It's not a real big deal, but I gotta side with Vegas here. It's more an ettiquette issue than anything. I know there's a sort of unwritten board rule that most hold to about the COTG avatars that once one is taken and you notice, you don't use that one yourself. When multiple people use the same one it can get confusing at a glance.
I suppose anyone with a real issue could just make their own. If it comes to the point that I see a few other people using Mil I'll probably just come up with one of my own and let it go.
