events (Megatournament, Luck of the Draw, Brawl at the Beach, Championship Devastation and Death Before Dishonor) in those cases its the title matches and the specialty match with the exception of MegaTournament where the title matches are part of the tournament. If not a specialty I take my favorite five matches from the four cards leading up to the supercard and have them fight again, sometimes with a special stipulation.

I made the Galaxian title into something special. Because of that, i consider my work with the Galaxian Championship finished and I will not be invoking my rematch clause. PREDATORS via submission when Kenji locked Wolf in the KIMURA - ** - Wolf had been wearing down Faller but after a tag, Kenji came in and found the legend’s weak spots and finally made him tap out! Titans get some much needed SUDDEN DEATH points here. REMATCH
Ghena d. Blue Dazzler via DQ when Blue Dazzler blinded his opponent and then there a chair at him outside the ring - **1/2 - A rematch between two, seemingly good guys, ends in another DQ! There is some ill will forming between these two for sure. REMATCH

THEATRE OF WAR via pinfall when Code Destroyer levels Murtak with BREAK THE CODE - ** - After their DOUBLE DQ brawl, SECURITY SQUAD (II) makes short work of their opponents here and leaves Murtak crumpled in the ring. Catfight d. Shann-Ra via pinfall after a triple butterfly suplex - ***1/2 - What a match! Both competitors threw everything they had against each other! Catfight gets the victory and some SUDDEN DEATH points for the ANIMEN. GLADIATORS d. VAMPIRE LEGENDS via countout when Fist delivers a sickening piledriver to Coven Black on the concrete outside the ring - * - These two teams have a longstanding, deeply ingrained, feud and it continued here. Eydilon d. Perfect Specimen via pinfall after Levitation - *** - Perfect Specimen’s unstoppable path through KINGDOM wrestler’s end at Eydilon! The Commissioner pulls out a hard hitting win against his hated opponent and stands laughing over him as Lord Nexus tries to claim him from the ring. Sinful had some great offense but Lady Godsend came with one goal in mind, reclaim her title and she did! Picking up some Sudden Death points in the meantime. INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP
Kill Prey d. Shayne via DQ when the ref saw Shayne clobber Kill Prey with a horseshoe - **** - Shayne was having the time of his life in this match staying one step ahead of Kill Prey. He shouted things like “You shoulda never come back!” “Your daddy was pathetic!” as he hit Kill Prey with move after move! The action spilled outside the ring and Fhanna handed Shayne a horseshoe and despite the ref’s warnings, Shayne smashed Kill Prey with it, earning the DQ. Shann-Ra ran to ringside to help Kill Prey to his feat after the match. GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
CASTILEX d. MEAN STREETS via pinfall when Sentinel hits Patch with NIGHTWATCH - ***1/2 - CASTILEX, with the help of Dark Menace (and his stolen technology) dish out a dominant beating to MEAN STREETS, stripping the champs of the titles in their first defense! GODSEND is surely pleased at this outcome! Titles and a bunch of Sudden Death points as well. Dark Menace laughs maniacally as CASTILEX are handed the titles. GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Demon Godsend d. Aethran Overmaster via DQ when Paralyzed slams Demon Godsend from behind with a chair - * - Disappointing Main Event here, but the fans did love seeing the GLADIATORS beating on Demon Godsend as Dark Menace frantically called for security. Security was able to break it up before any apparent damage was done. Aethran Overmaster retains the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP and sends a message to THE KINGDOM. FADE TO BLACK SUDDEN DEATH STANDINGS
