BRUTE VS INVINCIBLE KRAKAN The tension picked up another notch as a reminder of Krakan's rant played to the fans. Brute responded with "everyone has to fight everyone anyways. What is the big deal about who is seeded where!" Krakan is a quicker athlete than the lumbering Brute and he used that to get the upper hand and hit a top rope clothesline but barely even got a one count. Brute kicked out with such power that he actually sent Krakan airborne. Brute fought back and hit the DECAPITATOR but Krakan kicked out at two. Brute stayed in control and hit the Gladiator piledriver and just missed getting the three count. Krakan came back and dropped Brute with a shoulder tackle and made the cover but only got a one count. Krakan dropped Brute with a knife-edge and made the cover and scored a two count. Krakan stayed on the attack and finally was able to hit the FALLING FACE SLAM but again Brute kicked out at two. Finally, the Krakan Skullcrusher was able to put Brute away. WINNER OF THE MATCH: INVINCIBLE KRAKAN

LORD NEXUS VS RENEGADE Renegade had a really strong run in the Qualifying Tournament but now the competition gets that much stiffer, beginning with the leader of the Flying Titans. Lord Nexus quickly used his superior athleticism to hit the TITAN DROP and get a one count. He followed up with another TITAN DROP to get another one count. A third TITAN DROP was just good for yet another one count. Renegade tried to fight back but Lord Nexus was just too much. A karate chop gained the Flying Titan a two count. Lord Nexus followed up with yet another TITAN DROP and again just got a two count. Not even a fifth TITAN DROP could finish off Renegade as it led to yet another two count. A dropkick off turnbuckle finally put Renegade down for the three count. WINNER OF THE MATCH: LORD NEXUS

MASSIF VS PROTEUS The two most powerful fan favorites in the GWF stepped into the ring for this one. Proteus found Massif's agility advantage to be hard to overcome. Massif was also the more aggressive and hurt Proteus with a Massif Slam on the floor outside the ring. Massif stayed in control and hit the VOLCANIC DROP and just missed getting the three count. Massif finished off a relatively easy with with the Massif Power Slam. WINNER OF THE MATCH: MASSIF

BRUTE 0-1 VS RENEGADE 0-1 Brute was the only wrestler to be beaten by one of the Qualifying Tournament participants in Round One. Renegade was proving to be a tough opponent. The Gladiator piledriver scored a one count. Brute followed up with a running clothesline and cover and just missed getting the three count. Another running clothesline gained Brute another two count. Renegade kept fighting back and eventually hit a double knee lift and scored a two count. Renegade also hit a flying knee drop and made the cover and just missed getting the three count as the crowd was going crazy for the underdog Spacecropper. Renegade followed up with the SPINECRACKER and made Brute submit and the arena exploded in cheers! WINNER OF THE MATCH: RENEGADE

COMRADE TERROR 1-0 VS EXECUTIONER 0-1 Amidst rumors that the Evil Gamemaster wants them to form an official tag team in 2088, Thantos' henchmen clash in this bout. A squash that had the fans booing. Executioner got barely any offense in at all and submitted quickly, some thought too quickly, to the Comrade Neck Clutch. Leaving questions as to whether Thantos had ordered Executioner to take a dive. WINNER OF THE MATCH: COMRADE TERROR
