Is the Chikara starter set roster the same as the online game roster listed in the store? If not,who does it lack/add? Also,are there any special match rules specific to Chikara? Like can you (lv) to automatically (tag) since that's what they do IRL?

There are special rules for tagging and such yes. In fact there's a couple special charts just to do Chikara stuff plus trios moves as well.
I believe the rosters should be identical. They have not yet replaced the starter set even if it's about 4-5 years old now.

To clear up a few things, the roster online is the same as the card version starter set. The handbook has special rules for Chikara tag, trios and atomico matches when it comes to pin saves and out of the ring. The starter set was released in June 2011, so its only 3 years old...but things do change fast in Chikara.

Feels longer at this point because of the constant changes....half the guys are gone and others like Peck have new cards or need them (like Dasher)
