Card 2137.460 - Big Bang from Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos. ENDGAME defeated The Basilisk via DQ when Basilisk began choking Endgame with a chair at ringside. To say Endgame was not prepared for the brutality of The Basilisk is an understatement. The Basilisk tore Endgame to shreds before being disqualified, shocking many fans in attendance. 3 GODSEND used KINGDOM COME to beat Tempest in a Cosmic Cage Match, the rubber match in their series. Tempest seemed completely unprepared for this match as Godsend escaped the cage minutes after the opening bell. 2 BULLDOZE became the new Galaxian Women's Champion defeating Catfight with a sidewalk slam. Incredibly competitive match but Catfight just couldn't stop the onslaught that was Bulldoze. The Gladiators now hold three of the GWF's four titles. 3 SHAYNE retained the Interplanetary Championship when he squashed Tarval the Trapper in a Showdown At Dusk Earth Bullwhip Match with EYE 4 EYE. All the star qualities we've seen from Tarval since The Reckoning were gone here as Shayne absolutely crushed him. SQUASH NOTE: Shayne has held the Interplanetary Championship for a record 53 cards! Many are speculating he's attempting to hold it for at least 75 cards to match his Galaxian Championship reign. It will be exciting to see what happens in 2138.MEAN STREETS get a DQ victory over Galaxian Tag Team Championship The Gladiators when Paralyze storms the ring and hits Patch with a HEART STOPPER to break up a pin attempt. The Gladiators retain the titles. Sly Drury, who was at ringside, was furious! Dark Menace told him, "If you value your alliance with The Gladiators you will let this lie." It didn't look like Sly Drury would. 2 In the Main Event, Exo-King beat Galaxian Champion Aethran Overmaster via DQ when a frustrated Overmaster smashed his opponent with his war helmet. As Commissioner, Massif demanded the match be restarted. Dark Menace said Overmaster, who had to be supported by Siege and Fist after the bell, had fulfilled his contactual obligations as champion. The Gladiators teleported from the ring leaving Eco-King and Massif fuming to end the year. 5 2137 FIN |

We have some of the same champions as Shayne is also my current InterPlanetary Champion and Siege and Fist are also my current tag team champions. I also recently had Aethran Overmaster as my main champion until he dropped the title back to Monolith 2 shows ago at Star Wars. Toasterboy, it sounds like you have now finished 2137? If so, are you planning on mostly playing LOW until 2138 gets released? |

Hope that Shayne pulls off the reign he is shooting for with the IP belt. Some of the greatest reigns in my own fed have been with the IP belt. It is a shame not all wrestlers can give it the respect it deserves.

The show began with Deva welcoming fans to a new era. A new vibe! And to prove it, all members of her team would be in action tonight and to start, she’s giving the ‘GWF’s brightest new star in a long time‘ Istar, a crack at the Interplanetary Championship in his debut match!
She also addressed Aethran Overmaster ‘awarding’ the Galaxian Championship to Apex. ‘That’s not how we do things in the new GWF.’ She announced tonight Apex would wrestle Grand Master and Monolith with a Tirion Triple Threat Match to determine the new Galaxian Champion.
Shayne used EYE 4 EYE to easily dispatch Istar in a pretty quick match To retain the Interplanetary Championship. Istar showed some promise but Shayne is just too good. After the bell, Shayne said to Deva, “I don’t need your spotlight. I am the spotlight.” ★★★
Newcomer ZULFIQAR crushed The Basilisk with CRY “NIKARAK” in minutes. After the match, Zulfiqar left without saying a word. We’ve never seen The Basilisk defeated in such a decisive manner. SQUASH
GLADIATORS (Siege & Fist) retained the Galaxian Tag Team Championship in an incredibly dominant match against the debuting Total Power. Fist and Siege used quick tags to keep Mr. Everything from his corner and Siege put him away with a Tombstone Piledriver. Titan Power never set foot in the ring. SQUASH
STORM continued the show of domination for the Gladiators by crushing Lady Grand Master with VICTORY LAP in a quick match. SQUASH
BULLDOZE retained the Galaxian Women's Championship via disqualification when Bloody Marry tried to choke the champ with her veil. The rookie Bloody Marry gave Bulldoze some trouble in this match that saw the action spill all over the ringside area. Deva said Marry would get another chance soon. Perhaps, in a match ‘better suited to her skills.’ ★★★
In the Main Event, a Tirion Triple Threat Match for the Galaxian Championship, Grand Master used HERO’S JOURNEY to defeat Apex and Monolith in a dominant statement. After his victory, the new champion told Gryt, “This is just the first victory on my road to redemption.” ★★★★

Great to see you posting GWF fed results again. Nice start to 2138. Very pleased with Zulfiqar's dominant win. Really like this mysterious character. Shayne sounds like he is not digging this 'New Vibe' one little bit. It was a tough first match for Deva to hand to Istar. Thrown in the deep end I ran a test match between Star (my favorite from the new set) and Shayne (my all time favorite) and Istar won. I knew I had to make it 'official' and give them a real match to start the year. Istar didn'tt do well at all. Still not giving up on him though.  . Thanks for checking it out. |
