It's worth more then 10,000 dollars last time i read a comic collectors magazine. Might be worth more by now.

It's worth more then 10,000 dollars last time i read a comic collectors magazine. Might be worth more by now. Is the comic a first printing or a new printing but just signed...makes a difference in price

Actually, Amazing Spiderman #1 isn't worth nearly as much as Amazing Fantasy #15, but, assuming it's an original printing, it would still probably bring a couple thousand on E-bay... you'd need to CSC it to get 10, I'd think. Comics don't sell anywhere near book value these days.
I'd most definately keep it, how could you sell a Stan Lee autograph? That's history!

need money.....pretty simple. Yeah, the comic market's nowhere near where it was 10 years ago.
