There is just something about live play that is best. I don’t know if it’s seeing the cards against the gaming mat as nature intended. Don’t get me wrong I love online, it’s the most regular way I play as it’s easiest and it’s easier to see the rolls etc when you do it via online but with the dice and cards it seems pure. Am just grateful that your playing both ways, best of both worlds!

Am just grateful that your playing both ways, best of both worlds! Thanks. I have a very sacred thing about COTG and playing cards and dice. Not sure I could explain it fully but, even though I have played my GWF fed online, it just doesn’t feel right. So this year I think I’m playing fully cards and dice. May not film every card but I’ll film a lot of them and get them in the channel over time. More to come! thanks!

Card 2138.472 from Aethra War Dome, Aethra. March 22, 2138
There has always been the threat of riots on Aethra. It's a way of life on the planet. Whenever the GWF would run shows on the planet in the past, the threat of riot was always imminent, especially if things didn't go the way of the Aethrans wrestling on the card.
Deva has promised a solution to this problem. A clear but physically impermeable force field surrounding the ring and ringside area. Participants would be beamed directly to the ring, wrestle and then be beamed away after the match to locations unknown for safe transport off the planet. The Aethrans, of course, refused to be beamed to or from the ring. They insisted on walking in order to , "Prove their honor."
Aethran Overmaster made a rare appearance, watching the show from an ornate throne to the south of the ring. He was heavily guarded by soldiers.
Bulldoze walked to the ring first to a chorus of boos. Many Aethrans feel her performance of late has been a disgrace. This is a MUST win for her.
Elina catches Bulldoze with a tornado DDT to pick up a quick win - ★ - Knowing the danger, Elina teleported immediately from ringside. Bulldoze walked form the ring with her head high, attempting to ignore the vile, horrible comments thrown her way by the rabid Aethran crowd. She was spit on, had drinks thrown on her, and was pelted with garbage. Aethran Overmaster was incredibly displeased.
Castilex beat Sovereign in their debut when Sentinel covered Exo-King II after NIGHTWATCH - ★★ - The Aethran crowd jeered both teams, cheering only when a brawl between all four men broke out afterwards. Vizir the Elder challenged Sovereign to a rematch and Massif accepted.
HelSin beat an Aethran Soldier via DQ when the Gladiators, Apex, Siege and Fist, interfered and began a beatdown of HelSin - ★★ - Things weren't looking good for the Soldier. Aethran Overmaster gave a signal and the Gladiators charged the ring. The crowd loved it. After the bell, and HelSin was beamed away, Apex, Siege and Fist began a beatdown to the Aethran Soldier for this performance. The crowd loved this even more.
The Aethran's revelry was short lived when Lady Grand Master bested Storm after a somersault senton after Massif tripped Storm - ★★★★ - The Aethran fans were irate! Especially since Massif, someone who has had a long history fighting Aethrans, got involved. Since this was a Gladiators vs. Liberators match, managers were allowed at ringside and The Dark Menace got involved at one point, most likely what spurred Massif's involvement.
In a Non-Title Special attraction booked last minute by Deva, Havoc shocked the galaxy by pinning Galaxian Champion Monolith after TYRANT NIGHTMARE - ★★★★ - Some speculate Deva booked this match just to antagonize the Aethran crowd and create more controversy. If so, it worked. Havoc winning enraged the crowd and Havoc and Massif beamed away from the ring the moment the bell rung. Monolith and Vizir followed shortly after.
In the Main Event, Perfect Specimen & Titan Samurai beat Apex and Gladiators (Siege & Fist) in wild and bloody Aethran Ultimate Escape Match - ★★★★★ - The win here means that Titan Samurai will get another shot at the Galaxian Tag Team Championship.
Order of Escapes - Apex escaped after leveling Kenji with APEX OF GLORY - Siege escaped next using AETHRAN CRIPPLER on Azuma - This left Fist alone as the sole Aethran - Perfect Specimen escaped after hitting Fist with PINNACLE OF SUCCESS - Kenji barely escaped after knocking Fist down with a round house kick - Azuma escaped after crushing Fist with a sidewalk slam to win the match for The Titans
This evening was a total disaster for the The Aethrans. The Titans, wisely, beamed away the moment they each escaped. As soon as the bell wrung, all GWF personnel were beamed away from the arena. This included the operators of the force field surrounding the ring. As the cameras went off the air, the angry crowd was storming the ringside area as Apex, Siege rushed into the cage to join Fist and keep away from the rushing throng.

This card was so fun to play out and it got more and more fun as it went on. I almost wish I would have filmed it for the YouTube Channel but some of the best events live solely in my head. Man, where to the Gladiators go from here?!

Disaster for the Gladiators. Will be cool to see how they react They'll either have to go into hiding for a bit or come out strong and destroy everyone. If they choose the later, and fail, it'll be even worse for them. Thanks for checking it out.

If they choose the later, and fail, it'll be even worse for them. Thanks for checking it out. I like when serious ramifications, consequences and rewards come with big wins and losses in feds. Shows you are truly letting the dice book stuff. The fate of the Gladiators hangs in the balance, and how the react to recent defeats will determine their future. Good stuff.

Card 2138.473 from Nereid Starplex, Neptune. March 29, 2138
In addition to a great night of action, the entire galaxy has been buzzing with the news that after the events on Card 472, The Dark Menace has apparently left the Gladiators! The show began with a brief clip of the statement The Dark Menace had sent to the press.
Dark Menace: It has become increasingly clear that the Gladiators are no longer capable of achieving our mutual goals. I have already begun looking for a new team and will debut them soon.
In our opener, Scorn used a sleeper suplex to beat Kralla - ★ - A win for Scorn but she’s still spinning her wheels aimlessly in the GWF. Many speculate she may not be long for the fed.
Death Knight II had a little trouble but was finally able to dispatch Murtak with I STRIKE FOR FREEDOM - ★ - During this match, Vizir the Elder was seen watching the action. He’s been vocal about Death Knight II renouncing his ‘fake name’ and joining The Foundation. So far, Death Knight has made no comment on this offer.
Demon Godsend made short work of Faller, pinning him with COVER OF DARKNESS - ★ - When interviewed by Gryt after the match, Demon Godsend commented, ”To prove I no longer need Godsend or Gran Master or whatever he is to be called, I will win the Interplanetary Championship!”
FDF Tradition was able to easily handle The Natives when Tank covered Krud after FDF TRADITION - ★ - As FDF Tradition waved to the crowd after the match, the ring was suddenly surrounded by fire! It turned out to just be a holographic projection but the source is still unknown.
Tharkas came out to be interviewed by Deva on The Spotlight. He ranted and raved about The Conquerers plans to dominate the GWF and made special mention of the ‘slippery, disgusting’ Tempest who had exiled Epoch. He vowed revenge! Tempest came out to object and a brawl broke out! Once security settled things, Deva announced a special match on Card 474, a Titan Death Match between Tharkas and Tempst. If Tharkas wins, Epoch may return from his exile immediately and Tempest would have to face Tharkas and Epoch in a handicapped match. If Tempest wins, not only would Tharkas be Exiled for 5 Cards, 5 additional cards would be added to Epoch’s Exile. Tempest agreed immediately. Tharkas contemplated for a few minutes but then agreed!
In the Main Event, Saber beat Istar via pinfall with several SABER CHOPs in a row - ★★ - After the match, Saber continued to chop Istar bringing out Titan Power. This brought out Tharkas and all four men brawled.
Deva ended the show booking a tag match for Card 474! Titan Power & Istar vs. Tharkas & Saber! When Tharkas argued he already had a match booked, Deva told him he’d have to pull double duty! Tharkas stomped around the ring as the show went off the air.
