Right away, the referee was knocked down. Thantos applied the MASTERLOCK but there was no referee to ask Proteus if he wanted to submit. A second MASTERLOCK was applied but still no referee. Thantos kept it applied but still no referee. When the referee finally recovered, the Evil Gamemaster finished off the Greek God with the Satanic Skull Smasher.

LORD NEXUS 4-1 VS KILLER QUEEN 3-2
Killer Queen applied the CHECKMATE but did not get the submission. Killer Queen kept the CHECKMATE applied but Lord Nexus still refused to submit. Queen hit a flying knee drop and scored the three count.

The VX Cup standings have sent this feud into near-irrelevancy. From Wolf's inconsistencies to Executioner's lack of any wins at all, they have fallen all the way to curtain jerker status. Wolf locked the SAVAGE FACE CLAW on but could not get the submission. Wolf followed with an atomic knee drop and went for the cover and just missed getting the three count. Wolf would get another two count following a dropkick. Wolf finished it off with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW.
