PRESENTS 08-07-16 The lights come up and scan the crowd as ‘Survivor’ by Through Fire blares over the PA. There are streamers, balloons and birthday hats galore. The lights finally come to rest on the ring, where Matt Striker and ‘Elegant’ Eddie Fyne stand in the middle of the SCS logo.Striker: Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the party of the summer as we celebrate a true survivor in this industry, ‘Big Daddy’ Kanter.
Fyne: Our fearless leader will celebrate the day he came into this world tomorrow and on behalf of Matt it is my honor and pleasure to present to all these fans the head man of Sin City Syndicate, ‘Big Daddy’ Kanter.
‘Celebration’ by Kool and the Gang plays as ‘Big Daddy’ Kanter emerges from the backstage area, escorted by Cheerleader Melissa and SCS Ladies Champion April Hunter, one on each arm. The fans give the man of the hour a standing ovation as Kanter enters the ring and shakes hands with Striker and Fyne. As Kanter takes the mic and prepares to address the crowd, they begin singing ‘For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow’. Kanter stands humbled by the SCS fans. As Kanter again attempts to address the crowd, the fans chant BIG DADDY, BIG DADDY, BIG DADDY. The roar of the crowd finally dies down and Kanter makes his address.Kanter: Thank you everyone. Sincerely, thank you. I truly appreciate the warm welcome I’ve received here tonight. I am humbled and honored that all of you are here for tonight’s great wrestling action. It seems since we’re here for another iPPV we should probably start another tournament. With Drew Galloway winning the KOTI Title he has effectively forfeited the SCW Heavyweight Title; therefore, tonight we begin a tournament to crown a new champion. Speaking of champions, the newly crowned SCS Ladies Champion April Hunter has her first title defense against not one, but two competitors as she faces Cheerleader Melissa and the very dangerous Jessicka Havok in a triple threat match later tonight. So without further ado …
Striker respectfully cuts ‘Big Daddy’ off and asks for the mic.Striker: My apologies boss as I would never think of interrupting you, but we have gotten you a gift.
Kanter looks at Striker inquisitively. We all know how much you enjoy beer so we got you a case of beer and a special guest to deliver it.
Suddenly, ‘Enter Sandman’ blares over the speakers and the lights begin circling the crowd again until they find Matt Striker’s special guest. Of course it’s The Sandman and he is carrying a case of beer and his signature kendo stick. Sandman begins his approach to the ring then pauses as he opens the case of beer and grabs a can. Sandman opens the can drinks some of it them smashes the can against his skull, slicing himself open. Sandman grinned widely as the blood began trickling down his forehead and he continued to make his way to the ring with the case of beer. Meanwhile, Kanter is marking out for The Sandman and as Sandman enters the ring, Kanter goes full on fanboy. Kanter regains his composure and offers to shake Sandman’s hand. Instead of shaking his hand, Sandman reaches into the case of beer, grabs a can and hands Kanter a cold one. Sandman distributes beers to Striker and Fyne then all three raise their beers to Kanter and the celebration continues.Kanter: Matt, this has to be one of the greatest gifts ever. Thank you.
The celebration is interrupted by Scorpions’ ‘Unchained’ and the appearance of Percy Pringle III, Joey Ryan, Scorpio Sky and Claudio Castagnoli.PP3: Well, well, well … what do we have here? A ring full of drunken idiots. You bring in that piece of garbage when you have these three fine specimens in the locker room? ‘Big Daddy’ I know it’s your party and all, but don’t you think you’d want your tag team champions on the card?
Ryan: Percy, do my eyes deceive me or is that The Sandman? I thought he was dead.
Sky: No, Joey, that was Raven.
Castagnoli: Uh, guys, Raven is still alive.
Sky: Oh wait, that’s right. Hey, it’s The Sandman. Isn’t he dead?
The fans begin to boo loudly.Kanter: Look fellas, this has been fun, but I think the fans would like to see some wrestling, so if you don’t mind …
Ryan: That’s the thing boss man … we do mind. We mind that the best tag team in SCS … no the best tag team in the world, The Dynasty, your SCS Tag Team Champions have been left off the card tonight and instead we have to watch this fall down drunk stumble around and make a mockery of our sport.
Sandman: Look guys, if you want a match, I’ve got an idea. If it’s ok with Big Daddy, here, I brought a couple of friends along so if you three want to face us three, say in a street fight, I think we might be able to make that happen.
Castagnoli: So what you’re saying is you and your drinking buddies want to face three world class athletes in a street fight?
Sandman: Yeah, that’s what I’m saying.
Castagnoli: Just a second.
PP3 and his group huddle up and conference for a few seconds before Sky grabs the mic.Sky: Ok, you’re on, but it’s your funeral.
The fans cheer wildly. Marco Epstein is back stage with KOTI Champion Drew Galloway.Epstein: Drew Galloway, congratulations on becoming the KOTI Champion. Who is going to be your first challenger?
Galloway: Thank you. I really don’t know who I will defend against first, it’s up the KOTI championship committee. I will tell you this though. I will be a fighting champion and whoever the committee puts in front of me, I will gladly defend this belt against.
Epstein: Spoken like a true fighting champion. I wish you luck and further success.
The scene shifts back to ringside.Striker: Welcome back to ringside and after the excitement at the beginning of the show, it’s time to get down to business. Last time we saw a ladies battle royal in an attempt to crown our first ladies champion. Tonight we will get a better idea of who the contenders will be as we start off tonight’s action with a ladies gauntlet match.
GAUNTLET MATCHAllison Danger and Daizee Haze start the match. A brief back and forth battle for position took place before Danger gained the advantage. Danger wore Haze down before nailed her with a SHIMMERING WARLOCK. Haze kicked out of the pin attempt. Danger continued her assault and after two more SHIMMERING WARLOCKS, Danger pinned Haze.

Del Rey took it to Danger in the early going, but Danger managed to counter a piledriver with a back body drop and gained the advantage. Danger gained a near fall after and STO. Danger continued her assault and after a couple of SHIMMERING WARLOCKS pinned Del Rey.
Danger defeats Del Rey by pinfall.Danger didn’t get much chance to rest because LuFisto quickly entered the ring. Lufisto came right at Danger, but Danger still looked fairly fresh. Both ladies brawled wildly, trying to gain the advantage. Danger began to show fatigue and Lufisto took advantage, wearing down her opponent. Lufisto gained a near fall with the BURNING HAMMER. Lufisto continued her assault, but Danger countered a flying body press with a powerslam to gain a near fall. Danger sensed her opponent was in trouble and took the action to Lufisto. Lufisto battled back and the match continued back and forth. Lufisto was finally able to put Danger down with a Tiger Suplex to get the pin.
Lufisto defeats Danger by pinfall.Nevaeh entered the ring and the match continued. Even after her hard fought battle with Danger, Lufisto still had plenty left in the tank and took it right to Nevaeh. Lufisto gained a near fall with the MANGALIZER. Lufisto followed up with a Tiger Suplex and pinned Nevaeh.
Lufisto defeats Nevaeh by pinfall.Candice LeRae was next into the match. Lufisto wasted no time and gained a near fall after a diving star headbutt. Lufisto fought hard and managed to break free of the hold. MsChif continued to wear her opponent down and finally made Lufisto submit to the Gates of Hell II.
MsChif wins the gauntlet match by submission.Striker: Lufisto put up a helluva fight, but MsChif was just too fresh.
Fyne: Lufisto is a great fighter, but sometimes luck is better than skill and this time MsChif had the luck of the draw.
Striker: You hit the nail on the head there. Now we begin the tournament to crown a new SCS Heavyweight Champion.
SCS HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH
Tyler Black vs. Colt CabanaBlack dominated the early going, but Cabana countered a back body drop then gained a near fall with a folding Thesz press. Cabana continued to wear his opponent down with a high impact assault, but Black battled back. The battle continued back and forth until Black gained the advantage and put Cabana away with the Rubix Cube.
Black defeats Cabana by pinfall.Striker: That match really could’ve gone either way.
Fyne: I’m not sure about that. Colt Cabana did survive Tyler Black’s initial onslaught, but I don’t think Tyler ever thought he was going to lose that match.
Striker: Both men definitely gave it their all, just like the two men in our next match are sure to do.
SCS HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH
Brian Cage vs. Kevin SteenThis match was a high impact, back and forth brawl from the opening bell. After several minutes, Steen gained a quick advantage and delivered a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER, but Cage kicked out at the last second. Steen followed up with another PACKAGE PILEDRIVER and again Cage kicked out, much to the astonishment of Steen. Steen continued his assault and the action spilled out of the ring. Cage gained the advantage, but let his emotions get the best of him. Cage grabbed a chair and went after Steen. The ref warned Cage about using the chair, but Cage shoved the ref out of the way and smashed Steen with the chair. The ref disqualified Cage.
Steen defeats Cage by disqualification.Striker: What an unfortunately turn of events for Brian Cage.
Fyne: Cage must not think very highly of the SCS Heavyweight Title if he would just throw his opportunity away like that. That man needs to be kicked out of SCS once and for all.
Striker: I’m not sure about that, but he may need to reexamine his priorities.
Marco Epstein is in the backstage interview area with Kenny King.Epstein: Kenny King, in just a bit you will have the opportunity to exact revenge on the man that prevented you from competing in the SCS Underground Title tournament and possibly you first opportunity at gold in SCS. I know you are fueled by revenge, but are you ready to take on Necro Butcher in a falls count anywhere match?
King: Look man, I don’t sweat Necro Butcher. That guy punked me and I’m not going to let that fly. I don’t know if he came looking for a fight when he attacked me, but he’s got one now. I don’t care if it’s in the ring, in the crowd or in the parking lot. That guy is going down.
Epstein: Kenny King is quite upset. Hopefully he can channel that anger when he faces Necro Butcher later on tonight.
Matt Sydal & Delirious vs. The Gladiators (Sage Strong & Malta The Damager)Both of these teams were looking to advance in the tag team division. Both teams battled back and forth until Delirious pinned Strong after 20 clotheslines in the corner.
Sydal & Delirious defeat The Gladiators by pinfall. FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
Kenny King vs. Necro ButcherKing was all over Necro and gained several early near falls. King seemed to avoid taking the action outside the ring, but once Necro gained the advantage that’s exactly where the action ended up. Necro battered King around ringside until a fan handed King a metal pipe, which King promptly smash across Necro’s face, busting Necro open. King repeatedly rammed Necro’s bloody noggin into the announcer’s table effectively giving Necro a crimson mask. Necro seemed to be smiling and gaining strength as he tasted his own blood and turned things around on King. Necro and King brawled out of the arena, where Necro sent King through a souvenir table. Necro dragged King back to the ring, where Necro grabbed a pair of steel chairs. Necro delivered CHOOSE DEATH, but King managed to get a shoulder up at the last second. Necro took the action back out of the ring, where he continued his assault. Necro found some rope, but as he admired it, King attacked from behind and took the rope. King wrapped the rope around Necro’s throat and choked him for all he was worth. King rolled a nearly lifeless Necro back into the ring and delivered the CORONATION to gain the victory.
King defeats Necro by pinfall.Striker: Fan, at our last iPPV, Red, White, Black and Blue Bash, April Hunter survived a grueling tournament to become the first SCS Ladies Champion, but the real story was the dominance of Jessicka Havok.
Fyne: Havok made her mark by eliminating every other woman in that battle royal, only to eliminated in the final by Hunter.
Striker: Later that night, as Cheerleader Melissa was positioning herself as the first challenger to Hunter’s newly won title, Havok struck, injuring Melissa and again making her presence felt in the new ladies division. Tonight those three women clash in a triple threat match for the SCS Ladies Championship.
SCS LADIES TITLE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Jessicka Havok vs. Cheerleader Melissa vs. SCS Ladies Champion April HunterThe action is fast and furious from the start as all three women attempt to gain the advantage. It looks as if Havok is set to go to work on Melissa, but Hunter recovers and attacks Havok. Hunter maintained the advantage for several minutes, but Havok absorbed the assault and ultimately took the attack right back at the champion. Havok delivered the HAVOKILLER, but Melissa broke up the pin attempt. The action continued back and forth with each lady gaining several near falls. The end finally came after Havok tossed Melissa out of the ring and delivered the HAVOKILLER to Hunter to get the pin and win the title.
Havok defeats Hunter by pinfall to win the title.Striker: Jessicka Havok again shows her dominance.
Fyne: She’s definitely a bad woman and might be able to kick the ass of some of the men in SCS.
Striker: Eddie you might be right about that one.
KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) w/Olivia vs. Gentlemen’s Club (Johnny Gargano & Chuck Taylor) w/ Orange CassidyBoth teams battled back and forth, exchange several high impact moves early in the match. The Tribe delivered a second RESERVATION DEVASTATION and Lion pinned Gargano.
The Tribe defeat Gentlemen’s Club by pinfall.Marco Epstein is in the backstage interview area with Percy Pringle III, Shaun Ricker, Claudio Castagnoli & The Dynasty (Joey Ryan & Scorpio Sky)Epstein: PP3, I know Claudio Castagnoli and The Dynasty are chomping at the bit to get their hands on The Sandman and his friends, but before that happens Shaun Ricker has a first round match in the SCS Heavyweight Title Tournament.
PP3: I has been far too long since Shaun Ricker has had a belt around his waist. It’s an absolute travesty that it takes a tournament of this sort for him to even have an opportunity at a title.
Ricker: You know Percy, I don’t even know why I have to compete in this tournament. This should be a tournament to determine who should face me for the title. Or better yet, since I was the one who held the title before Galloway why doesn’t the title just revert back to me. It’s not like Galloway was that good any way. He just got lucky one night.
Epstein: If I’m not mistaken, Drew Galloway defeated you on more than one occasion Mr. Ricker.
Ricker: There you go with your revisionist history again. Everyone here knows the truth. You know what, forget it. Percy, let’s go. It’s time to get my title back.
SCS HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH
Shaun Ricker w/Percy Pringle III vs. Chris HeroIf Ricker wants the SCS Heavyweight Title back, he’s going to have to earn it as he got far from a push over as his first round opponent. Ricker was sharp and held the advantage for most of the match, but Hero battled back. Ricker regained the advantage and scored a near fall with the GRAVY TRAIN. Ricker was frustrated with the referee and tossed Hero out of the ring. Hero quickly gathered his wits and a chair. Hero waffled Ricker with the chair and rolled him back into the ring, gaining a near fall. Ricker recovered, but still had trouble putting Hero away. Hero recovered again and gained the advantage. The action spilled out of the ring, where Ricker nailed Hero with a chair, busting him open. Ricker rolled Hero back in the ring attempted to win with a nonchalant pin. Hero managed to get a shoulder up, much to the chagrin of both Ricker and PP3. Hero took advantage of the lapse in concentration and went on offensive. Hero looked as if he had Ricker in a bad way, but Hero missed a turnbuckle charge and Ricker rolled him up for the pin.
Ricker defeats Hero by pinfall.Striker: I have to say I’m definitely impressed with Shaun Ricker and his victory here tonight.
Fyne: You sound surprised. Did you doubt Shaun Ricker meant what he said when he said he was going to get his title back?
Striker: Of course I’m not saying that, but Chris Hero isn’t a walk in the park. Both men fought hard and all I’m saying is Ricker definitely earned his victory.
Percy Pringle III had his men in the ring preparing for the main event as ‘Enter Sandman’ played over the PA. The Sandman emerged from the back and made his way to ringside. The Sandman’s music ended and The Sandman stood at ringside when ‘Walk’ by Kilgore played and Bill Alfonso led Sabu and Rob Van Dam to the ring. The fans went bananas at the sight of two more extreme icons. Sabu and RVD paused briefly at ringside beside The Sandman the all three stormed the ring and the match was on.VEGAS STREET FIGHT

Ryan tagged Scorpio and Sandman battled back. Sandman gained a quick near fall before tagging Sabu. Sabu took it too Sky, even connecting with an Arabian Facebuster. Sabu tagged RVD and RVD continued the assault. RVD went for a high risk move, but played to the crowd just a little too much and Sky was able to throw RVD from the top turnbuckle. Sky tagged Castagnoli, who came in and immediately delivered the NEUTRALIZER, gaining a near fall on RVD. PP3’s guys utilized multiple tags and isolated RVD in their corner. RVD battled back and took Ryan out of the arena and to the parking garage, where smashed Ryan into a parked car before both men brawled back into the arena.
