Well i'm going through a name change. I used to be Shemp. Anyways i had a question on after mathces. I usually go if the match ends in doubles( 2 4's etc. ) thenan injury can occur. But if not then for after match fights attacks, do you follow a chart or just make up what happens?

If it's not doubles I just make something up.

If you have two enemies or a potential story you want, just have it happen any way you want. Way back when I started I would roll the injury/feud table EVERY time doubles ended a match. That turns out kind of awkward when Omega tears into Beast-Rider after a match for no reason!

This is a chart I slightly altered of somenone else's (can't remember who) that I had seen before. Something can happen before or after a match, either way.
*Roll before each match Roll 2d6. If roll is 2-6, roll on chart.
Live Segments Chart
2 – Panoramic View of Arena (Use only once during show) 3-4 – Announcer’s Pod 5-9 – Roll on Focus Wrestler Chart 10-11 Announcer’s Pod (roll on AP) 12 – Promo for Merchandise
Who is Focus Wrestler? 1. Winner of Last Match 2. Loser of Last Match 3. Upcoming Wrestler #1 4. Upcoming Wrestler #2 5. Main Event Wrestler #1 or #2 6. Random Wrestler
Where does this take place?
Odd - In-ring Even – Backstage
What happens to focus wrestler?
Odd - Nothing, interview goes smoothly 2. Feud wrestler interrupts 4. Random non-ally wrestler interrupts 6. Ally interrupts
AP.
2-3 Hype Main Event 4-5 Hype Next Month’s Card 6-7 Promo for Upcoming Match 8-9 Limo Pulls up (Promoter chooses who’s inside) 10-12; Highlight Reel of 1-2 Previous Match 3-4 Previous Card 5-6 Build up to match

For before the match stuff, there's the Gary Michael Capetta card in one of the Legends sets. It has a chart for things to take place before the match during the introductions. It could easily be altered to be a GWF announcer. Was there ever a card like that made for COTG that I'm forgetting? I don't think there is, correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a live segments chart somewhere around this house?!? I know WTIC Promoter was looking for it too, but at the time he asked me, I still can't find it!?!? I used that for all the drama in my fed. JMello's is pretty cool too!

I actually quit using the doubles rule because in my original fed you could devastate your smaller roster with a series of bad rolls in a very short period of time. Plus, I hate having to strip champions of belts.

Thanks for the response. Yes to many injuries can ruin the roster.

I also roll injury if a wrestler kicks out of a pinfall 8 times or more in a match...reflecting the fact that they are absorbing a great amount of damage.
I'll just ignore that rule or the double rule if I have too many injuries overall at the time or if its a wrestler thats gone through multiple injuries lately and its just 'gotten old' for me.

in the event of using the feud table, I've noticed it's really easy to roll on that chart. I guess doubles pops up fairly more often than one would think. I had a lot of injuries which indeed does kill your roster depth. So I usually would use the doubles rule when I was doing a Major Card like a PPV or if during a regular card, if the wrestlers were really in a violent feud, say like Bloodline vs. Encubus for example. Any other time, I'd just ignore that rule. It actually made more sense and it worked better in the long run.
