Legends is the only product in the vast Filsinger Games line that I haven't gotten into yet. I've wanted to for some time now, but need to work up the money to get ALL the sets.
In any case, one question -- if I am a long-time GWF, POW, aCe guy, what in the boxed set for Legends do I need that's different, or would I be best off just getting the 24-card reprinting?
Does Legends have its own charts?
Just curious...thanks!

The charts are the same so you're probably better off buying just the reprinting

With the box set you would also get the Legends Instructions and character description handbook, as well as the basic charts and dice (which you already have). Oh and of course the box. ;D

To clarify for new people then, if you order the reprinted orginal legends set, the handbook doesn't come with it? I'd think that might be something to reconsider or list an option to get the handbook as well. A new player may just start with the reprinted cards but not know they don't get the handbook too. I didn't notice that because I have the handbook from the original set.

So, IMO, definitely get the boxed set Aquinas. The handbook is really important. I always learn lots of new things and get lots of ideas for my storylines when reading the handbook that comes with each LOW set.

Yeah the box set is the way to go. And I would agree the box is pretty old school.
