Honestly, I believe you could run it anytime although why you'd do it on offense (unless your opponent is particularly difficult) makes little sense especially as you only get one.

Regarding Defender of the Realm's (2097) Hellfire reversal mechanic: how does the DQ roll factor in? Does Bishop Hell roll DQ before the reversal check, or if Defender reverses it, does he roll DQ instead?

Me personally, I would only roll it if the move actually went off as planned. |
