You're more likely to get Josh Alexander and Louis Lyndon if FG ever did an AIW set since that's where they wrestle the most frequently and I'm pretty sure Josh only worked Evolve once. I'd LOVE an AIW set...make it so number One :-) I'd love an AIW set as well! |

Having traveled from Virgina to Cleveland on Memorial Day weekend for the JLIT, I would love an AIW set!

Looking at just 2014's events and the guys I looked at, had several matches with EVOLVE and they are...
Maxwell Chicago wrestled at EVOLVE 28, 27, 26, 24, 23 & 20
Dos Ben Dejos: Eddie Rios & Jay Cruz wrestled at EVOLVE 27, 26, 24, 23 & 22
Plus,
Josh Alexander as mentioned before and he wrestled at EVOLVE 30, 29, 24 & 23
You do have Mr.A that's with EVOLVE...

I was looking over the information for the next 3 EVOLVE shows in August and I saw that Timothy Thatcher is listed for all 3 nights. If he joins EVOLVE on a regular basis, Timothy Thatcher is a must have for the next EVOLVE set IMO.
Speaking of the next 3 EVOLVE shows, I saw that Matt Sydal (Evan Bourne) and Drew Galloway (Drew McIntyre) will be making appearances for EVOLVE but Galloway is just being used on one of the shows (so perhaps he is just making a guest appearance for EVOLVE) and Sydal is reportedly rejoining ROH after his no-compete clause with the WWE expires so he is unlikely to stay with EVOLVE too since EVOLVE and ROH tend not to share their talent with each other (but there have been exceptions such as Roderick Strong making some EVOLVE appearances earlier this year.)

Looking at just 2014's events A fair amount of the events you reference didn't even take place in 2014. Josh Alexander as mentioned before and he wrestled at EVOLVE 30, 29, 24 & 23 You do have Mr.A that's with EVOLVE... Except he's not with the company. He's worked four shows in a year. If he were a more regular presence with the company or actually had a contract with them, I'd champion the crap out of having him in an Evolve expansion but he's not part of their roster. Compare it to AIW where he works every show (just as Ethan Page, who worked Evolve 30 with Alexander) and he makes much more sense in an AIW set if one ever got made. It would be like wanting a ROH card for Tim Donst because he worked Future of Honor in April. Sure, he's worked for them recently but he's not part of their roster. Having traveled from Virgina to Cleveland on Memorial Day weekend for the JLIT, I would love an AIW set! I envy you. I'm hoping to get to the JLIT or Absolution next year. |
