I would mind another "grab bag" type set instead of a set for just one company. Some from AIW, Chikara, CWFH, Evolve, international, and free agents much like the WrestleCon pack but larger. However, it may be that contracts are signed with companies saying they will have sets released and not independent cards but I have no clue about that. I really liked the NPWD and Wrestlecon packs and would definitely like more of the same. It seems that maybe Promoter Prime has become the place for something like this.

This would truly be awesome... Think I've read several times that Prince Devitt (Finn Balor) is signed, but has yet to receive a card... Not sure what umbrella he could be released under, so it seems that a NPWD style set would be the answer... And assuming Alex Shelley is signed (really have no idea), maybe that's where he'd be most suitable as well... What a spectacular possibility!

True, but my problem is that I do not currently play Legends or GWF. I find Promoter Prime is best if you are playing all Filsinger Game products. Let us take 2014 for example. That year I used only 8 cards and a few matches for the cost of $29. It is a great deal if you are using everything, but I don't have the time. For less than that price, I can receive the Evolve starter set with 16 cards I know I am going to use that are printed and mailed to me. Heck, I purchased the Wrestlecon set knowing I wasn't going to use one card but I did so knowing exactly what I was going to get. Paying $29 and not knowing how many cards I will use is something I am not willing to do right now. I guess I will wait until the end of the year and see if it is a set I will find attractive to purchase. Promoter Prime seems to be for a niche group of consumers that plays everything (or wants to collect everything). I was hoping for a grab bag for the niche players that play only Indy stuff

Sets like NWPD are great for guys who might be too high profile for Prime. FYI - as far as Prime goes the card breakdown for the first half of the year goes like this: INDY - 8 cards LOW - 2 cards COTG - 2 cards Pretty good ratio there for your consideration...

Haven't seen a word about Devitt being signed and if he was, he could easily get a Styles/Danielson treatment and just be released on his own accord.
A mixed set might be interesting but probably not as worth it to the individual promotions.

Speaking of such things... Is there any reason why the Colt Cabana Chikara LE was never made available for online play?
