[Pariah]

Some surprising results to be sure... Not so much who is advancing through to the next round of the Super Indy Elite tournament, but the means by which they advanced...

It looks like Haze was feeling overwhelmed from the instant the opening bell rang... She allowed her emotions to run a little too hot and she gets disqualified against Sweet Saraya Knight...

The same could be said about VonEerie... Although I didn't expect her encounter with MsChif to be all rainbows and roses, that chairshot to the back was not anticipated...

As it stands, Athena and Jessie McKay were the only two competitors seeded lower than their opponents that managed to move forward... And both of these women are certainly capable of going the distance... That makes things very unpredictable, as we move into the next round...

SDR had a chance to redeem herself and blew it... In a big way... Could this spell the end of her career in Super Indy? Watch out for LuFisto... She could be a real dark horse...

The mid-show confrontation between Rush and Skater was a cool twist and I'm looking forward to seeing these two meet in the ring...

David Marquez continues to be a busy man since joining the Super Indy team. Marquez took to social media today address the Super Indy fan base. Marquez tells us that in response to both the requests of the fans and to take advantage of various business opportunities, Super Indy will undergo a roster split and now be presented as three separate brands. This promises to bring the fans more Super Indy action with a wider variety of competition. The brands will be Super Indy Supreme, Super Indy Northern Lights and Super Indy Fight Club! These three brands will join Super Indy Elite going forward on a rotating basis. A draft is currently underway as management of all three brands negotiate for talent. Stay tuned for more details to be announced soon.

This is really excellent news and a stroke of genius by those running the show... Three times the Super Indy fun... When the day comes for me to restart OutBreak/Nexus, I'm thinking about following a similar model with multiple promotions under a single company umbrella... Can't wait for the draft to begin!

Four promotions from Super Indy coming, I am ready! This draft for Supreme, Northern Lights and Fight Club is going to be great. I can't wait to see where the talent ends up especially the reigning champions. Super Indy Elite with the ladies is going great and I agree with everything that Pariah said in his post about the Sweet Sixteen show. I was very happy to see Saraya Knight and my true favorite Jessie McKay advance. That was a huge win for McKay over Mercedes Martinez. I did not expect to see that. The second round is shaping up pretty good and I also like that match set up between Courtney Rush and Kellie Skater.

Looks like the talent pool has been shared pretty evenly... Also think it's cool that some of guys will actually perform for multiple brands... This is a very innovative step and it will be fun to watch it grow... Nice work!

I share the same thoughts as Pariah in that the talent pool looks pretty evenly spread out which is a good thing. I also like that the champions will be traveling to all three promotions. Good stuff.

The new look of Super Indy begins on October 15th in Toronto as Super Indy Supreme invades the Royal Canadian Legion and presents “Rebirth.”

** 1st Match Announcement**
The seeds for this bout were planted during the Super Indy Elite card a few weeks ago when Courtney Rush was confronted by Kellie Skater during an interview segment. Both ladies feel slighted by the fact they were not asked to participate in the Super Indy Elite Title Tournament had now have something to prove to the fans and to Super Indy Elite management. They will get that opportunity at “Rebirth” when the clash one on one. Although the Title Tournament will continue without these two competitors, the winner of the contest will no doubt be closer to a shot at the eventual champion.

** 2nd Match Announcement**
David Marquez continues to watch Super Indy events and developments closely. When he was advised of the match made between DJ Hyde against Danny Havoc for “Rebirth” he could not help himself and stepped in. As a result, this match will now be contested under Deathproof Rules. Hyde v. Havoc, no disqualification and no count-outs. This one will likely require a parental warning.
