CZW Tangled Web October 17, 2015 Flyers Skate Zone, Vorhees NJ
Welcome to Tangled Web! Tonight will be a great night of action. DJ Hyde will finally get rid of that idiot Greg Excellent, and new champions will be crowned. Lets get to the action!
MJF vs AR Fox This was a pretty one sided opener. MJF took it to Fox the entire match. Fox tried everything he could to get back in the match but MJF would not allow him to do so. MJF then made a critical mistake when he tried a sunset flip on Fox. Fox looked down at MJF smiled and sat down cradling his legs and the ref made the three count before MJF could kick out!
Drunken Scaffold Match Greg Excellent vs Danny Havoc Wow this was the ugliest match in CZW history! Neither man got drunk but it was still a quick match. Excellent took it to Havoc in the ring for a hot minute before both climbed up the scaffold. On top Danny got the advantage before tossing the enormous body of Excellent off and back into the ring. Havoc then saluted the crowd with a shot and jumped off with a flying clothesline. Havoc was in control after that since simple Greg was knocked loopy from both the fall and clothesline. However both men managed to get back up the scaffold where again Havoc had the advantage. Havoc took another shot before blasting Excellent with GENERAL ORDER 24. Poor Greg bounced off the scaffold and plummeted to the mat below. With Greg not moving Havoc climbed down and made the cover getting the easy three count.
CZW Tag Team Title Match Switchblade Conspiracy vs The Juicy Product(c) Now this was a hard hitting match! Moxley and Callihan were looking to finally win the titles that have eluded them forever. Dunn and Starr were looking to remain champions. Callihan and Starr started off and Sami went on the attack straight away. David was on the defense right from the beginning and had no answer for Sami. Then Jon got in the match and Starr made a mini comeback before tagging in Dunn. JT did what he could to counter Moxley but Jon was too much for him. In short order Moxley was all over Dunn and planted him into the mat with a vicious piledriver that looked really bad. Dunn did not seem to be moving and Moxley quickly went for the cover getting the three in short order. (Dunn rolled snake eyes.)
NEW CZW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: SWITCHBLADE CONSPIRACY
CZW Wired Title Match Joey Janela vs Tim Donst(c) Joey tried everything in his arsenal to get the title from Donst. But Tim would not go down so easily. Janela started off taking the fight to Donst but Tim got back in the swing of things quickly, and Joey was on the receiving end of a beating after that. Tim would hit multiple SDTs and Joey would still kick out. Now frustrated with Joey not staying down, Donst once more lifted Janela off the mat and really drilled him with one final SDT to get the decisive win.
Pepper Parks w/Cherry Bomb vs Rickey Shane Page Now this was a great match. Both Parks and Page just beat the ever loving crap out of each other and enjoyed every second of it. No titles on the line just two guys wanting to prove who was better. Of course Cherry Bomb had to get involved because Parks is her man and all. Page did not let that stop him however, as he took the fight to Pepper and vis versa. Eventually in the end Parks was too much for Page and one well placed PEPPER SHAKER NECK BREAKER was the end for Page.
CZW Heavyweight Title Match Drew Gulak w/Kimber Lee vs Necro Butcher(c) Gulak wanted to finally win back the title and be well on his way to cleaning up the ultraviolence of the Combat Zone. Necro was in no mood to play games with Drew though and took the fight to him right away. Gulak did his best however to stay in the match and have the full use of enforced rules to his advantage. Quite a few times Butcher was almost disqualified but he avoided it. Gulak became frustrated that he was losing and resorted to his cheating ways to get back on track. Finally Necro had enough of that and just went on a tear. Kimber could do nothing but watch in horror as Necro picked Gulak apart. Butcher than delivered a nice CHOOSE DEATH on Gulak that once again almost had him DQed, but the ref seemed to ignore it and Necro got the three count retaining his title.
Thank you for joining us, we will see you next month for Wired TV!
