I put him in my dream fed and paired him with Tiger Mask and Liger in a stable and they are my Jr. 6-Man champs.

He's the face of my Underground promotion. He hasn't been able to win the Underground Heavyweight Title yet but Delirious has had a death grip on the belt since the promotion started. He's beaten just about everyone in the promotion but just suffered an upset at the hands of Timber.
His main feud has been with Larry Sweeney and Sweet N Sour Inc. The current members of the group are Adam Pearce, the Heartbreak Express and Trinity DeNucci. I haven't added the Second Fall guys in yet.
He's also collided with Eddie Fyne's Elegance group which includes Sam Hayne, Dupae Rupa and April Hunter.

I really plan to push him in RAW; I hope he steps up to the plate.
I'll keep you posted!

Update. I started pushing Quack and Delirious as this indy dream team to try and unseat the long reigning tag team champions of the Heartbreak Express. They ultimately failed after two challenges for the belts. Things were looking down for Quack but he rebounded and won a four corner elimination over Harker Dirge, Adam Pearce and Chris Candido to become the new Underground Champion.
I'm still behind about 2 and a half months and am about to start introducing the Second Fall guys. So let's see what kind of reign he manages.

Quack only wrestled a couple of times for me thus far. Once in a tournament with the other LOTFers to determine my champ. He lost in that tournament in the third, maybe fourth, round. Anyway, the final match came down to Delirious vs. Sabu.
Following that, I remember him wrestling against another LOTFer. I seem to recall him winning. But nothing spectacular.
Upper-midcard for me right now. Which was a little disappointing.

Well the last time I had reported on him he was untouchable. Now it seems like he has been taking quite the drop in the rankings and just not winning matches against guys I would think he would mop the floor with. I am hoping this is just a bad run and the dice are just not with him at the moment. Cause I had high hopes for him in the Heavyweight Title race but as it is looking right now that isn't going to happen.

Quackenbush started out as THE MAN in NWA-Northeast. He plateaued and then formed a successful tagteam with Chris Hero, winning the regional tag gold. After Claudio and Sweeney caused Hero to turn on Quack, Quack has been bent on revenge against the Kings of Wrestling. Due to Quack dominating that storyline, he is now #1 Contender against champ Drake Younger. Been a slow build so I hope the Quackenbush v. Younger match pays off and takes my fed to some exciting new areas.

That's pretty much what he did for me. I thought he was going to lose his spot as the top face in the promotion for awhile. But he rebounded nicely after losing the feud with the Heartbreak Express. He won a couple of singles matches and then won the title in the four way elimination.
His defense seems to be an issue in my fed. If you can get him hurt or down, he seems to have a really hard time rebounding. His only outs in those situations seems to be getting thrown into the ropes or deathjump attempts. His turnbuckle and out of ring ratings don't really seem to get him out of hot water and most of the LOTF guys seem to favor those two moves on level 2 and 3 offenses more than anything.

Quack works great in both tags and singles, which makes him very valuable to any roster. Plus with the dirth of faces that we have, a face is always welcome. Plus, Mike is a rather small guy who can take on some monster heels (Necro Butcher, Brodie Lee, etc...).
