PROMOTER LOW Singles Tournament

Hey guys. You wanted it .. you got it.. the top prizes are now open to everyone. Same rules apply..

But with a few additions..

1) If you are a Promoter subscriber.. at the time of the drawing.. you get one extra entry into the drawing.

2) You do not need to play all the rounds to win the prizes.. however.. if you do not play all the rounds.. you will be limited to the following number of entries into the drawing:

1 entry for non-subscribers
2 entries for subscribers

All other rules apply to the amount of entries one receives for each tournament.


3) Should a contest winner be a non-subscriber.. he/she will still be able to create the card.. but will only receive a complimentary card(s) for the contest they had won in.. (if you are one half of the tag-team you will get both cards).


4) All Promoter subscribers, who are current at the time the cards are released, will receive all 3 cards free as part of their subscription. Still a great incentive to get on board the Promoter.


5) To give people more time.. with all these changes.. the deadline for first round submissions will be Oct. 5.. please email at [e-mail].. or submit them to me in a private message on here.

6) Also please include your name.. not screenname.. with your results.. so I can add you to the drawing(s).

7) You are eligible to play in both contest.. but can win only one prize.

This just took a while for me to get through. The next rounds will (obviously) go quicker. I think this is a great idea!

Let me know what cards you do have.. might be able to work out a way for you to participate.. if you can participate.. you may only get one entry.. no promises.. but I want to work it out where everyone has a chance.. if reasonably possible.

Also.. for those that haven't done so.. send me your predictions on who will win.. don't need the winners of each match.. just the winners of the tournaments you play in.. if you pick the winner all the way from the first round .. it's worth an extra entry in the drawing..

Round 2 will be announced on here as early as late tonight but no later than 6 pm CST tomorrow. Deadline for that round will be announced at that time.

I think I will do round 2 of tag team first this time, as it will go faster than the singles....but I am looking forward to see if there were any upsets in round 1 of the singles tourny

Hey guys..

Got some good news and semi-good news here..

Good news.. the next Promoter is jam-packed and is, tentatively, set to be packed with POW stuff and a brand-new drawing on the cover..

The semi good-news..
Due to space constraints.. all rounds will have to be announced at the website, and on the message board here, so as to be able to announce the finals in Issue #100.

However.. onto the second rounds..

Due to some ties.. the new rounds will be announced tomorrow evening.. I will be rolling tiebreaker matches.. since I am completely neutral in these contests.. I will not be able to roll the matches until tomorrow.. due to a heavy schedule and not having the cards with me right now (I am sitting in a Dunkin Donuts as I type this).

I deeply apologize for the delay.. but the only way to break these ties is tiebreaker matches..

However.. for those that have already submitted your first round results but have not submitted overall tournament winner predictions.. please feel free to do so by tomorrow at 5 pm CST.. I will allow you to do so to make up for the slight delay here..
