Countdown to You Only Live Twice #1: 5/18/2014
live from Easton, PA
Mike Quackenbush comes down to the ring. He announces that he's the new Director of Fun for Chikara. Due to this new position he is going to step down as an active wrestler in the company for good. But he doesn't want the fans to worry. When Chikara had closed it's doors there was one man that fought harder than anyone to see Chikara reopen. He thinks that man is going to be the new protector of Chikara. That man is also challenging Grand Champion Eddie Kingston at You Only Live Twice this weekend. He's proud to introduce... ICARUS!!!
Icarus comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. He walks down to the ring and shakes Mike's hand. Icarus takes the mic and says that it's a little weird to be getting cheers and chants from the crowd for once. He admits that he's not proud of his F.I.S.T. days. When Chikara closed it's doors, it really made him stop and reflect on his life a little. He saw the happiness that Chikara brought to the fans and he couldn't see that die.
Music hits and Chuck Taylor and Drew Gulak walk down to the ring. Taylor grabs a mic and says that he needs a tissue after that stirring speech. He can't believe his former F.I.S.T. partner has stooped to such levels and is groveling to the stupid fans this way. He thinks that Icarus has lost his edge. Icarus tells Taylor to get in the ring with him and see if it's true. Taylor agrees and says it would be a pleasure to slap him around the ring a bit later tonight. Icarus and Taylor act like they're going to get into it but Mike gets between them and tells them to save it for later in the show.
ACH d. Larry Sweeney w/ the Big Bang Attack
Gavin Loudspeaker has The Colony backstage. Green Ant says there's no place like home. He and the other Ants have been wandering the wrestling world winning matches and looking for a new Ant Hill. But thankfully Chikara is back and the Ants have a new home. He warns Jigsaw and the Shard that the Colony will be hot on their trail and the Campeonatos de Parejas will belong to the Colony again!
Kodama and Obariyon d. Los Ice Creams w/ the Air Raid Crash to earn their 1st point.
The show the fans lined up outside the venue before the show starts. Several Chikara stars such as Dasher Hatfield, The Mysterious and Handsome Stranger and Worker Ant appear and sign autographs. They interview several fans about Chikara's return.
Bravado Brothers d. UnStable w/ the Gentleman's Approach to earn their first point.
A hype video plays for You Only Live Twice.
Main Event:
Icarus d. Chuck Taylor w/ the Blu-Ray
Icarus walks around the ringside area and high fives the fans. Grand Champion Eddie Kingston appears on the entrance ramp. Icarus and Kingston stare each other down. Icarus points at Kingston and says he's taking the belt and Kingston says not on your life back.

Countdown to You Only Live Twice #2: 5/20/2014

Worker Ant d. Hydra w/ the Aleta
Leonard F. Chikarason enters Director of Fun Mike Quackenbush's office. Wrestling is Fun! needs a championship belt to unveil this Sunday. Mike seems surprised by this but says that he'll take care of it immediately. Leonard leaves the office and make starts looking for things around the office to give him ideas for the belt.
Kobald d. Pinkie Sanchez w/ the Demon's Toilet
Grand Champion Eddie Kingston comes down to the ring. He mentioned that he's had this belt since November 13, 2011. He's taken on all challengers for this belt in the last 2 and a half years. Now he's got Icarus to deal with. He wants to say up front that he appreciates and respects everything that Icarus did to help bring Chikara back from the dead. This belt wouldn't mean anything without a wrestling promotion behind it. With all of that said, Icarus won't be winning this belt. He's come to far and beaten too many challengers to lose this belt as soon as Chikara finally returned. He doesn't think Icarus realizes what it's going to be like when that bell finally rings. It's going to be on and he won't be pulling any punches in there.
3.0 d. Team AC/DC w/ the 3.0 Lung Blower to earn their first point.
The GEKIDO are backstage. Jigsaw says that their mission isn't done just yet. They didn't want to see Chikara close it's doors. They want to take over Chikara and run the company in their own image. He also tells the Colony that they won't be getting the Campeonatos de Parejas any time soon. He and the Shard plan to hold onto those belts for a very very long time.
17 and deviANT d. Osirian Portal w/ the Quackendriver 3 to earn their first point.
A video package plays with reactions from a variety of Chikara stars on the company opening up for business again. Colt Cabana, Tim Donst, Dasher Hatfield, 3.0, Green Ant, Hydra and the Young Bucks are all featured.
UnStable d. Incoherence w/ the Stigmata to earn their first point.
Leonard F. Chikarason and Bryce Remsberg are in the Event Center. You Only Live Twice is coming up this weekend and there's a huge main event with Eddie Kingston defending the Grand Championship against Icarus. Chikarason says that this might be one of the biggest matches in Chikara history. Icarus is riding a wave of popularity and good will that few wrestlers ever experience. He thinks a win here will really cement him as someone to watch in the world of wrestling. Also on the card will be Fire Ant and Soldier Ant against 17 and deviANT, The Throwbacks vs. UnStable and a whole lot more.
Main Event:
Ultramantis Black d. Delirious by DQ
The DQ came when things spilled to the outside of the ring and Delirious hit UMB with a chair. Crossbones, Hydra and Mister Zero came out of the crowd and started attacking Delirious. UMB recovered and hit a Praying Mantis Bomb on Delirious and then grabbed the house mic. UMB says that the Order of the Neo Solar Temple has also risen from the ashes of Chikara. The Spectral Envoy is dead, long live the Order of the Neo Solar Temple. Frightmare and Hallowicked run down to the ring to try and help Delirious. The numbers are just too much and members of the Solar Temple put the boots to them as the show fades to black.

Chikara Update: 5/20/2014
Loudspeaker: Gavin Loudspeaker here. After the events of today's show I've just been informed that a trios match has been signed for You Only Live Twice. Delirious, Frightmare and Hallowicked will be taking on Ultramantis Black, Crossbones and Mister Zero. I'm getting word that we have Ultramantis Black on standby so let's go to him.
The scene switches to the Order of the Neo Solar Temple backstage.
Ultramantis Black: For far too long, the Order of the Neo Solar Temple laid dormant in Chikara. I admit that I lost my way with the Spectral Envoy and I forgot the true meaning of the word evil. Well... those days are over. I have renewed my pursuit of the dark arts and I will usher in a new Dark Age in Chikara. Delirious, Frightmare and Hallowicked will be just the first pieces to fall in this game of intergalactic chess. At You Only Live Twice, the wrestlers and the fans of Chikara will learn to be afraid again.

Countdown to You Only Live Twice #3: 05/21/2014

Mister Zero d. Frightmare w/ the Last Shaven Unicorn Drop
Hallowicked hits the ring after the match and levels Mister Zero with a big clothesline. He seats Mister Zero up and Frightmare and Hallowicked hit the Headless Horseman.
Icarus d. combatANT w/ the Blu-Ray
Grand Champion Eddie Kingston comes down to the ring. He gets right up in the face of Icarus. Just as it looks like things are going to come to blows, Kingston extends his hand and Icarus shakes his hand. Kingston gets on the mic and says that while Icarus is in for a beating at You Only Live Twice, he's not going to lay a finger on him until then. He tells Icarus that he'll see him Sunday.
3.0 d. Gentleman's Club w/ the 3.0 Lung Blower to earn their second point.
Scott Parker and Shane Matthews grab the house mic. Parker says that he's heard a lot of talk between the Pieces of Hate and the Colony. Well, they're only 1 point away from a title shot. Matthews says they've waited a long year to get a chance to regain those belts. He wants the Pieces of Hate to know that they're on notice.
Kodama and Obariyon d. Jakob Hammermeier and Tim Donst w/ the Flying DDT to earn their second point.
Director of Fun Mike Quackenbush comes down to the ring. He announces that at You Only Live Twice it will be 3.0 vs. Kodama and Obariyon for the third and final point needed to challenge the Pieces of Hate for the Campeonatos de Parejas.
Main Event:
The Throwbacks d. Order of the Neo Solar Temple w/ the Extra Point to earn their first point.
ACH comes down to the ring. He challenges Mister Touchdown to put the Young Lion's Cup on the line against him at You Only Live Twice.

Road to You Only Live Twice: 5/24/2014

Fire Ant and Soldier Ant d. Team AC/DC w/ the Beach Break to earn their first point.
The Batiri are backstage. Kobald says that 3.0 doesn't stand a chance against Kodama and Obariyon. They are just mere humans that will fall to the onslaught of the Batiri.
Chuck Taylor d. Shane Storm w/ the Awful Waffle
Icarus comes down to the ring. The fans stand and chant his name for several minutes. Icarus says it's weird to be standing in a Chikara ring and being cheered on by the fans. It's been almost a year since Condor Security shut down his match with Eddie Kingston. He had Kingston beat in the middle of that ring and he's spent a year watching film on Kingston. He's ready to step up and be the man in Chikara. This is his home and he wants to represent it. Tomorrow night is his chance to cement himself as a Chikara legend.
Crossbones d. Hallowicked w/ the Friggin' Sweet Driver
Hydra got involved which allowed Crossbones to hit the Friggin' Sweet Driver for the victory. Crossbones and Hydra put the boots to Hallowicked after the match until Delirious and Frightmare hit the ring for the save.

Mister Touchdown (c) d. ACH w/ the Extra Point
The Devastation Corporation charges the ring after the match. Mister Touchdown tries to fight them off but Max and Blaster are just too much for him. Blaster levels him with a big boot and then Max powerbombs him. Blaster grabs ACH and press slams him right out of the ring. Sidney Bakabella grabs the Young Lions Cup trophy on the outside of the ring and hands it to Max. Max looks at the trophy for a minute and then slams it to the mat. Max and Blaster stomp on the Young Lions Cup trophy until it's smashed to pieces. Bakabella gets on the ring and says the title has been retired.

Director of Fun Mike Quackenbush welcomes everyone to You Only Live Twice. He thanks all the fans for their support while Chikara was closed down. Without them they wouldn't be up and running again. He tells the fans to enjoy the show.

UnStable d. The Throwbacks w/ That Japanese Move to earn their second point.
Sidney Bakabella leads Max, Blaster and Flex down to the ring after the match. Stigma and Vin Gerard escape into the crowd leaving Dasher and Touchdown to fend for themselves. Flex irish whips Dasher and Touchdown into lariats from Blaster. Max gives both men a powerbomb for good measure. Suddenly the arena goes dark and the theme from Back to the Future starts playing. The lights come back up and a DeLorean has appeared in the entrance area. The door open and out steps...
ARCHIBALD PECK!
The crowd goes absolutely crazy as Peck marches down to the ring. Flex goes to meet him and Peck throws salt in his eyes. Peck climbs to the top rope and goes for a cross body block on Blaster but gets caught. Blaster lifts Peck for a gorilla press slam but Peck slips loose and gives Blaster a wedgie. Max goes for a clothesline but Peck ducks and comes off the ropes with a shoulder block which doesn't get Max off his feet. Peck thinks about it for a moment and then just kicks Max right in the balls and body slams him to huge cheers from the crowd. Archibald Peck stands tall in the ring.
17 and deviANT d. Fire Ant and Soldier Ant w/ the Lightning Lock Beta to earn their second point.
combatANT comes down to the ring and the GEKIDO starts trying to unmask the Colony. Green Ant and assailANT hit the ring for the save.
Order of the Neo Solar Temple d. Incoherence w/ the Friggin' Sweet Driver
Kodama and Obariyon d. 3.0 w/ the Impaler Bulldog to earn their third point.
Jigsaw and the Shard roll into the ring with chairs and hit Kodama and Obairyon. The chairs have no effect and the Batiri run over Jigsaw and the Shard with clotheslines. Kodama and Obariyon get them trapped in the corners and just go to town with forearms and knees. Kodama and Obariyon grab both men and do a double noggin knocker right in the middle of the ring. Jigsaw and the Shard bail out of the ring instead of enduring further punishment.

Grand Championship of Chikara:
Icarus d. Eddie Kingston (c) w/ the Wings of Icarus
Icarus is still laying on the mat when Bryce Remsberg hands him the Grand Championship belt. Icarus slowly gets to his feet holding the belt and then holds it over his head. The fans start hopping the guard rail and climbing into the ring. The show fades to black with the fans lifting Icarus onto their shoulders while chanting his name.

I'm going to keep the James Bond theme for this season and then go my own way next year. I haven't decided on the dates for these shows yet. I'm guessing probably the middle of June for these as a double shot.

Icarus walks to the backstage area with the newly won Grand Championship belt after his match at You Only Live Twice and sits down on a bench.
Icarus: Things are still kind of sinking in for me. I've been thinking about this after Condor Security interrupted the match last year. It's just like a dream come true to be sitting here as the new champion. The fans are just amazing. I promise to carry this belt with honor and cour...
Suddenly Icarus gets blindsided by Oleg the Usurper. Oleg slams a chair right into Icarus and puts some boots to Icarus while stomping around the locker room. Oleg pulls Icarus up to a sitting position and holds him by the head.
Oleg: OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!
Oleg delivers a brutal clothesline right to the neck of Icarus and then stomps off.
