I want to make a bootleg set. Help me choose which because I am very indecisive. ECW from 2000 (I've got a ton of ECW Fan Cams to base stats on) Current WWE (shows are easy to come by) Old WCW (Hopefully youtube will be my friend when it comes to that) Old IWA Mid South (I have tons of shows from the 2006 era) Let me know!

Some old WCW. I would love to have some horsemen. Or even NWO.

I voted for Old IWA Mid South because it is a promotion that I am completely unfamiliar with... Although I'm a huge mark for ECW, it would be tough to improve upon the bootlegs already created by Cernunnos... Always a fan of seeing stuff that hasn't been done before...

What do you mean by "Old WCW?" I think that might be great. Some sets I'm contemplating on now would be an AWA set, a NXT set and a current WWE set. If you want we could get together for those (especially the current WWE as I don't watch anymore)... I voted for Old IWA Mid South because it is a promotion that I am completely unfamiliar with... I thank you, but again I need to point out that my set if heavily borrowed from Knapik's ECW Classics set. He paved the way for me to get the ball rolling. =)

When I say old WCW I mean like early 90s to mid 90s (1990-1994). Would be down to collaborate with you!

Okay, I've figured out the cards I need to do. Thing is some already exist in the FG World. (Eddie Kingston, Jimmy Jacobs and others), should I make an IWA Mid South version for those or just do cards for the ones who have no official cards.
Also, what's the best way of figuring out the moves for each wrestler? Watch all matches of one wrestler (say all Marek Brave matches) or do them by whoever is in the match (say Larry Sweeney vs Jimmy Jacobs - write moves for both?)
So these are the cards I am making for sure - it's going to be 12 wrestlers.
1. Marek Brave 2. Ian Rotten 3. Josh Abercrombie 4. Trik Davis 5. Chandler McClure 6. Billy Roc 7. Deranged 8. Brandon Thomaselli 9. Corporal Robinson 10. Toby Klein 11. Mitch Page 12. Mickie Knuckles

Also, what's the best way of figuring out the moves for each wrestler? Watch all matches of one wrestler (say all Marek Brave matches) or do them by whoever is in the match (say Larry Sweeney vs Jimmy Jacobs - write moves for both?) What I do is this: 1) Look a specific wrestler up on Wikipedia. There you will get the height, weight, from, ect as well as their various moves and the names of them too. This is handy especially for finisher names and signature moves that aren't named in shows. 2) I write the moves down on a paper and think of where they would appear psychologically in a match. 3) The other moves that I still have to fill in (usually lvl-1 moves or fillers here and there), I go to youtube and watch the guys matches until I fill in all the moves on the card. 4) Some guys you just can't get all of the moves by looking up their matches and watching on youtube (example David Otunga, Ezekiel Jackson), sometimes you have to type in the youtube searchbar the wrestler's name and "moves." This should usually help you finish rounding out the moveset. 5) From the matches I rate their Agility, Power, Ropes, Turnbuckle, Pin, ect. 6) Also from the matches I watch, I switch the position of some moves around here and there (if I have to) judging from when they are used in the match. That's how I do it! ...And yes. It is beneficial to watch a match with two wrestlers you wish to represent on a card, because you can potentially knock out two guys' stats at once. This is what works best for me. It may not work for everyone, but this is what I do and it works really well for me.
