Hopefully, someone can help out a Filsinger Games newbie.
I was trying to figure out the differences between Promoter Prime and Promoter Online. I searched the message boards but couldn't find any specific details.
I ordered the $15 Promoter Online package, but can't find my cards or issues anywhere on my online account. I thought I was ordering the 2015 Promoter cards with Petey Williams (but now I'm statting to think I didn't.)
Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Jason

Promoter Online was at one time a way of offering the newsletter online without doing the old printed newsletters that existed long ago. Promoter Prime is a special subscription service where you can get around two characters a month (varies from COTG, Low, and Indy Promotion) and usually begins on January. It doesn't matter what month that you decide to buy since you'll have all characters up to a certain point (example: subscribing to Promoter Prime in March will get you all characters that are available up to march). Promoter Prime is available as a downloadable pdf and you can play the characters available in online play as well. The pdf can be used to print the cards of the characters to use in your card game of choice that Filsinger Games has produced thus far. This is what I know from my knowledge and anyone else with experience in this can correct me if I'm wrong. But hopefully, this piece of information can be some assistance. Welcome aboard new player.

If you're having further difficulty with your situation, you can contact Tournament Master and I'm sure he can help you out with it. He and Kris are always hard at work and I give them two thumbs up for their dedication.

I talked to Todd yesterday.
I accidentally purchased the old Promoter Online kit. He switched me over to Hollywood Act II, which looks awesome.
I'm going to try it out tonight.
Thanks for the input everyone.

That's what we're here for. We always do our best. I'm definitely learning that The customer support is fast, thorough, and effective. I've been playing this game nightly for weeks now. (After 30 years of hearing about it, I'm just picking it up.) And I'm addicted. Paralyze is rocking my league - and, quite surprisingly, only American Guy has been able to stand up to him. (Endgame and Bloodline just can't get going). Anyways, thanks to the community!

Thanks for the kind words towerd.
As for Promoter Prime, expect to hear more about the 2016 edition soon. The set kicks off with 2 really interesting cards I bet no one is expecting. Looking forward to hearing what people think.
