That's some real Southern booking! Street works well as a tweener. his character doesn't even need to change. My promotion (Mid-America Wrestling) is based on the old regional territories. Four weeks of hour-long TV shows leading up to the monthly house show. The TV show is named "Big Time Wrestling" despite the fact it takes place in a television studio in front of a few dozen fans sitting in folding chairs. The big arena seats about four thousand. A minor league hockey team plays there and sometimes they have livestock shows. The roof leaks and the air conditioning doesn't work too well in the summer. I love the little details that really help bring the game to life, so this post made me very happy.

In breaking news, Exotic Adrian Street has just captured the coveted Mid-America Heavyweight Championship, pinning Bobby Shane despite repeated interference and distractions by Shane's advisor J.J. Dillon.
It could be a short title reign for the Exotic One. Next month's television will build to a collision between Street and the master of evil Kevin Sullivan.

I teamed the "Exotic Queen" Adrian Street with "Macho King" Randy Savage as Royal Madness. I had a picture in my mind of them doing an interview where Savage does his normal "wildman" promo, and Street does a typical "Exotic" promo--younger fans may recall early Goldust promos. Then Savage takes off his sunglasses, and he has a puzzled look on his face. He looks at Street, looks at the announcer, looks back at Street, and finally looks into the camera and says,"He's macho, too. Oh Yeah!"

I have teamed him with Gorgeous George as "The World's Sexiest Tag Team".....They hold a version of my tag team titles and have been a huge success.... I do book them has an adversary tag team (the best example of this was Angle-Benoit)...they do not always get along and occasionally fight each other....but they have been lots of fun.....and are about to feud with the Fantastics

I named them Gorgeously Exotic. In my new/current LOW fed, I may reform that tag team once Adrian Street gets his LOW color card released.

Adrian was in a heated feud with Hillbilly Jim in my fed and since it has been concluded he hasn't seen any major storylines but still has been successful in every match he has been in. If this keeps up I think he will be getting a shot for the U.S. title on his way towards the heavyweight title if he keeps doing as well as he has been.

My cousin just gave me some old wrestling magazines. One of them had an article about the "odd couple" tag team of "Exotic" Adrian Street and "Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant in Mid-Atlantic Wrestling. They had a match against each other, and Paul Jones saw an opportunity to attack his enemy Valiant with a cane. He missed and hit Street. Jones, Kamala, and the Assassin beat up Valiant, and Street helped Valiant clear the ring. They later had a tag match against Jones' Army that left both of their faces a proverbial "crimson mask", but Miss Linda looked gorgeous as always in a zebra-striped outfit. In the article, Valiant called them the Punk-Funk Connection. Would anyone else like to see them get color cards at the same time so we can bring Punk and Funk to the LWF?

I'd love to see some of those pics. I'm not a huge fan of Boogie Woogie in the ring, but he is certainly a great candidate for a colour card, along with the great Adrian street. I love when Street wrestled as a face in the U.S- he didn't even change his character. Street is a mainstay in my HBWA fed and certainly one of the main reasons I bought this game.

I love Street and Valiant is a guy you can do a lot with, he was so over he could feud with Jones Army for years before people finally wore out on it.
