A good number of LOW guys were in PNW. A lot came and went but other ones that were prominent were Jimmy Snuka, Red Bastien, the Sheepherders, Tom Pritchard. I am really happy about the addition of The Grappler (Len Denton), I enjoyed seeing him in Southwest Championship Wrestling and Mid-South not to mention PNW. All of this PNW talk has me wanting to add a northwest territory to my fed. I may have to borrow this idea

Getting really pedantic here, but I don't think the PNW Avalanche was News. I believe it was the same guy who wrestled in the USWA as Melvin Penrod, Jr.
News was American Avalanche in Europe and other places.

You'll find a lot of sources that will say PN News was the PNW Avalanche.

Iron Mike Dibiase, Nick Bockwinkel, The Destroyer, Don Leo Jonathan, Mr. Fuji, and Curt Hennig are others in Legends who have had runs in the Pacific Northwest

I remember Larry "the Axe" Hennig also appeared in PNW and (although their reign was really short) he and Curt Hennig were briefly the PNW tag team champions.
Growing up in Seattle, I attended a number of PNW shows both in Seattle and in Portland and I remember seeing The Grappler wrestle there so I was really happy to hear that Toasterboy signed him to the game. The news brought back some good memories for me.
Of all the wrestling shows I attended in the 1980s, my personal favorite was an August 1988 show jointly produced by Crockett's NWA and Don Owens' PNW as part of that summer's Great American Bash tour (the first time I ever got to see wrestlers such as the Road Warriors, Sting, Nikita Koloff, and the Four Horsemen live) with several PNW matches opening the show which had a war games match main event. The Grappler on that show wrestled Mike Golden.

I'm really anxious to see the stats for these guys and to find out who the mystery wrestlers are.
