I would expect any further sets for the time being to also have the same structure with 4 good guys and 4 badguys, with 2 main eventers, 4 midcarders, 2 curtain jerkers.
Here would be my choices:
Good ME: Buzzsaw or Ace Arcadium
Bad ME: Slashmaster or Dr. B
Good MC: Drool, Mighty Leo
Bad MC: Hammerhead, Skullgore
Good CJ: Dangerzone or Red Pirate Rodgers
Bad CJ: Keith Blood or Mandonna

I forgot about He-Beast the Barbarian. He'd be a good pick.
Maybe even the new tag team of Spazz and Mercenary. That'd be fun.
Bug Buster would probably make it in ahead of Red Pirate Rogers, but it's a coinflip for me.

Mandonna would be fun.
I'd also add to the list who want He-Beast and Skullgore especially since He-Man was a big influence on the creation of COTG.
