My guess (if it's COTI-themed, so excluding NRG) would be Sabar and the Boar, who've teamed as a tag partnership a few times.

The gear and music are an homage to High Energy, so NRG is just Energy written differently.
Well, these guys being part of the set just opened up a much bigger list of possibilities.
If we don't get Azberaijan, Boar, and Sabar I am going to be so disappointed.
