Great idea for a thread!
WWE: Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Rock I thought of listing Cena but went with The Rock. Cena has definitely been the leader of the WWE franchise for the 2000s era, but it is happening in a time without viable competition at the WWE level. Also, I saw San Andreas earlier this week and there were even non-wrestling fans in the theater who were still familiar with the WWE thanks to the Rock (meanwhile Cena made The Marine.)
NWA/WCW: Harley Race, Ric Flair, Sting, Road Warriors (if tag teams are not allowed then replace the Road Warriors with Dusty Rhodes)
ROH: Bryan Danielson, Samoa Joe, Nigel McGuinness, Briscoes (Since Day One, but if tag teams are not allowed then I just put Jay Briscoe on my list)

WWE: Randy Savage, Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan & Bret Hart
NWA/WCW: Sting, Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes & Tully Blanchard
ROH: Roderick Strong, Takeshi Morishima, Bryan Danielson & Nigel McGuinness
TNA: Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Abyss & Bobby Roode
I'm going outside the four with...
EVOLVE: Biff Busick, Rich Swann, Anthony Nese & AR Fox (Yes, EVOLVE is a young promotion, but hey its my favorite...)

Trying not to use the same guy for two companies...
WWE: Hogan, Austin, Cena, Triple H
NWA/WCW: Race, Flair, Sting, Dusty
ROH: Danielson, Jay Briscoe, Roderick Strong, Jacobs
TNA: Styles, Samoa Joe, Abyss, Angle
Gotta throw ECW in the mix...
ECW: Dreamer, Sandman, Sabu, Douglas

Instead of TNA, I'll list my Franchise Four for PWG: Young Bucks, El Generico, Kevin Steen, Super Dragon (just missing the list- Roderick Strong, Joey Ryan, and Excalibur)

Since ECW was always my favorite back in the day, I will give my opinion as far as that company is concerned...
Raven, Douglas, RVD and Sabu
