Wrestling Classic V (Holovision special)
Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Commissioner Carter welcomed everyone to the New Year. Carter was about to lay out the plans he had when he was interrupted by the arrival of Chaos who debuted at Lord of the Ring under the name Man of Power, won the Lord of the Ring and cashed it in right after the main event and won the heavyweight title and claimed himself to be Chaos the Indestructible. Now the 7’1 monster towered over Carter “Chaos wants to be challenged and since the last contender is injured Chaos is telling you to name an opponent for tonight.” Carter was about to answer when Thantos came out clapping his hands. “You surprised everyone kid, but I studied you and tonight the Gamesmaster returns and claims what belongs to him.” Thantos pointed at the GWF belt. Chaos agreed. “You will bow before me old man, your time is passed it is my time now.” Carter separated them and agreed to the main event. He announced tonight was a four team tournament the winners would get a tag team title shot at Night of Champions.
CLASSIC TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT
Royal Family w/Royal Overlord vs. Powerhouse
-Two teams reunited and while King and Queen fought but Quake and Massif didn’t miss any tags or moves and Queen was sandwiched with the DOUBLE QUAKE and a three count followed. (05:19)

Johnny asked Omega about reforming the Powerhouse team and Omega said it started after War Games when Sam was taken out by the Gladiators. Massif and Quake offered to reform and after talking with all three men they made it happen. The FDF was a solid group with each member stepping into the role that needed to be done.
CLASSIC TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT
Keepers of the Stone (debut) vs. Cosmic Forces w/Doomsayer
-Doomsayer’s team tried to get revenge for the attack at LOTR but Rogue and Scourge overwhelmed them and a DIVIDE & CONQUER got the three count on Matter. (02:21)

Johnny was surprised how the new team just ran over the Cosmic Forces as if they were Ursa Major. Omega said Powerhouse would stop them with a tag team title shot on the line. They were interrupted as Magnus Colby led Nightmare to the ring. The Galaxy’s Richest Man said his tea was due a IP Tag Team title rematch and tonight they would collect what was theirs.
Solaris led the Greek Gods to the ring. They agreed to fight Nightmare.

Greek Gods (champions) w/Solaris vs. Nightmare w/Magnus Colby
-The Assassins tried and Splatter drew Proteus into several out of the ring brawls but it was a double team of Proteus with the Grecian Power Drop and Actagon hitting a superfly splash and getting the three count. (13:41)

Rocket said Colby looked very displeased with the loss. Omega pointed out Whiplash nearly had it won several times but the Greeks were a tough team when they were focused. Rocket said it was good they kept the belts from the Assassin team.

-Justice nearly took off the Vampire’s head with a trio of Judicial Forearms and a SHOCK PROBATION (+5) was a stake to the heart and the three count. (02:13)

Powerhouse vs. Keepers of the Stone
-Fans watched as Powerhouse met the new team and the Keepers battled back. After several near falls they drove Earthquake thru the announce table then hit Massif with the DIVIDE & CONQUER getting the three count. (18:59)

The Keepers were awarded the trophy and Commissioner Carter announced they were awarded a tag team title shot. The crowd gave mixed reaction to the team that debuted tonight but attacked the Greek Gods and Cosmic Forces before.
GWF HOLOVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
Marty Jannetty (champion) vs. Lance At-Las
-a friendly handshake and the match kicked into high gear back and forth with numerous moves off the rope sand buckles. Lance nearly got the win with the Atlas World Beater but Jannetty dug deep and a superkick nearly took the Martian’s head off and Jannetty got the three count with second to spare (14:57)

Both men were shaking hands when the four Masked Assassins hit the ring and were beating both men down when the Fighting Titans rushed the ring and the Assassins retreated.

Titan Power (champions) w/Trainer Jim vs. Beasts of Burden w/Amazonia
-The match barely started when the Keepers of the Stone attacked both teams using rods. The referee had no choice but to throw the match out.

The Keepers were stopped by officials and security, Rogue was heard telling an official that there would be only one team getting any title shot and it was them.

-Matador tore apart Terak blasting him with the belt before the bell and a one sided beating ended with the BULLWHIP. (01:01)

Chaos (champion) vs. Thantos (return)
-Chaos was dominating Thantos until the Gamesmaster with a chop block off the ropes. Chaos shrugged it off and a fifth BOW OF DEFEAT saw the Gamesmaster give in. (15:03)

-Volkoff & Sheik controlled the match and after a double team suplex Sheik with the CAMEL CLUTCH forced Blast to tap out. (03:01)

Dragonmaster w/Trainer Jim vs. Darkos the Deceiver (debut) w/Magnus Colby
-The match started with Colby trying to buy off Dragonmaster and when it wasn’t working Darkos jumped Dragonmaster from behind. Dragonmaster was on control as Darkos showed he was still rather new, but Colby grabbed the Titan’s leg when he was near the ropes and Darkos used a foreign object and stole the three count. (06:32)

Darkos used a thin chain from his boot to choke Dragonmaster and looked to continue it but Pulsar hit the ring and after a few punches clotheslined the Deceiver over the top rope and to the feet of Magnus Colby. Pulsar and Jim checked on Dragonmaster who indicated he was unhurt.
Norse Gods w/Solaris vs. Prison Camp w/Doomsayer
-Lightening took a beating but caught Tendron in the NORSE SLEEPER GRIP and put the Destroyer out. (07:45)

Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Third Force was in the ring as the show started and Matador held up the Master of the Universe title and presented it to Chaos who ripped the belt in half and dropped them to the mat. Matador with a microphone addressed the crowd. “I am the last Master of the Universe and that title is useless. I refuse to defend it and give anyone a cheap way to gain a title match. Carter, that was the stupidest idea you had to date. The title as you see is now dead and its path to the championship closed.”
Chaos took the microphone. “Last year Carter the GWF was embroiled in the War Games. Restart them and Chaos and his Third Force will make it a three way war and come out on top. I am the man with the power and I am the GWF Galactic Heavyweight champion and there is no one on the roster who can stop me.”
Star Warrior came out and stopped at ringside. “Chaos, you are without a doubt the biggest, strongest man in the GWF today, but I believe I can beat you. Face me and we’ll show this crowd that you are not indestructible.”
Thantos came out before Chaos could reply. “Easy there Star, I am the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. If anyone can beat the overgrown lummox it will be Thantos.” Warrior and Thantos were arguing in the aisle who should face Chaos when Commissioner Carter appeared on the holotron. “You both can face Chaos tonight in the main event. A tag team match. And Matador, I had plans for the Master of the Universe title, so you and Chaos will face the legendary team of Star Warrior and Thantos in the main event. And Chaos, I like the idea of the war games and they will start up in March after the pay per view Wrestlecon. I will have more announcements as we get closer.”
The fans cheered as Star Warrior and Thantos stared at each other teaming up for the first time since Thantos broke the code and took the heavyweight title from Omega.
Keepers of the Stone vs. Beasts of Burden w/Amazonia
-Short match as the Keepers were disqualified as both men were in the ring and ignored the referee until Scourge tossed the referee out of the way as he was pummeling Iron Mane. (02:02)

-The two men set off a wild back and forth pummel fest that was in and out of the ring. Mayhem with several DANGER ZONE’S still couldn’t put Ram away and after a second missed LEAP OF DOOM Ram with the BATTERING RAM got the three count as Amazonia took out Guardsman with a diving cross body off the top rope to the arena floor. -The Greeks were distracted when the Keepers showed up and Proteus went to brawl with them and Actagon was hit by the POSITIVE & NEGATIVE CHARGES in a double team and pinned giving the Forces the win. (15:29)

-Colby tried to buy Jannetty but the Rocker delivered a superkick to the Galaxy’s Richest Man. Sadly that left him open and a LOADED GLOVE got the three count. (01:19)

Titan Power (GWF Tag champs) w/Trainer Jim vs. Nightmare
-Darkos came out and Boxer distracted was leveled with the Backside Beheading and pinned before he knew what happened. (00:32)

The Assassins celebrated and Magnus Colby came out and told Carter his team beat the tag team champions and they deserved a title shot. Commissioner Carter appeared on the holo-tron. “Titan Power has a rematch with the Beasts of Burden at Night of Champions and the winner there has the Keepers of the Stone who won the Classic tournament on New Years day. But I can get them a shot at the IP Tag titles at Night of Champions.” Colby wasn’t happy but Whiplash agreed. The Assassins left the ring.
Bounty Hunter w/Reynard B. Guile vs. Kraken Hitman for Hire
-Kraken and Hunter spent several minutes exchanging forearms and elbows and the fans were getting into it. Kraken put his head down for a back drop off the ropes and Hunter ran him over with a knee to the head. An Animal Trap, Snap Snare and Hunter’s Claw over and over left Kraken reeling and when Guile got involved the AMBUSH got the three count. (09:18)

-Warrior took a beating as Thantos refused to tag and when Warrior tried he got a cheap shot from the Gamesmaster and Chaos with the BOW OF DEFEAT put Warrior away. (14:01)

Thantos mocked Star Warrior and when he turned around he was leveled by Chaos. Matador raised the IP belt while Chaos held up the Galactic Heavyweight.

-Short as Vanity used Sweet Thing as a shield to block Blast but Hammer with a suicide dive took out Adam, Vanity and Sweet Thing and the referee counted them all out. (06:00)

Battering Ram w/Amazonia vs. Bounty Hunter w/Reynard B. Guile
-Back and forth control went and Ram escaped the Hunter’s Claw twice. Guile tried to interfere but Amazonia with a hurricanrana took him out as Ram hit the BATTERING RAM to get the three count. (11:03)

Ram and Hunter started brawling after the announcement and fought to the back where officials and security forces managed to separate them.
Beasts of Burden vs. Keepers of the Storm
-the rematch saw both teams with quick tags. Several two counts and fans were on their feet when Mane hit the FINAL POUNCE on Scourge but Rogue and Badger were in the ring and a four way brawl saw the referee call for the bell. (10:04)

Commissioner Carter was in the ring and announced that the main event was a 3-man tag team match between Chaos and two partners of his choosing and Thantos and two partners of his choosing.
Commander Sam (return) w/Omega vs. Killer Queen w/Royal Overlord
-War as both men took some brutal shots. Sam managed to escape the CHECKMATE twice but a third one had the Commander tapping out (19:03)

Reynard B. Guile led Volkoff & Sheik to the ring. He said his Foreign Legion was an unstoppable team and they have more than shown how good they were and he wanted a shot for his team. Commissioner Carter appeared on the holo-tron and said they could have a non-title match and if they won that then they could get a title shot.
Titan Power (GWF Tag champs) w/Trainer Jim vs. Foreign Legion w/Reynard B. Guile
-Guile’s team were destructive and Nexus barely saved Boxer from the CAMEL CLUTCH. Things went back and forth and Guile tripped Nexus and Volkoff caught him with the BACKBREAKER DROP getting the three count as Sheik held off Boxer. (19:56)

Guile celebrated and demanded his team get the title shot next week. Magnus Colby with Nightmare said his team beat Titan Power last week. Commissioner Carter appeared on the holo-tron and said the challengers for the GWF Tag titles was piling up. He said Beasts of Burden, Keepers of the Stone, Nightmare and the Foreign Legion were all in contention. The Keepers had a shot at the pay per view, the Beasts were at the upcoming Night of Champions. Commissioner Carter made the ruling to solve the problem. “Starting next week there will be a five team round robin tournament with the winners getting the GWF Tag Team titles which will be frozen until there is a winner of the tournament. It’s the only fair ruling I can do.”
Star Warrior vs. Matador of M83 (IP champ)
-Back and forth counter and reversal had the fans on their feet. Warrior got a one count off the Running Star Blast. More action and a surprise sunset flip barely gets a one count by Warrior. Meteor Shower gets another one count. BULLWHIP out of nowhere but Warrior kicks out at two. Wild brawl out of the ring…COSMIC BIG BANG (+6) three count. (38:34)

In the Commissioner’s office Reynard B. Guile was arguing with Carter and got him to agree to give Bounty Hunter a title shot tonight at the No Limit’s title, he warned him Kraken would only defend in the Hitman match.
Galacticops vs. Gladiators w/Guardsman
-The four men made this a wild brawl and each pin was a war. Punisher hit the VERDICT but was distracted when Chaos came to ringside allowing Massacre to recover and the DECAPITATOR got the three count. (18:42)

Chaos took the microphone and announced that at Night of Champions he was going to face Galactic Punisher. Chaos then decimated Justice and tossed him out of the ring. Punisher tried to fight back but three back to back Galaxy Crusher’s and the BOW OF DEFEAT were too much as the former cop passed out. Chaos left to a chorus of boos as officials came to help the Galacticops.

-Kraken was in a foul mood and peppered Hunter with Rifle Shot after Rifle Shot then six running jackhammer’s before climbing the pole and grabbing the belt before kicking Guile off the apron. (12:01)

-Short as a Lightening Kick out of nowhere nearly won the match but a double team slingshot suplex put Lightening down for the count. (04:12)

-Guile’s team tore into the Animen, cornering Iron Mane with quick tags, Mane fought back but Guile tripped him near the ropes and he turned and walked into the BACKBREAKER DROP and Volkoff got the three count as Sheik held off Badger. (13:04)

-Ram sent Hell to the buckles too many times when there was a reversal and before the Animan powerhouse knew it there was a HELLFIRE and a three count. (02:17)

-It was hectic and the referee ejected both Doomsayer within the opening minutes. Proteus and Antimatter were brawling into the crowd after a pin save and Actagon caught Matter in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP forcing him to submit. (17:41)

Colby led his team to the back as the show ended, the image of Actagon laid out in the ring on the screen.

-Slow back and forth with Man Mountain being difficult to handle. Tendron tried to get the big man into the buckles but it kept getting it reversed and crushed in the corner. Lightening with a diving cross body from the top rope got the three count. (10:03)

-Lance was doing well getting a two count off a Nomad Knee Drop, but Mayhem was brutal and handed out DANGER ZONE after DANGER ZONE but Lance kicked out. Lance sent Mayhem out of the ring and went for a suicide dive but was caught by Guardsman and slammed to the floor with the CRACKDOWN. Mayhem recovered and hit the LEAP OF DOOM (+6) and got the three count. (13:13)

-Old enemies clashed an Earthquake Slam rocked Queen a Massif Power Slam did as well. The twin towers of destruction cornered Queen and a series of rib crushers and the DOUBLE QUAKE ended Queen’s night. (05:13)

-Kraken escaped a body slam attempt hit a running jackhammer into the pole then used a taser from his boot and climbed the pole to grab the belt. (01:01)

Kraken with the taser again to Punisher then walked away laughing about how easy it was.
Johnny Rocket spoke with the Greek Gods and Solaris on their way to the ring for their title defense and their decision to not accept the challenge from Prison Cam. Proteus answered “There are other teams, more qualified to challenge the might and power of the Greek Gods.” Solaris said the Assassins team of Nightmare were waiting and Commissioner Carter would name the next contenders at his choosing.

-Splatter was refusing to tag out as he battled both Greeks. Whiplash finally had enough when Splatter was caught in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP and charged in and during a wild brawl threw the referee over the ropes causing a DQ. (13:01)

-Warrior took control right away with the Running Star Blast, then a head to the turnbuckles a Meteor Shower then the COSMIC BIG BANG (+2) and got the three count. (00:55)

Star Warrior saw the Keepers of the Stone and left thru the crowd with the IP title. Surrounded by the fans Star Warrior raised the belt over his head to the cheers of the sold out crowd.
Magnus Colby was leading Death Masque to the ring and with the microphone said he was disappointed that Ursa Major wasn’t here tonight. “I guess that means there is no one worthy challenging my Assassin for the Holovision title, what a shame.” Commission Carter appeared on the holo-tron “Magnus you know that worthy is anyone on the roster signing the contract can challenge for the Holovision title and the man who left my office is heading to the ring. When last we saw him he was known as Comrade Terror, now he is called Dreadnaught and he is tougher than ever and he is the challenger for the title.” The newly named Dreadnaught ran down the aisle and into the ring as the bell sounded.
