A report I saw said that two of the men (Storm & Magnus I would guess) are 'joining' GFW. Taryn and Kong both said they weren't released.
I have to ask if it's a good idea to stage an angle like this when you are viewed as a sinking ship. When fans hear about these releases, real or not, the danger is that they'll jump ship too. Similar to what happened with Chikara.

Aries is taking bookings, so I think his exit may be legit That means I can see one of my favorites without having to watch TNA (which I don't get anyway)! I wonder where he'll turn up? I'm sure Gabe will use him in EVOLVE. He may have burned his bridges with ROH but who knows?. Either way we have a whole bunch of new indy match-ups to look forward to!

A return to EVOLVE of Austin Aries would be awesome...

I see on Jarrett's GFW website Nick Aldis aka Magnus has joined GFW, plus there are many others like Chris Sabin, the Young Bucks, Trent Barreta and others who are on the website. So it looks like many Indy wrestlers are making stops in GFW. We'll see what all unfolds over the months to come...

With the names going to GFW and the invasion angle being mentioned it would be fun to see Jarrett lead the GFW team to victory then have AJ Styles lead the Bullet Club against Both companies.

It is being written online that the talent leaving TNA are part of this TNA vs. GFW angle rumored to be happening, so you have that and Jeff Jarrett is being interviewed by Mike Tenay to talk about the TNA/GFW topic and this could air tomorrow on Impact... Yea pretty much this. If you look a lot of the talent leaving has history with Jarrett. And they are leaving after a big set of TV taping so they were done with work from TNA for awhile. Not to mention a lot of the talent leaving had "expiring" contracts. Funny how much talent had contracts ending at the same time. On that note Storm had a different vision for The Revolution when TNA came to him about forming a faction/stable. It would have included Gunner, Crimson and on other, I think either Magnus or Shaw. All those guys have either recently left TNA or in case of Crimson not really with them.

Not sure how true it is, but I had read a report that said the TNA wrestlers who have left the company, still work for TNA but are able to take bookings elsewhere so that they can earn a paycheck when not being used by TNA. Since TNA are doing a months worth of tv shows in a couple of days; the wrestlers can supplement their incomes. If that's true, then it makes a little more sense. If not though, ABANDON SHIP!!
