January 1, 2011 - the day my life changed forever. Having developed severe H1N1 Pneumonia, I was admitted to hospital and placed in a medically-induced coma, where I spent four weeks fighting for my life. Abandoned by my wife, it looked bleak even if I did survive.
January 1, 2016 - I have been holding down a good job for almost three years, working with some lovely people, am still mobile, have brass in pocket and things are going my way.
If I can turn adversity around, anyone can.

Why did we miss congratulations this year? I hope that we won't miss may 14 holidays this time. Or you don't know about this holiday? Then you have something new to learn about. It's very interesting and funny. |
