This is what I would do
Flair - Melissa/Mercedes
Anderson - Mercedes/Melissa
Tag Team - Home Wrecking Crew
April Hunter could fill in as JJ Dillon if you are only using modern stars
If you want to go "Classic"
Flair - Mildred Burke
Anderson - Ida Mae
Tag - Glamour Girls
Manager - Sir Oliver Humperdink

How about Sherri Martel in the Ric Flair role, she has the right personality for it not to mention the success in the ring on the women's side. Just a thought. As for the tag team I think Lacey & Rain would be great, you could have someone like Jazz or Mildred Burke in the enforcer/lex luger role, and maybe the manager could be someone like Veda Scott, Su Young, or even Allison Danger. There are so many possibilities.
