- What We See -
An ominous cage hangs from the ceiling of the Palladium. Fans are abuzz knowing that no announcement has been made about which match tonight would take place in the steel structure (Murdok vs Tekaro and Hybrid vs Avarice were strong contenders). Fans were also interested what the ROC had up their sleeve for Gheist, Sycophant and PainMaster.



General Rankor vs. Warfare

General Rankor defeated Warfare with GUILTY OF TREASON at 8:46
Match Rating: 3.00

Rankor was in Warfare's head before the match began. Grabbing a mic the General added some extra motivation for Warfare stating if he won, he'd release Trench from the spell he has him under. This gave Warfare more fire but also made him a bit more sloppy in the ring. Impressively Warfare powered out of GUILTY OF TREASON once pulling the ropes off his neck turning and spearing Rankor in half. He did not survive two passing out as he struggled to get free.




Living Dead vs. Nemean and Ventross

Ventross defeated Noxious with a leaping tombstone at 11:05
Match Rating: 2.75

Nicodemus penciled in the team of Nemean and Ventross to be scheduled for this card. The Ancient knew of the fondness Ventross had for Nemean and he knew he wouldn't leave him hanging. He was right, moments before the bell rang Ventross's music hit and he made his was through the crowd to massive cheers from the fans. Nemean tried to assure Ventross things would be okay but Ventross was paranoid, eyes constantly darting around the Palladium. He was right, halfway through the match Ravager Guards made their way to ringside 2 stationed at each ring post as Ventross worked over Noxious. At the conclusion of the match Nicodemus and NuBorn Destruction made their way to the entrance ramp to make sure things went smoothly. Nemean tried to persuade Ventross to go peacefully but he had other things in mind taking out all 8 Guards! Warfare charged the ring taking a spear for his trouble. Tekaro followed but to everyone's surprise was dropped by Nemean with HUNGER STRIKE! Ventross stood stunned as Nemean yells "RUN!"
Ventross takes off with Nicodemus running down to follow. The crowd goes wild as Nicodemus orders Nemean to be taken away.



Nicodemus vs. Exodus

Nicodemus defeated Exodus with NUCLEAR WINTER at 5:31
Match Rating: 1.75

Nicodemus is angry as hell and he takes it all out on Exodus. Attacking the Fallen Angel before he gets in the ring, Nicodemus almost ends it before it begins with a Gut Buster. From there it was all Nicodemus, planting Exodus three times with Fusion Bombs, savatte kicks and Commander Clothelines. After the match he urges Ventross to turn himself in for the sake of Nemean.




- Centrapolis Street Fight -
Holocaust vs. Hustler
 
Hustler defeated Holocaust with a Clothesline at 9:58
Match Rating: 3.25

The match starts out front of the Palladium with a circle of fans/Blue Steel members forming a circle around the two competitors. Hustler quickly takes over using everything from lamp posts to beer bottles found in trash cans to beat Holocaust. He almost ended it early hitting quadruple Street Soldier Suplexes into garbage and cans. Holocaust made a comeback throwing Hustler through a glass window of a laundry service. He almost pulled off a shocking win hitting SHOCK WAVE (5) but Hustler managed to get up. Holocaust tried jumping off a dumpster but Hustler swept his leg out sending Holocaust crashing through the trash. Pulling Holocaust out and throwing him against a hovercraft, Hustler took a running start and clotheslined the former man of WAR over the hood getting the win. Hustler celebrated with fans while some younger members of Blue Steel tagged a unconscious Holocaust with graffiti.




Avarice vs. Hybrid

Avarice defeated Hybrid with 7TH SIN at 3:12
Match Rating: 2.00

Avarice breathes a sigh of relief when the bell rings and the cage does not come down. That moment of relief ends when Hybrid stuns him with a big elbow and locks in a crushing face clamp. Avarice is able to escape and slaps the taste out of Hybrid's mouth enraging the beast! Avarice smartly rolls out of the ring but Hybrid is in pursuit. The Blackheart smartly rolls into the ring, bounces off the opposite rope and dropkicks Hybrid who was climbing into the ring. Avarice nails a daring Power of Greed over the top rope and to the floor. Avarice followes up with 7th SIN and steals one from the beast! He smirks as he drops a black rose on Hybrid before walking to the back.




- aCe Tag Team Championship -
Darkness Falls vs. Light Brigade

Jakyll defeated Aspin Northstar with RED DAWN at 18:33
Match Rating: 4.00

Uncharacteristically Krypt is in the ring to start the match with Lance At-Las. Since the beginning of aCe Jakyll has been the one to start off a match. This was a smart diversion, Jakyll sprung off the top rope over Krypt and hits Killer Instinct almost getting the win immediately! To his credit the veteran At-Las fights back and the two teams go back and forth trading near pin falls. Things break down after At-Las saves Aspin from being pinned and the ref can't keep control. Northstar goes for FLASH OF BRILLIANCE but Krypt is able to get his knees up. He tags Jakyll and they hit RED DAWN for the win! Darkness Falls iron grip on the aCe tag titles continue!




Murdok vs. Tekaro

Murdok defeated Tekaro with a Harvester Head Spear at 2:07
Match Rating: 2.75

Fast and furious! Both Murdok and Tekaro looked disappointed when the bell rang and the cage didn't drop. Murdok took advantage of Tekaro looking up at the cage with a punch to the gut. Tekaro slips out of a vertical suplex and rams The Harvester into the turnbuckle for a savage beatdown. Murdok slips out of the ring but Tekaro wasn't going to let him get a breather. Grabbing his shield the NuBorn Warrior flys through the ropes with a tope suicida but Murdok sidesteps, grabs the flying Tekaro and slams him down on the announcers table breaking it in half! He quickly capitalizes throwing his former lackey into the ring hitting the Harvester Headspear for the win! Murdok gets his win back!




- Ultimate Escape Match -
Aegis and The Specialists vs. Gheist and Sycophant & Master

Aegis defeated Gheist with RAMPART'S REVENGE at 54:58
Match Rating: 4.50

Gheist, PainMaster & Sycophant wait in the ring for their opponents, a forgone conclusion due to who competed for the ROC tonight. That didn't stop the crowd from popping huge when Aegis and The Specialists made their way to the ring. Once there, Aegis grabs a mic. 
"I don't know if you have figured it out yet but this cage is for us! (cage begins to lower to the ring) Tonight we're gonna have aCe's first Ultimate Escape match with a little added twist. PainMaster, if your team wins all charges stemming from last years attack will be forgotten, but if you loss we haul your carcass away tonight! "
The crowd goes wild as PainMaster reluctantly nods and then attacks! The Specialists show no sign that they haven't teamed in months, Scorch busts open Sycophant early repeatedly sending him into the cage walls with the fans chanting one more time over and over. He hits the Deviant with SPECIAL FORCES (Scorch bulldogs opponent from second rope into a code breaker from Shepard) then offers Shepard the chance to leave the cage. Shepard kindly declines allowing Scorch to be the first out!
Shepard goes right to work with Turnbuckle Tabernacle and sets up Sycophant with two Nomad Knee Drops. The Vagabond Priest misses with EXORCISM and Sycophant tags out. Quick tags in and out between all three members of Murdok's team work until Gheist telegraphs a move and Shepard capitalizes with Silver Bullet and escapes!
Aegis takes a beating from all three men who take turns working over the leader of the ROC. Sycophant locks in Asphyxiation and climbs out. Before he touches the ground The Shepard grabs him as Scorch slaps a pair of handcuffs on his wrist and to the cage! Sycophant is beside himself!
Back in the ring Gheist is punishing Aegis with Possessor's Edge and grinds his head into the cage. Aegis's face is a crimson mask and PainMaster smiles. That wouldn't last, Aegis roars back with a BattleGear bodypress then DDT's Gheist on his helmet. Aegis climbs up the cage puts up the ROC symbol and jumps off with RAMPART'S REVENGE (5)! The crowd is deafening as Aegis makes his way to the cage door. PainMaster desperately tries to attack but Aegis whirls around and hits a picture perfect Centra Spinebuster. He opens the cage door, tosses PainMaster out and follows for the win!


- Hey Hey-ey Goodbye -
Two of Centrapolis's finest grab PainMaster immediately and cuff him. The Specialists are standing in the isle way prepared for an attack from any remaining Murdok's World member. No one does a thing as the two officers take PainMaster out through the crowd has they cheer knowing that justice will finally be served.



- aCe Championship -
Godsend vs. Paganax

Paganax defeated Godsend with a PAGAN VOID at 12:22
Match Rating: 3.50

Godsend starts the match gouging the eyes of Paganax infuriating the Big Man. He answers by almost decapitating the aCe champion with a lariat and going for a pin. Godsend kicks out only to find himself in PAGAN VOID! The champion kicks out again but took a beating like no one has seen in quite some time. Barely able to muster an offense Paganax hit every big move in his arsenal about three times over. Godsend survived three PAGAN VOID's throughout the match but fell to the fourth. New champion! Planet Primus holds all the gold. Surprisingly the Centra Prime crowd cheered the Heathen Chief who climbed the turnbuckle to raise his newly won prize.
As Paganax celebrated inside the Palladium, outside wooden crates began to parachute down to the streets of Centrapolis...


Overall Card Rating: 3.06

[Pariah]

The Heathen Chief looked absolutely dominant - Can't remember ever seeing Godsend manhandled in that manner... Paganax definitely deserves to be called the aCe Essence champion... The Tribes of Primus now hold all the gold...

Great that Avarice picked up another big win... Hoping he can continue to build on this momentum... #blackheart

Thoroughly enjoyed the six-man battle - Highlight of the show, without a doubt... The Specialists proved they still have what it takes to be one of the best teams in the league... And Aegis was spectacular... It would appear that PainMaster is about to get what he deserves, but I doubt we've seen the last of him...

Paganax and Darkness Falls are having an incredible year this being the pinnacle. It's a shame it's all about to end.
The Ultimate Escape match was extremely fun and it was awesome to have The Specialists back. I'm not so sure about PainMaster, I think Emmalina may debut before he gets what he deserves!
The next two cards will start in motion everything that will lead to 2121!

- Panic on the Streets of Centra -

Wooden crates fell all over the streets of Centrapolis, about twenty-five in all. Concerned citizens didn't know if they should run or investigate but they soon got their answer. Almost as soon as the crates touched ground they opened sending Krypt's and Jaykll's everywhere. There were four in each crate, all of them lashing out at whatever was near. Scared, hungry and confused they caused mass panic and hysteria throughout the city. ROC units and police officers tried to regain control through peaceful means but in the end force was necessary. Hustler, who stayed out in the streets to celebrate his win dropped three by himself. The casualty list was severe - 9 Centra Prime dead, 29 injured. Total loss of Krypt's and Jakyll's. A reporter caught up to Hustler to get a comment but all the Blue Steel Soldier said was "it would be nice to go a year without being attacked by zombies and werewolves, damn!"

- The 9 Lives of PainMaster -

PainMaster slips away again! After the Ultimate Escape match two officers escorted PainMaster out of the building into a waiting paddy wagon. By the time they were on their way to Centrapolis City Prison the wooden crates had begun to fall, one landing right in the path of the paddy. The officer riding in the passenger seat slowly opened his door to get a closer look gun aimed at the crate. As his foot touched the road the crate exploded sending Krypt's running one way, the Jakyll's directly at the officer. They tore into him, slicing and clawing though his riot gear. The driver got out to help his partner, only to be attacked by the Krypt's . All the while, PainMaster sat inside knocking on the wall wondering what was happening. This got the attention of the Tribesmen who started pushing on the wagon wall rocking it until in knocked over! The door busted open the minute it was on it's side allowing a hurt PainMaster to crawl out and run away while the distracted Tribesmen jumped on the downed wagon. 

When reached for comment a dejected Aegis had this to say. "It seems like it's one step forward and two steps back. We just have to keep pressing forward."

- An Inter-Planetary Incident -

When Paganax had learned of the fate of his missing brethren he was heart-broken. Sadness quickly turned to anger and he demanded the heads of whoever were responsible. Rankor managed to convince him to leave Prime before anything else happened, citing the fact that they were severely out-numbered. He swore  to the Heathen Chief he would get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. 

A week later on Primus Paganax had summoned the General to deliver on his promise. 

"Sir, my sources on the Mothership have delivered credible evidence that it was in fact the Ravagers who committed this heinous act. " 

Rankor pressed a button on a remote in his hand that displayed what appeared to be holographic evidence of Nicodemus kidnapping a Jakyll. Paganax watched the video replay over and over. 

"And you trust this Ravager, Rankor?" 

"Yes sir, Tharkas has been loyal to our cause since day one." 

The anger continues to build in the Heathen Chief as he watches the video replay over and over. 

"Then if it's a war Nicodemus wants it's a war he's going to get!"

Lava Pits 2120

10.01.2120 from Lava Pits, Primus

- What We See -

Anger abounds on Planet Primus matching the mood of the Heathen Chief. Electric storms could be seen in every direction of the Lava Pit lighting up the red sky. Krypt's and Jakyll's angrily stalk the top of Pit waiting for their chance to throw things at the competitors, Ravagers getting the major brunt of the attacks. The 5 matches here tonight were chosen for a reason; Paganax wanted minimal outsiders on Primus and each match benefited the team in one way or another. With Planet Primus in control of the essence the other teams helplessly complied with every order.

- Lava Pits -

Grovel vs. Hustler

Hustler defeated Grovel with a Side Effect Off Pit Wall at 12:53

Match Rating: 3.50

The bell rings and immediately Jakyll's and Krypt's are throwing rocks at Hustler. This was consistent throughout the match, the Tribesmen angry that Hustler was responsible for the deaths of three of their own. Hustler made the best of this situation, using several of the rocks and boulders thrown against Grovel even using his Curb Jaw on a rock. Grovel took it to the Savior of the Streets, piledriving him off the ring apron to the lava floor. Hustler managed to hit a side effect off a ledge in the pit (a favorite move of his off of heights) to climb out and get the win. His celebration was fleeting, as soon as he climbed the wall Darkness Falls attacked with  incredible speed! Jakyll grabbed his arms, Krypt his feet and they tossed him 12 feet down into the ring! They weren't done there, the tag champs slid down the wall and nailed Hit'em High, Hit'em Low ! The Specialists tried to climb down to help but the champs somehow escaped under the ring.

- Lava Pits -

The Specialists vs. NuBorn Destruction

Scorch defeated Tekaro with SPECIAL FORCES at 14:32

Match Rating: 3.75

 A knock down drag out match between two of Centra's best teams! The four men had to dodge or ignore the blizzard of rocks thrown by the denizens of Primus making things more deadly. Shepard took over early throwing Antivirus in Tekaro's face twice. With the match squarely in control, Shepard goes to climb out when Krypt pops out of a small hole blasting him with the aCe tag title knocking him back into the ring. NuBuorn takes control cutting the ring in half. Tekaro sees the opportunity to get out and starts to climb. Jakyll returns the favor to Tekaro smashing his head with the other belt dropping him 8 feet back into the ring! Shepard was able to tag Scorch who immediately hits a Flailing Flood and sets up SPECIAL FORCES. Scorch grabs his pick ax and climbs up the wall, neither of Darkness Falls tries anything and The Specialists win!

- Rankor's Offer -

Warfare is in the ring helping his partner to his feet when a hologram of General Rankor's face appeared on the Pit wall.

"The time has come, Warfare! You want your friend back? You will get him back. All you have to do is meet me in the ring at Pound of Flesh, take a knee and bow. Bow to me Warfare and you get your friend back. I'll see you there!"

- Lava Pits -

Ventross vs. General Rankor

General Rankor defeated Ventross with GUILTY OF TREASON at 8:09

Match Rating: 0.10

General Rankor requested this match knowing one of two things would happen: 

1- Ventross would be too afraid to show up, fearful of being taken by Ravagers and taking a forfeit.

2- Ventross would show up and be at a severe disadvantage after the Tribesmen incident on Prime. 

After a few moments of thinking the first a personal space cruiser zipped up with a tattered clothed Ventross emerging. Number 2 ending up being right, Ventross may have gotten in a total of three moves. Rankor had the advantage making Ventross pay for his attack on the Mothership. Battered and bloodied, the most disturbing shot came when Rankor goaded the Primitives to throw things at his opponent, one knocking Ventross out could with a basketball sized boulder. Still, Rankor picked Ventross up and hit GUILTY OF TREASON before climbing out effortlessly. 

Note: No Ravagers tried to arrest Ventross, they had enough to worry about here.

- War All The Time -

Murdok paces in front of PainMaster and Sycophant, minutes before their match is to take place. Angry is an understatement.

"Aegis has gone too far! Taking you captive was a direct challenge to me! He thinks I won't retaliate! HE KNOWS NOTHING!"

PainMaster couldn't help but smile.

"Thank you my lord, I appreciate your concern for me."

Murdok sneered.

"I could care less about you going to jail. He tried to embarrass me, thinks he has this war won! He has another thing coming! We will attack! The Dead Nemesis is ready! The streets will run with The Plague!"
Feeling a little foolish PainMaster spoke up again.

"I agree an attack is a magnificent idea, but I say we hold off. Wait til after our Antilia card, they'll never expect us to be following them home, it's perfect, sir."
A smile crept of Murdok's face.
"Yessssss! For now I'll punish him in this pit, but soon enough Centra Prime will be mine!" The doors of their ship open as they make their way to the pit.

- Lava Pits -

Light Brigade and Aegis vs. Sycophant & Master and Murdok

Sycophant the Deviant defeated Lance At-Las with THE TOURNIQUET at 14:34

Match Rating: 3.50

Aegis and Murdok go right at each other reminding anyone who forgot how much these two hate each other. With the exception of a rock here or there the natives didn't get too involved in this match. Murdok took out a lot of frustration out in this match, at one point trying to push Aegis's head through a pit wall! In typical Aegis fashion he would not go easily jumping off a pit wall with Opening Salvo. Aegis stayed in the ring a little longer than he should have not tagging out for the first 8 minutes. At-Las looked poised for a win hitting MARS MANHANDLER on Sycophant outside the ring until PainMaster pulled him off the wall with his whip. That caused everything to breakdown with Aspin attacking PainMaster and Murdok attacking Aegis. Both Sycophant and Lance climbed the wall side by side reaching the top and battling. At-Las threw a punch which Sycophant ducked and wrapped Lance's arm in a strap locking on THE TOURNIQUET! Lance struggled to get free before fading. Sycophant let him fall down the pit before climbing out and getting the win.

- Lava Pits -

Paganax vs. Holocaust

Paganax defeated Holocaust with a Roaring Elbow at 4:40

Match Rating: 1.75

Paganax demanded Nicodemus for this match, wanting to get revenge in the Lava Pit. His disappointment was shared with the rest of his brethren when Holocaust was beamed down from the Ravager ship. Holocaust, graffiti faded but still visible, looked like he'd rather be anywhere else than across the ring from the aCe champion. Paganax didn't take his time and hit a roaring elbow before climbing out. 

Once out of the pit he made his disappointment known. 

"Nicodemus! That should be you coward! I demand you face me. I demand retribution!" 

Nicodemus appeared via Hologram from the safety of his ship. 

"You want me, I want what you have. Put the title on the line and we fight." 

Without hesitation Paganax agreed. A grin could be seen from the fog filled fishbowl. 

"Excellent. I'll see you in two weeks."

Overall Card Rating: 2.52

[Pariah]

That victory by the Heathen Chief to close out the show was absolutely astounding... No wonder he agreed to put the title on the line in order to get his hands on Nicodemus... His confidence level has to be at an all-time high at this point...

Really enjoyed the reference to Tharkas at the top of the show and you've definitely got me curious about what part this particular character will have to play - Very cool divergence from the canon aCe story...

Jakyll and Krypts running amok throughout... Never a bad thing...

Paganax has been an absolute beast as of late! He deserves his spot at the top of aCe at the moment.

I always knew I wanted to mention Tharkas in aCe, I always felt it was weird he just shows up in GWF with no real backstory other than he's Ravager. I don't know if he'll get an official entrance to aCe (I only have 2126 in card form) but he will get at least one more mention.

I hope to have the next card posted later today, the Nicodemus/Paganax match was incredible!

- Flash Back -

Date: 10.17.2119      Location: Caves of Primus      Event: Flesh and Bones. 

After a brutal war inside a Circinus Cell, Nicodemus raises the aCe championship over his head as a bloody Paganax struggles to get to his feet. The Ancient Ravager retains against the odds and home-planet crowd of the Heathen Chief.

- What We See -

The Caves are filled with angry denizens of Primus. They fill every available inch of the "arena" some literally hanging from the rafters. They all hope for one thing -revenge for their fallen brethren by their chief,  aCe champion Paganax.

- Not in Attendance -

Holocaust - whereabouts unknown 

Hustler - Recovering from injuries sustained at Lava Pits 2120

Nemean - Jailed on the Mothership
 

Ventross - Back in hiding

Sycophant & Master vs. Light Brigade

This match ended in a draw (Double Disqualification) at 6:29

Match Rating: 3.00

The four men didn't even make it to the ring before the brawling started! The tribesmen were treated to up close action as Light Brigade and S & M tore into each other! When in the ring Lance went to work on Sycophant throwing him all over with Atlas World Beaters. MARS MANHANDLER brought PainMaster in to make the save and Aspin was right behind him. Another all out brawl sees PainMaster get tossed out and Aspin tagged in. He hits a beautiful FLASH OF BRILLIANCE but amazingly Sycophant kicks out. He goes for it again but PainMaster pushes him off the turnbuckle. In the ring PainMaster hits a stretch bomb and locks in the Torture Rack. He hits a FACE-FIRST CRASH prompting At-Las to make the save bringing in Sycophant. Again we have an all out brawl. The ref cuts his losses and decides to DQ both teams.

- "Good Luck In Your Future Endeavors" -

Date: 10.3.2120      Location: The Mothership 

Holocaust returns to the Mothership after being brutalized by Paganax two days before in the Lava Pits. He's immediately summoned to The Bridge for a conference with his partner Nicodemus. The Ancient Ravager looks down on his partner from his Commander's Chair both figuratively and literally. 

"To say you're performance has been underwhelming this year would be a mass understatement. You have repeatedly embarrassed yourself against Hustler and I almost pitied you in your match against Paganax." 

Holocaust was angry. 

"So that's it?What, I'm out of aCe? I wasn't even supposed to be in that match, you were! You know what Ventross was right-" 

"- I never said you were done in aCe, Holocaust. Just done on my team!"
With that a huge fluorescent bubble of light engulfed Holocaust and the former GWF, CPC and WGX star was just a pile of metal on the floor. 

"We're going in a different direction, you understand right?"

Grovel vs. Hybrid

Hybrid defeated Grovel with the POISON DRIVER at 9:14

Match Rating: 2.00

 Before the match Paganax tells Grovel he doesn't have to win the match to necessarily "win the match." 

"I need you to take as much punishment as you can possibly take Grovel." 

Grovel makes the Chief proud taking a pounding for nine minutes, surviving a chokeslam outside the ring and two POISON DRIVERS before falling to the third. Nevertheless, Paganax comes out stronger for his efforts.

Paganax now at a 7(4) pin rating

- The Traitor and The Serpent -

Date 10.6.2120      Location Syndicate HQ, Primus 

The holo-com call comes through the Ravager-esque War Room of Syndicate Headquarters.

Godsend - Are you willing to hear him out at least? I mean I'm curious as to what he could possibly want from us. 

Rankor - I'm a little hesitant to meet with the man who tried to kill me last month. 

Godsend - That was Ventross 

Rankor - Please, that lap dog can't think for himself. That was all Nicodemus. 

Godsend - Well hear him out, I'm going to. Besides he says he has a gift for you...
 

Holo-com ended.

NuBorn Destruction vs. Living Dead

Warfare defeated Noxious with a Flying Body Press at 17:00

Match Rating: 3.75

 Living Dead put on a shocking performance and almost defeat the former tag champs! NuBorn Destruction had to fight harder than they wanted to get the W-Tekaro undoubtedly was looking past the undead duo and Warfare being more focused on later tonight and Flatliner. After some tense moments (Tekaro saved a pin fall and almost got disqualified for using his shield repeatedly) Warfare pulls off a spectacular Flying Body Press for a win.

- The Traitor and The Ancient -

Date: 10.9.2120      Location: Syndicate HQ, Primus 

Nicodemus appeared in front of Rankor via hologram in Syndicate Headquarters. 

Nicodemus - I'm surprised you took my call, traitor.

Rankor - Believe me, it was just out of morbid curiosity, you old bastard.

Nicodemus - No need for name calling, Rankor.

Rankor - No? You tried to have Ventross kill me!

Nicodemus - Please, that was a test of loyalty for Ventross and he failed.You and I both know he doesn't have it in him.

Rankor - What do you want Nicodemus? 

Nicodemus - I know Godsend told you about the meeting I am hosting, I just wanted to personally reach out and invite you, and to offer you a gift to show there are no hard feelings. 

The parts of Holocaust start to materialize in Syndicate HQ. Rankor looks them over and smiles.
 

Rankor - I almost feel bad about telling Paganax that Ravagers were responsible for taking the Tribesmen.

Nicodemus - Why? You basically delivered me the aCe championship, I should thank you. I would prefer it though if you take him out before things get ugly. 

Rankor - A plan is already in the works
 

Nicodemus - One more thing, what is the endgame with Warfare?

Rankor - I'm just having a little bit of fun, it'll be over at Pound of Flesh.

Nicodemus - Good, I need him focused on the task at hand. I'll send you more information soon, General.

Rankor - Aye aye, ol' Ancient one.

Avarice vs. Gheist

Avarice defeated Gheist with 7TH SIN at 4:08

Match Rating: 0.10

Avarice comes out more aggressive than ever in a surprisingly quick match. Gheist tried to use power moves to no avail but the Blackheart just brushed them off. Avarice was in no mood hitting Power of Greed two times into a Tiger Driver. He busted Gheist open with Crown of Thorns before putting him down with 7TH SIN.
After the match Avarice drops a black rose on Gheist before looking directly into the camera making a money gesture to everyone.

- Revelation of Exodus -

Date-10.10.2120      Location-ROC HQ, Centra Prime 

Exodus gathers the members of the ROC for a meeting. 

"Godsend tipped his hand on The Nemean Show last month. What Nemean heard as a cryptic statement was painfully clear for me. Darkseed is coming, or at least that is what Godsend is planning on. If we can prevent this in any way from coming to pass, we must! Shepard and I will make a pilgrimage next month to the Ethereal Cathedral, we'll leave after the Antilia show to be back in time for the show on the Mothership. Darkseed is bad news for this dimension, we must do everything in our power to keep him out." 

Exodus vs. Godsend

Godsend defeated Exodus with a Godsend Super Backdrop at 9:09

Match Rating: 3.00

Godsend and Exodus exchange hard blows in the middle of the ring with Exodus coming out on top. He frustrates the Serpent with a trio of Kingdom Comes, Godsend rolling out of the ring before Exodus can hit the fourth. Foolishly Exodus chases Godsend out of the ring where Godsend drops him with a Demon Bomb. Both men battle back and forth until Godsend escapes a neckbreaker and locks in a Super Backdrop. He hits two more for good measure (and to rub it in) before holding the third for the 1-2-3.

- Prisioner -

Date: 10.12.2120      Location: The Mothership 

Nemean stands in his cell screaming to be let go. Two guards stand ignoring the young Ravager. 

"I did nothing wrong! I demand to see The Ancient council to plead my case!" 

Nicodemus walks into the Mothership jail and excuses the guards for a minute. 

"Tsk tsk tsk, oh Nemean, you poor pathetic loser. You threw your hat in with Ventross the maniac. You purposely prevented the arrest of said traitor. That is treason. If it was up to me you'd be dead already for your actions." 

Nemean tried to show he wasn't scared. 

"Good thing it's not up to you, I want to go before the Ancients!" 

"Haha son, the Ancients are leaving. They want nothing to do with what is coming next here. And when they're gone, you will die. Enjoy your cell, feel free to do your little show to entertain the guards before the end."

Murdok vs. Aegis

Murdok defeated Aegis with a Tombstone Piledriver at 15:17

Match Rating: 3.75

Aegis starts the match with a two finger salute and a pair of chops to the chest. Murdok responds with two punches to the gut and it's clear the type of match this will be. A huge spinning elbow smash rocks Murdok and Aegis follows up with two forearms. Murdok insultingly shoves Aegis in the face repeatedly egging him on. Aegis answers with two more forearm smashes and a trio of Battle Gear Bodypresses. Murdok elbows his way out of a side slam to drop Aegis with a Murdok Power Bomb. From there Murdok tosses Aegis all over with fallaway slams softening him up for a pair of CENTRA TAKEOVER'S. Aegis wouldn't quit fighting back valiantly a few times but this was Murdok's night ending it with a Tombstone Piledriver. 

Trisis didn't move once during the match, she just starred ahead, catatonic.

- The Fate of Flatliner -

Rankor makes his way to the ring, Flatliner following him close behind. 

"I really wanted this to be on The Nemean Show but he seems to be preoccupied, so welcome to The Rankor Show! Warfare, it is time please join us in the ring, alone." 

Warfare makes his way to the ring, cautious but optimistic. 

"Warfare I promised you I would release Trench from his spell, all you had to do was take a knee and bow to me. Bow to me, as if my name was Nicodemus hahahaha." 

Warfare took a minute, then reluctantly dropped to a knee. Rankor stood over him, loving every second. Flatliner stood motionless. Warfare finally lowered his head, bowing to the traitor of the people he has dedicated his life to. The General hits a button on a handheld remote that causes the Flatliner armor to heat up, spark, and eventually ignite the dead flesh of the corpse once known as Trench. Frozen in shock, Warfare couldn't do anything as he watched his former friend die a second time. Rankor erupted in laughter. 

"There you go Warfare! I "freed" Trench, just as I said I would hahahaha!"
Warfare didn't even struggle when Rankor grabbed him and threw him into the ropes for GUILTY OF TREASON, he just accepted it as aCe personal tried to free him.  The sick and twisted General laughed again before leaving, Flatliner in tow.

- aCe Tag Team Championship -

Darkness Falls vs. The Specialists

Scorch defeated Jakyll with SPECIAL FORCES at 8:21

Match Rating: 3.00

The tag champs come out of the gate strong showing why they've been champs for the last few months. A mule kick to Shepard has him desperately throw Antivirus but Krypt tags in Jakyll, showing great ring awareness. Jakyll bounces off the ropes with Hit'em Low before quickly tagging Krypt back in. Krypt stretches Shepard with an Octopus hold, and a fish hook into a camel clutch. Shepard manages to get to his feet and slam Krypt down breaking the hold. Scorch gets the hot tag and is running roughshod until Krypt counters a gut wrench into a gutbuster. Jakyll comes in and misses a left hook that Scorch smartly turns into a pumphandle plex. Scorch hits TRAILBLAZER almost knocking out Jakyll. Krypt saves him but Scorch smells blood. He and Shepard hit SPECIAL FORCES and get the win!
The Specialists are aCe tag champs for a record 4th time!

Paganax vs. Nicodemus

Paganax defeated Nicodemus with PAGAN VOID at 18:04

Match Rating: 4.75

An all out war! The first seven minutes were all the champion. He gets payback for his fallen brethren by alternating with jabs to the mouth (4) and hard hitting lariats (5). He almost takes his head off with a pair of Primal Screams and another guillotine lariat before going for a pin. Nicodemus defiantly kicks out only to receive another lariat and jab to the mouth. Nicodemus spits blood on the champ and slaps him in the face sending Paganax into a rage. He punches Nicodemus over and over again before the Ancient can grab the ropes causing a break. This gives Nicodemus the breather he needs and he hits a fusion bomb. Both men are down but the Ravager gets to his feet first hitting three more bombs and a NUCLEAR WINTER. Amazingly the champ kicks out. Both men are exhausted from going back and forth -
Paganax hits a head clap but misses a Lava Drop.
Nicodemus hits a heavy axe-handle that bounces the Chief off the ropes. 
He tries for a chop block but Nicodemus hits a savatte kick first.
The Ancient elbows Paganax in the face who in turn bites the Ravager!
Nicodemus is reeling in pain when he's blasted with Primal Scream. The champion hits two more guillotine lariats before hitting PAGAN VOID for the win!
The Tribesmen go wild as Paganax raises his title in victory!

So awesome to see such ferocity from Paganax to close out the show - defeating Nicodemus, retaining the title AND gaining a measure of revenge for the Tribes of Primus... Also thought it was cool how you updated the reader with the impact to the Heathen Chief's PIN rating following the matches involving Grovel, Jakyll & Krypt...

Great squash victory by the Blackheart... Gotta feeling that he will make it to the top in the upcoming year...

Your storytelling continues to be top notch... The intrigue is building and I can't wait for each installment... Excellent work!

Paganax is an out and out beast on recent cards!
The PIN rating thing was something I kind of slapped my forehead and said "I know what his PIN is but nobody else does, I can't believe it's taken me this long!" lol.
I really hope this is the beginning for Avarice because I have big plans for him in the future.

- The Massacre on Primus -

Krypt's and Jakyll's far and wide joined at Mt. Ragnarok to celebrate the Heathen Chief's victory over Nicodemus at Pound of Flesh. Retribution had been won and their fallen brethren had been avenged. The celebration had been kicked into high gear when the ground beneath them started to quake. Before they knew what happened they were flying through the air from an explosion from within the volcano. Chaos reigned supreme as lava spurted and rock came crashing down. Paganax tried to gather his barrings when he felt a gun to his head. Looking up he saw the leader of the Judas Syndicate holding the pistol to his temple.
"You!" he exclaimed.
"Me!" said the General with a smile.
He leaned down to whisper in the aCe champions ear. 

"I wasn't lying to you when I said the Ravagers kidnapped the Tribesmen, well I should have been more clear, let me clarify, it was THIS Ravager who kidnapped the Tribesmen! I gotta admit, I was touched that they started to trust me, they almost made it too easy! And the people of Prime deserved everything they got for blaming me for the carrier! You were so distracted you didn't see the big picture - the annihilation of your people!" With that Rankor, Flatliner and Holocaust (Avarice was not present) unloaded their weapons on everyone in site.

- Essence Controversy -

When the four team captains were in conference to discuss the next card on Antilia, they were taken aback when Rankor appeared holding the essence title instead of aCe champion, Paganax. They were shocked by what he had to say. 

"Mt. Ragnarok erupted incinerating the majority of the population, including former tag champions and our current aCe champion, Paganax. In the ruble I found the essence belt. I figure being the second in command I will assume the duties and be named acting aCe champion!" 

This sent the other three team captains into a fit. 

"I demand a tournament be held immediately!" shouted Murdok. 

"I can't believe I agree with the madman but I do." said Aegis. 

"Third." was all that was said by Nicodemus. 

Rankor tried to hid his anger. "Fine!" 

The communication ended. Aegis sat for a minute thinking.
"I want a team to investigate this, Scorch. While we're on Antilia, take a team and see what you can find."

- What We See -

Murdok tries to hedge his bets by moving the event to his front yard...literally! Boneshatter Castle sits just behind the black stone wall fifty yards from the action. Torches line the wall and the ringside area, the only lights illuminating the ring. There's potential to get burned by the torches outside the ring, that is if the hordes of plague zombies don't get you first! 

The castle itself is completely dark, except one lighted window with the silhouette of a women standing in the middle. She would stand there all show.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Aegis vs. Godsend

Godsend defeated Aegis with HELL'S THRESHOLD at 7:12

Match Rating: 2.50

Aegis gets dealt the unlucky hand of facing Godsend in the first round. The match was even at the start but a pair of Godsend Super Backdrops into HELL'S THRESHOLD let's the serpent move on.

- Free Agency -

Avarice approaches the leader of the Judas Syndicate, unfazed by the smattering of electricity buzzing around him and his new tag team.

"As you know, my contract is up soon, I'm expecting a significant bump in my salary."

Rankor would be amused if he wasn't so annoyed.

"You expect more? For what exactly? I paid you to bring us the aCe Heavyweight championship. Have you done that? No. What have you done? You beat Nemean in a ladder match for a title that's make believe. You will get nothing and like it! Or, my boys can shock it into you if you are not getting what I'm saying."

Avarice assessed the room and backed out slowly, understanding that his time with the Judas Syndicate was likely coming to an end.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Avarice vs. Nicodemus

Avarice defeated Nicodemus with 7TH SIN at 8:17

Match Rating: 3.00

Avarice stuns Nicodemus with a slap to start. Nicodemus replies with a hard slap of his own sending the Blackheart to a knee. Avarice tries to rise but catches a savatte kick to the jaw. For a while this match is all Nicodemus who is still trying to hide the damage done from his match with Paganax. A double clothesline sends both men down, Avarice recovering first. He locks in Crown of Thorns before repeatedly stomping the Ancient taking out his frustration. He hits 7TH SIN but Nicodemus kicks out, quickly he picks him up again and drops him head first with second 7TH SIN for the win.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Hybrid vs. General Rankor

Hybrid defeated General Rankor with POISON DRIVER at 9:37

Match Rating: 3.25

An all out hardcore brawl! The match spent more time out in the crowd then it did in the ring. Hybrid immediately throws Rankor outside the ring and hits him with everything; chairs, tables even press slamming zombies on top of the General! Rankor gave as well as he took breaking a tombstone over Hybrids head before hitting a tombstone on the tombstone! Feeling like things were locked up he hits back to back Treacherous Throwdowns before trying GUILTY OF TREASON. Hybrid is too big and powerful almost immediately getting out. Rankor charges but ends up out of the ring. Hybrid quickly pulls him back in for a pair of Brain Damagers into a pair of POISON DRIVERS for the win.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Murdok vs. Exodus

Murdok defeated Exodus with CENTRA TAKEOVER at 5:56

Match Rating: 2.50

 Murdok makes a spectacle of his entrance. Starting from Boneshatter Castle he walks out the front door and the entire length of the courtyard. Every few steps a Harvester loyalist would light a torch illuminating Murdok's path, two yards at a time. 

The walk to the ring takes longer than the match, Murdok makes quick work of Exodus and moves on to the semi-finals.

Living Dead vs. Shock Syndicate

Flatliner defeated Noxious with SHOCK AND AWE at 10:18

Match Rating: 2.50

Flatliner and Holocaust look impressive in their debut as Shock Syndicate. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the new look of Holocaust to say nothing of Flatliner. They make quick tags in and out hitting Shock to the System. Flatliner hits SHOCK AND AWE on Noxious as Holocaust blasts Cremator off the ring apron.  The aCe is on notice for the Shock Syndicate.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Godsend vs. Avarice

Avarice defeated Godsend with 7th SIN at 12:32

Match Rating: 3.50

Godsend tries taking down Avarice with an elbow smash but Avarice counters into the Blackheart Lock. The match would go back and forth but this dynamic seemed to be the same- Avarice was always a step ahead of The Serpent. Godsend survived 7TH SIN but Avarice stayed on him dropping him with a Tiger Driver and immediately another 7TH SIN for the upset win! The Blackheart moves onto the finals for the vacant title.

- aCe Championship Tournament -

Murdok vs. Hybrid

Hybrid defeated Murdok with a Downburst at 4:10

Match Rating: 2.00

Murdok takes his time getting to the ring, doing the full entrance he did with his match with Exodus. What he didn't expect was Tekaro blindsiding him as soon as he stepped beyond the gate of Boneshatter Castle! With incredible speed the NuBorn Warrior smashes Murdok in the face with his shield knocking him to the ground. Tekaro climbs on top of the Witchdoctor and bludgeons him over and over with the shield. Members of the plague army come to Murdok's aid but they get a face full of shield for their troubles! Tekaro finally escapes and we still have a match to have! Hybrid paces in the ring waiting for his meal. The match is fast with Murdok getting little to no offense in. Hybrid finally puts him down with Downburst and gets the win! Hybrid moves on to the finals to face Avarice for the aCe Heavyweight championship!

- Ruins of Antilia -
Sycophant & Master vs Light Brigade

Lance At-Las defeated Sycophant the Deviant with MARS MANHANDLER at 16:32
Match Rating: 4.25

Another knock down drag out match among the Ruins! The match was fought under tornado tag rules, PainMaster started with At-Las while Sycophant took on Aspin. Highlights of the match include - 

PainMaster burning Lance in the face with a torch. 

Sycophant choking Aspin with a strap and dragging him through the Ruins. 

Aspin Northstar climbing the gate to the top of the castle wall, running and hitting both members of S & M with a shooting star press. 

Sycophant kicks out of MARS MANHANDLER sending Lance outside of the ring grabbing a chair and hitting MM on top of the steel! Sycophant doesn't get up from this and Light Brigade win!
