Card 213 – Dione Saturndome:
Galaxian champ, Spike, withstood a ferocious beating by Exo-King to triumph by DQ. The Royal Overlord is demanding a rematch and wants a ‘stronger’ referee next time
WAR GAMES singles champ, Massif, battled like a true champ to beat Krakan by DQ and survive what looked like certain defeat after being rammed with the HITMAN’S CARD twice
In a cage match Bishop Hell never looked in danger against Commander Sam and finished him off with the FLYING CROSS
Titan Power beat the Cosmic Forces after Lord Nexus pinned Anti-Matter following the TITAN DROP. That was much more like the old Titan Power we love and know. Now if only the Greek Gods can pick their game up
Man-Mountain got the nod over Comrade Terror by DQ. It’s only his second one-on-one triumph in eight attempts but he should count himself lucky. He still hasn’t beaten anyone cleanly though!
The Awesome Studs beat the Barbarians by count-out when Sweet Thing sprayed something in Terak’s eyes outside the ring blinding him long enough for the ref to finish the count.
Card 214 – Dione Saturndome:
Interstellar champ, Star Warrior, overcame the Matador of M83 in a classic Titan Death match. It was a match between two truly gifted athletes and could’ve gone either way. In the end Star Warrior will be relieved to escape still holding the title
The GalactiCops defeated Brute and Massacre to become the new WAR GAMES tag champs. The Aethrans are fuming saying the attack on Massacre which injured him was to blame and will be waging all out war to try and reclaim the belts
Krakan absolutely destroyed old nemesis Lord Nexus finishing him off with the HITMAN’S CARD
The Defense Fighters beat the Powers of Darkness by DQ when the meddling Royal Overlord interfered. As the result was announced the Powers of Darkness tried to attack their opponents from behind but were out fought and then to the delight of the crowd both Pulsar Prime and Mesmer chased a panicking Royal Overlord down the aisle and out of sight
The Mutant defeated Creeper with the TEMPLE GRINDER in a gross out match
Thantos polished off Vlad Hammer with the MASTERLOCK despite a good effort by Vlad. With the match over Thantos grabbed a mic and publicly warned Star Warrior he is back and gunning for his worthless Interstellar belt and when he yanks it off him he will toss it in the trash where it belongs.
Card 215 – COUNTDOWN TO GALACTICON – Titan Sportatorium:
Exo-King pulled off a big shock to beat Spike (not for the first time this year!) and become the new Galaxian champ. It was controversial as Spike had mounted the turnbuckle ready to leap onto the Exo-King. The Royal Overlord sneakily grabbed his feet and the ref overlooked it (talk about a stronger ref – this one looked like he’d been paid off?). Spike despite being an agile big man was unable to keep his balance and fell awkwardly onto the concrete floor outside. Exo-King had time to clear the cobwebs and seize his chance. He scraped Spike up and back in the ring clamped the DEATH VISE. The crowd couldn’t believe it when the lack of oxygen overcame Spike and he passed out
The Warmongers beat the Special Forces by DQ when Wolf spotted Comrade Terror approaching the ring. He ran out and began slugging it out with him. When the ref ran out to pull him back Wolf pushed him into the announcer’s table prompting the decision
Massif beat Count Necros by DQ and will be #1 contender to the Galaxian title no matter what happens later in the main event
Pulsar Prime won over Bishop Hell by DQ
The New Bomb Squad defeated the Royal Creeps with the DOUBLE QUAKE on Killer Queen
The Young Allies beat Eastern Dynasty in a crowd pleasing battle by DQ. Adam Blast was about to pin Khan after a MEGABLAST when Mitsuko broke the pinning attempt. For the ref it was one illegal move too many. It was good to see the Allies getting a pop from the fans after an awkward start to the year.
Card 216 – GALACTICON 5 – Titan Sportatorium:
In the huge main event the Defenders of the Galaxy outclassed the Unholy Alliance in an Aethran Ultimate Escape match. Order of escape --- Mayhem escaped against Galactic Punisher via the DANGER ZONE; Wolf got out whilst grappling with Krakan after snaring the SAVAGE FACE CLAW; Massacre (inj) with help from his partner impressively escaped against Star Warrior; Galactic Punisher evened things up over Krakan after the LIFE SENTENCE but only just made it out as Comrade Terror had showed up outside and climbed the cage from the other side. They met at the top and exchanged blows. Fortunately the Galactic Punisher got the upper hand and managed to escape. Comrade Terror quickly left the scene. Would he back later?; Spike beat a lumbering Brute showing showing no hangover from his Galaxian title loss; Justice managed to join his partner outside by beating Krakan; Star Warrior smashed Thantos with the COSMIC BIG BANG to win for the Defenders. It was a fitting finale but then it got even better. A hush fell through the Sportatorium and everyone turned to the aisle where Omega was wheeling his way down. As he got close to Star Warrior everyone gasped as he staggered to his feet and wobbled over to his son. Star Warrior instantly embraced him. The Sportatorium went wild. Omega is back! What a memorable night it’s been!
Tag champs, Animal Pack, beat Nightmare’s challenge off. Looks like Battering Ram is going to have to hold off claiming the team’s singles spot a little while longer yet. He later admitted “Wins like tonight remind me how good it is to be co holder of the tag straps. I want to test myself in singles competition but I would never turn my back on my responsibilities as a tag team champion”
The Federation Defense Fighters swept the Royal Court in an amazing Titan Death Battlezone match. Order of elimination --- Massif won a see-saw battle over Mad Jester; Massif eliminated Killer Queen with the VOLCANIC DROP; Count Necros was next to fall at Massif’s hands; Massif then pinned both Bishop Hell and Exo-King with the VOLCANIC DROP to sweep if for the FDF. It was probably the most incredible performance ever seen from a single wrestler. He’s the current WAR GAMES champ (or Super Heavyweight Champ if you ask Massif) and odds on favourite to win the big one too when he meets Exo-King next
In a cage match the Matador of M83 beat the Bounty Hunter with the BULLWHIP in a dominating display. It’s only early but with two commanding wins for the Matador this could be a surprisingly one-sided feud. The Matador may not of won any titles yet but he is among the most talented wrestlers in the fed despite his incredible arrogance
In a 6 Man tag match Comrade Terror and Prison Camp beat Lance At-Las and the Greek Gods when At-Las got nuked with the ATOMIC WARHEAD. It’s been a good event for the Rebels and will no doubt impress Thantos who has hinted he would like to work with them in the future. Comrade Terror also looks like he is responding to Tongsoon’s pressure with a rise in form
In a 20 Card Federation Exile Titan Death match Ghengis Khan avenged Adam Blast. It’s a massive blow for Adam and partner Vlad just when things had started to look a bit brighter. Perhaps these guys need a manager because if they had one Adam would never of been advised to agree to a match like this. Adam apologised to his partner during an interview “I thought this was a good opportunity to really to finish the feud off. I will be back stronger, I apologise to Vlad but I am sure he will strong on his own. Commander Sam has already offered to help him out whilst I am gone”
The Awesome Studs humiliated Titan Power with a shock win in front of the Titan crowd. Once again Billy Jo was the weak link submitting to Mr. Galaxy’s MUSCLE RIPPER. Nonetheless the Titan crowd cheered their heroes passionately, they know eventually they’ll come good, they’re too talented not too
Renegade overcame a bloodied Mutant in an exciting Titan Death match. The match was so wild officials had to repair one of the turnbuckles which had been ripped clean off
The Cosmic Forces overcame the Norse Gods after Anti-Matter bested Man-Mountain with the NEGATIVE CHARGE. Man-Mountain was depressed by the defeat and was seen later on gorging on pies. Comfort food!
Death Masque upset Iron Mane in the opener after knocking him out with the LOADED GLOVE. The shock defeat will throw weight behind Battering Ram’s claims that he should become the new singles star on the Ani-Men team.
GWF REPORT (WAR GAMES 2091 CARDS 213 - 216)
Champions
* GWF Galaxian Champ: Exo-King
* GWF Tag Champs: Animal Pack
* GWF Interstellar Champ: Star Warrior
Latest News:
GALACTICON 5 was another highly successful broadcast. There wasn’t one DQ (usually unheard of in these modern days) and it will always be remembered for the stunning moment Omega returned to the GWF and took his first steps since his horrific bar beating and subsequent sneak attack in hospital at the hands of Krakan. What’s more Star Warrior’s alarming anti-social behaviour is settling down again. With the Defenders walking away with the WAR GAMES things are really looking up for Star Warrior and the gang! Exo-King may of become the shock new Galaxian champ with a highly controversial win against Spike but Massif has stolen his limelight as the man of the moment. His run of six singles wins in a row added to the stunning 5 man single handed demolition of the Royal Court in the Battlezone Challenge at GALACTICON 5 has been nothing short of sensational. He is the current WAR GAMES singles champ and is now #1 contender to the main strap. If he wins it he plans to defend both belts together effectively unifying them for the tenure of his reign. With his impressive record against Exo-King the smart money must be on Massif to end the next month as the top dog in the GWF. Let’s just hope the meddling Royal Overlord is kept at arms length when they meet. At least Massif has the backing of GWF officials who say if the Overlord steps out of line they will suspend him from a hanging cage at the next match. Hopefully that’ll keep him quiet. However it’s not quite all good news for the hero team. Adam Blast is devastated at losing his match to Ghengis Khan. As a result he has been banished from the fed till the end of the year. The timing couldn’t be worse because after a difficult start as a team the Young Allies looked like they were just starting to win the crowds over. Now they are straight back to square one and his new partner Vlad Hammer is a tag specialist who hardly looks comfortable wrestling singles. Commander Sam has said he will assist Vlad whilst Adam is away. With the FDF team so far ahead in the standings Sam can afford to help. In a peculiar move Thantos has made a bold statement that he is gunning for Star Warrior’s Interstellar champ. His crusade to win the secondary belt isn’t seen by many as genuine. Allegedly he doesn’t care about the belt, he only wants it because Star Warrior has it and if he wins it plans to toss it straight in the bin. Quite how fed bigwigs will react if that does happen nobody knows. Trouble is Thantos has such a high ranking he is without doubt the highest contender which they cannot ignore. There’s still half the WAR GAMES left but if the Unholy Alliance had any slight chance of making a comeback they blew it at GALACTICON 5. Thantos is rumoured to already be looking to next year and it’s almost a done deal that he’ll hook up with the Galactic Rebels. He’s been unimpressed with the performances of his current team. It looks as if the recent ring appearances by Doomsayer’s cronies during a few of the Defenders matches have curried favour with the ‘Evil Gamemaster’ even though they haven’t managed to swing the feud. There’s also rumours floating around that the twisted scientific genius of Doomsayer is creating some kind of unique DNA altering device in his lab and it’s almost ready to be unleashed with devastating results. This is a new brand of evil threatening the fed! WAR GAMES standings: The Defenders 178, Unholy Alliance 63; FDF 117, Royal Court 64.

Card 217 – Adonis Athletic Center:
Tag champs, Animal Pack, beat off the unlikely challenge of the Awesome Studs after Battering Ram finished off Mr. Galaxy with the BATTERING RAM. That’s almost 40 cards as champs and still counting
WAR GAMES tag champs, the GalactiCops, wrestled to a time-limit draw against the Powers of Darkness
Thantos won a lengthy tussle over Lance At-Las. He knew he’d been in a fight tonight
The Royal Creeps easily defeated the Defense Fighters when Killer Queen pinned Mesmer
In a GALACTICON rematch Iron Mane quickly beat Death Masque following the FINAL POUNCE. It was sweet revenge for his shock previous defeat
In a no-contest match Ghengis Khan beat Vlad Hammer by count-out.
Card 218 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
Galaxian champ, Exo-King, lost to Massif by DQ when the Exo-King punched the referee to save his title drawing a loud chorus of booes from the crowd
In a non-title match Star Warrior crumbled to Thantos via the MASTERLOCK. The defeat means he must now put his Interstellar strap on the line against the ‘Evil Gamemaster’ on the next card. Will the Interstellar strap be sitting among the trash at the Adonis Athletic Center? Be on the look out fans
Titan Power beat Nightmare in a cage match. If they beat Animal Pack in a non-title match next they will become #1 contenders to the tag straps. It’s been a rocky road of late but they are back among top tag teams in the GWF Wolf beat Krakan in a Hitman match again with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW doing the damage. With his WAR GAMES form being so hot he must surely be in line for a shot at the Galaxian title after Massif
Comrade Terror defeated the Galactic Punisher in a Titan Death match to rise in the rankings. With some good wins he can’t be too far off a title shot. Without doubt it looks like he has managed to convince Doomsayer he is a much better bet than Tongsoon to be the singles star on the Galactic Rebels team
Ghengis Khan surprisingly survived the MEGADESTROYER and went on to beat a frustrated Spike by DQ
Justice beat Massacre by DQ when he was attacked by the Guardsman outside the ring
Mad Jester inflicted a morale sapping loss on Pulsar Prime after smashing him with the JAGGED EDGE. Everyone was shocked at how easy the win had been!
Card 219 – Adonis Athletic Center:
Interstellar champ, Star Warrior, wrestled Thantos to a double DQ. Thantos was fuming as he had Star Warrior on the ropes. Officials have demanded an immediate Titan Death match on the next card to ensure an outright winner and Thantos looks like he may just have the edge on his old partner
Mayhem beat Massif with the awesome LEAP OF DOOM to become the new WAR GAMES singles champ. His first challenge will most likely come from Aethran rival Spike. As for Massif he looked very lethargic tonight, just maybe his pursuit of the Galaxian title is playing on his mind?
WAR GAMES tag champs, the GalactiCops, lost to the Powers of Darkness by DQ
In a non-title match Exo-King went down to Pulsar Prime. It was a cracking comeback from Pulsar Prime who was beaten to a pulp throughout most of the match but rallied late on to stun the Galaxian champ with the SOLAR STRAIN. It’s a massive win for Pulsar Prime and could be his springboard in the GWF
Prison Camp rattled the Greek Gods with a DQ win. Proteus once again cost his team victory
Commander Sam took a superb win over the highly regarded Matador of M83 aided by Bounty Hunter rumbling the match. His presence irritated the Matador who never got to grips with Sam once he arrived. And of course he influenced the match in a big way. When the Matador propelled himself off the ropes he jumped onto the apron and clotheslined him on the back of the head turning things Sam’s way. The ref let it go and Sam wasn’t about to pass up the chance of a big win.
Card 220 – Adonis Athletic Center:
(The fans got a real unexpected treat here. Due to recent events between Thantos and Star Warrior they were being treated to an incredible TWO title matches. The atmosphere was electric. The buzz that they could see a title change hands tonight was incredible. Some card for such a minor stop off!) Galaxian champ, Exo-King, again lost by DQ to Massif. This time it looked all over as Massif smashed him with the VOLCANIC DROP but despite the warnings the Royal Overlord ruined things by nailing the referee to prevent the pin. GWF officials will no doubt take a dim view off this
Thantos won a Titan Death match against Star Warrior with the MASTERLOCK to become the new Interstellar champ. No-one was surprised as it had been coming. Thantos grabbed the belt from the referee and smashed it across Star Warrior’s forehead, drawing blood. Then despite all the rumours he actually wrapped it around his waist and strode off
In a non-title match, Animal Pack defeated Titan Power when Billy Jo got nailed with the BATTERING RAM. There just isn’t a team good enough to touch them at the moment and that includes the legendary Gladiators
Krakan and Pulsar Prime wrestled to a double DQ when the match got out of control due to double interference from Wolf and Bishop Hell. Pulsar Prime was not happy with Wolf for blowing the match for him but was wise not to react
Spike crushed Ghengis Khan in a Titan Death match after nailing Khan with the MEGADESTROYER. The whole center seemed to shake such was the devestation of the impact. Khan was never going to survive a second time
Justice pinned Massacre in a match with no-one allowed at ringside. It was over quickly as Justice surprised Massacre with a sunset flip. The win continues what has been an impressive debut year from Justice.

* GWF Galaxian Champ: Exo-King
* GWF Tag Champs: Animal Pack
* GWF Interstellar Champ: Vacant
Latest News:
GWF officials have punished the Royal Overlord for ruining Massif’s championship match against Exo-King on the last card. They have sanctioned a rematch at the next edition of NETWORK DEIMOS and decreed that the Royal Overlord will be suspended from a small cage above the ring where everyone will be able to keep tabs on him. Serves him right! Thantos has kept his word and discarded the Interstellar belt. The gleaming strap was found outside the Adonis Athletic Center by a fan amidst a garbage heap and handed in. GWF officials are understandably furious and have handed Thantos a hefty fine but he doesn’t care one jot. The belt as a result is now vacant but will be filled in a one night 8 man tournament. The entrants have still to be finalised but former champs Star Warrior and Thantos (not that he cares) are prevented from entering the tournament after the recent events. It’s no secret that the GWF is currently looking for a Commisioner to take overall control of the fed. Under pressure from Network Deimos executives and promoters alike to appoint a figurehead with sole control of title shots and suspensions (among other things) they have bowed to wishes. Currently interviews are ongoing but it is confirmed the new head honcho will be in place in time for WAR GAMES 2092 and will be expected to bring new supercard ideas with him and lay down the law. WAR GAMES standings: The Defenders 192, Unholy Alliance 87; FDF 126, Royal Court 74.

Card 221 – Adonis Athletic Center:
WAR GAMES singles champ, Mayhem, got himself DQ’d against Spike. The fans were not happy but at least they got to see the Guardsman on the end of another ringside beating. Mayhem didn’t seem to care about the Guardsman’s well being as he just left the ring whilst the Guardsman tried to recover
WAR GAMES tag champs, the Galcticops, finally won their side feud against the Powers of Darkness when the Galactic Punisher gave Bishop Hell the LIFE SENTENCE
The Greek Gods overcame the Warmongers by DQ. A rematch will surely take place which Thantos and Krakan will be desperate to win because their previous link ups have not gone well in the WAR GAMES this year. Things have gone so badly for the Unholy Alliance that there is quite a bit of friction building between them. Thantos is keen to avoid another power struggle so will be counting down the cards until the end of the year
In a great match where both men failed with their finishers several times, the Matador of M83 eventually overcame the Bounty Hunter by count-out. That’s three out of three for the Matador, clearly the Bounty Hunter is finding life a struggle without Reynard B. Guile’s conniving ringside presence
Pit Viper overwhelmed Serpent Un-Man (on it’s return from injury) with VENOM BLAST. Serpent Un-Man was no match for Pit Viper who was in scorching form
Vlad Hammer got the verdict over Splatter by DQ. Commander Sam was in his corner but chose not to interfere in the match up. Vlad wants to build up his confidence and win matches without any intervention.
Card 222 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
With the Royal Overlord caged 10 feet above the ring Massif was clear to beat the Exo-King and become the NEW Galaxian champ but he had to unleash the VOLCANIC DROP three times to finish the big man off. Massif sunk to his knees as he was handed the belt but he won’t have much time to savour the victory as GWF officials have installed Wolf as the new #1 contender to the belt. Massif will be forced to defend against him on #224 in the Io Coliseum. As for the Royal Overlord he got pelted with debris chucked by fans. It got so bad that ring workers had to wait for everyone to leave before they could let him down safely. He was stuck up there for over an hour after the match finished. To say he was not happy when he finally came down is an understatement
Tag champs, Animal Pack, superb reign marches on after a DQ win over Prison Camp
Pulsar Prime lost to Krakan by DQ after Wolf disrupted things with another attack on Krakan. Pulsar Prime was really unhappy and got in Wolf’s face once Krakan managed to flee. The two nearly came to blows. Thankfully Amazonia who was preparing the Ani-Men for the next match rushed out and got between them. She persuaded Wolf to back down and he ran off to the locker room area howling insanely. Pulsar Prime later apologised for his out of character actions to Wolf and suggested the two of them hook up together for a one-off match against the Warmongers when there is a gap in their schedules. Will the fiercely independent Wolf agree? He loathes tagging and is already finding his occasional link ups with Star Warrior a drag
In a big contenders match Wolf fought a terrific match to best Comrade Terror courtesy of his trademark SAVAGE FACE CLAW
Mattock walked all over the Mutant. He is one of only two WAR GAMES wrestlers to have a 100% record in singles matches. Having said that he has only wrestled on his own twice this year!
Mesmer used the BLACKOUT to stop Killer Queen in a Titan Death match
In a surprisingly decent match the Awesome Studs beat the Norse Gods after Lightening succumbed to the MUSCLE RIPPER. Everyone thought the Studs would be massive undercarders this year but they have pulled off some good wins
Renegade beat Matter (with Anti-Matter) by DQ. Anti-Matter jumped in the ring and both he and Matter attacked Renegade and tied him in the ropes. Within moments Terak came galloping to the ring ontop of another crazy animal and scared the Cosmic Forces off. It was fantastic to watch but killjoy officials have again complained about Terak and his pets. Apparently Terak’s little joy ride caused damage to hi-tech ringside equipment. Why are they complaining? The GWF is so popular at the moment they must have oodles of cash.
Card 223 – INTERSTELLAR TOURNAMENT – Io Coliseum:
(All Titan Death) First Round:
Spike eliminated the Bounty Hunter with the MEGADESTROYER. The defeat continues a dismal run for the Bounty Hunter who ever since Reynard B. Guile got injured can’t seem to buy a win
Matador of M83 progressed past Bishop Hell after a skull juddering BULLWHIP and was instantly tipped to triumph in the tournament. Trouble is he’s been hotly tipped before and has come up short. He is hugely talented but his downfall is his incredible arrogance
Comrade Terror won a gripping encounter over Pulsar Prime after launching the ATOMIC WARHEAD
Despite profusely dripping with blood Krakan made an impressive comeback to overcome Lance At-Las after smashing him with the HITMAN’S CARD to set up a mouth watering second round clash with Comrade Terror.
Second Round:
Spike moved himself into the final with an impressive win over the highly fancied Matador of M83. The moody Matador was upset with himself for failing to grab hold of a belt yet despite everyone raving with him. He will see this as a missed chance
Krakan smashed Comrade Terror with the HITMAN’S CARD to secure victory in what was a gripping encounter. With Spike being pretty busted up from the last match Krakan is now the favourite to win going into the final match.
Final:
Despite being heavily fatigued as a result of his pulsating match against the Matador of M83 in the last round Spike dodged a flying knee smash by Krakan to win the tournament and start his second Interstellar belt reign. He has a big chance to add the WAR GAMES strap to this success when he comes face to face with Mayhem inside a cage on the next card. If he pulls it off he will surely seal his place as the WAR GAMES MVP. Ever since his cleansing and Galaxian title triumph he has been awesome.
Card 224 – Io Coliseum:
(The card began with a strange posedown challenge that Mr. Galaxy had issued to Renegade. Mirrors were spread round the ring and Mr. Galaxy greased up for a ridiculous flexing session. He then invited Renegade to follow suit but it all turned out to be a trap. As soon as Renegade turned his back ready to flex Mr. Galaxy grabbed a mirror and smashed it over Renegade’s head. There was blood everywhere. Mr. Galaxy laughed, flexed one more time, and then walked off. The crowd hissed at this heinous move. Ring workers also cut themselves on glass shards as they tried to clear the mess)
Galaxian champ, Massif, put in a true champions performance to tame Wolf. The win silenced critics who thought his reign would come to an immediate end at the hands of the unpredictable but in-form Wolf
Spike added the WAR GAMES singles belt to his recently acquired Interstellar strap with a thrilling cage match win over Aethran rival Mayhem. It was brutal and energy sapping encounter and Mayhem again missed with his dramatic LEAP OF DOOM from the top of the cage. Spike was lucky but he took advantage and it was curtains for Mayhem when he eventually hit the MEGADESTROYER
Despite twice kicking out after the HITMAN’S CARD Proteus succumbed to Krakan as the Warmongers triumphed over the Greek Gods. Judging by their body language Thantos and Krakan were in no mood to flaunt the win. Their already fragile relationship has been strained by the poor performance of the Unholy Alliance in this years WAR GAMES. The likelihood of them hooking up together in 2092 is looking increasingly doubtful
Prison Camp beat the Norse Gods by DQ. The action spilled outside with the match barely a couple of minutes old and Man-Mountain started pursuing Tendron without much luck around the perimeter of the ring. Doomsayer’s floating chair got in the path of the lumbering Man-Mountain who reacted by swatting him away. The ref seemed a bit hasty in calling for the bell
Creeper easily bested Mitsuko in a quick match via the ELIMINATOR. Clearly hell bent on causing carnage in this card the Awesome Studs accompanied by the Mutant tried to infiltrate the match. Thankfully a whole bevvy of security men were at hand after what happened in the posedown and they managed to cut them off
The posedown between Renegade and Mr. Galaxy had no outcome.
GWF REPORT (WAR GAMES 2091 CARDS 221 - 224)
Champions
* GWF Galaxian Champ: Massif
* GWF Tag Champs: Animal Pack
* GWF Interstellar Champ: Spike
Latest News:
With his recent belt triumphs Spike is stating a big case for the WAR GAMES MVP award. He has been absolutely awesome ever since his CLEANSING nearly a year ago and together he and Star Warrior have carried the Defenders team to an incredible lead. He may of surprisingly lost the Galaxian strap to Exo-King a few cards back but Omega, now well on his way to full mobility again has praised him to high heaven. However some detractors are still suspicious of Spike’s future intentions and there rumours that Spike was furious with Omega for making him enter the recent Interstellar tournament as he feels he should be competing for the Heavyweight strap but because Omega favours his son he was forced to go for the title. Strangely GWF officials haven’t batted an eyelid at Mr. Galaxy’s disgusting posedown attack on Renegade at the start of the last card. The bloody scene sickened fans across the galaxy and it’s unbelievable that it’s going unpunished (Many fans also felt cheated out of a match by scheduling this silly posedown). Calls as a result have heightened to speed up the appointment of a Commisioner in charge. At the moment there are far too many people calling the shots at the top and with nobody agreeing on what to do nothing’s getting done. For the record Renegade is heavily bandaged as a result of the attack but he is not letting it slow him down. He is spitting mad and in a recent interview covered poor Johnny Rocket in saliva such was his rage. This guy is hell bent on getting revenge. Various promoters have announced that the title picture is getting very congested with so many contenders vying for title shots. In a rare press release by one of the head Deimos promoters he has decided to try and stem much of the rumour mongering over title shots by revealing the current top contenders to the various belts. Current Galaxian champ, Massif, will face off against Thantos in his next shot. By winning the Interstellar strap recently and dominating Star Warrior in recent matches Thantos has moved quickly back into the top contenders spot. Amazing considering his 10 card banishment. Goes to show you can’t keep a great wrestler down no matter how despicable he is. If he wins the title it will be the start of a remarkable fifth title reign. Interstellar tournament finalist Krakan will get another chance to win the strap when he squares off against Spike and the WAR GAMES singles strap will also be on the line effectively unifying the belts for time being at least. Thantos is desperate for himself and Krakan to hold both the singles belts and score big points in the team standings. The tag team straps currently held by the seemingly unbeatable Animal Pack are probably the most unpredictable. No team has really shown themselves to be outright top contenders for a long time. As a result their perennial enemies Brute and Massacre will go for the belts next. And finally WAR GAMES tag champs, the GalactiCops, will face a forthcoming challenge from the Warmongers. It’s no secret that Thantos and Krakan haven’t really clicked as a team most of the year (and there has been alleged behind the scenes bickering as both men consider themselves the team leader) but their recent demolition of the high calibre Greek Gods has significantly strengthened their credibility as a team. The Deimos promoter stressed that such an announcement will be treated as a one off. Once the new Commisioner is installed title shots will be part of his/her decision making and any announcements will be expected to come from them. WAR GAMES standings: The Defenders 215, Unholy Alliance 93; FDF 141, Royal Court 74.

Card 225 – Io Coliseum:
Brute and Massacre ended the Animal Pack’s impressive tag reign to become new champs. Brute smashed Battering Ram with BRUTE FORCE to end it. The defeat means the Animal Pack will disband and the Beasts of Burden (Iron Mane and Incredible Badger) will become the new Ani-Men tag team. Can they be just as successful?
Pulsar Prime and Wolf put aside their petty squabble to beat the Warmongers with Wolf pinning Thantos. There was a very definite feeling of awkwardness between them when the ref raised their hands. Neither man said much and they both left separately at the end. Amazonia later broke the silence and insisted there are no problems between Pulsar Prime and Wolf but with a wry smile added that they won’t be teaming up again!
Count Necros used his illegal PHANTOM DUST to overcome Commander Sam and is demanding Mesmer stop avoiding him and face him one-on-one at the next card. During the interview segment Mesmer approached Necros and accepted the challenge immediately
Mesmer defeated Mad Jester after mesmerizing him with the BLACKOUT and then to the delight of the crowd grabbed the microphone and spouted out a cheesy limerick. A surprisingly light moment from the normally serious and reserved Mesmer
Prison Camp and the Norse Gods battled to a double DQ decision. A Titan Death rematch will be scheduled for #211 and GWF officials have surprisingly labelled it a #1 contenders match
In a crazy match the Barbarians defeated the Cosmic Forces. What made it so chaotic was the sudden involvement of the teams respective feud enemies - the Greek Gods and the Awesome Studs. Quite why both teams decided it was a good idea to poke their noses in nobody knows but suffice to say an uncontrollable brawl broke out. Bodies were flying everywhere but the ref seemed strangely reluctant to call for the bell. Amid all the carnage he spotted Terak covering Anti-Matter and counted the pin. Look for these teams to square off in a massive 8 man tag match soon!
Card 226 – Rigel Nova Pavillion:
WAR GAMES tag champs, the GalactiCops, lost to the Warmongers by DQ. Krakan and Thantos relentlessly double teamed their opponents. It seemed like they didn’t care about winning the belts as they ignored repeated protests from the ref. Frustrated Galactic Punisher argued with the ref and ended up getting penalised. The Warmongers didn’t give a jot about the outcame as Krakan later admitted they don’t care about some second rate gimmick belt. Both he and Thantos are clearly more concerned about their forthcoming shots at the main singles belts
Mesmer is really hot at the moment after disposing of Count Necros with the BLACKOUT and it didn’t stop there. As the referee raised his hand in victory Bishop Hell slid into the ring in a flash. He offloaded on Mesmer and a recovering Count Necros soon joined him. It looked bad for Mesmer as Necros held him ready for a HELLFIRE blast but right at the last minute he managed to wriggle free. Count Necros took the full brunt of it instead. Mesmer was on fire (excuse the pun!) and grabbed hold of the Royal Overlord’s staff which was laying on the floor. Bishop Hell got out of there but Necros wasn’t so lucky. He tried to slip through the ropes but was still groggy from his earlier beating and got knocked out with a massive blow on the noggin!
The Awesome Studs beat the Greek Gods by DQ when Proteus slapped Sweet Thing after she had tried to jab her lipstick into his eye. Proteus later apologised for laying his hands on a woman but then added she’s not much of a woman
The Matador of M83 won over Lance At-Las via the BULLWHIP and then just about moved out the way of a massive safari net that dropped from the ceiling. Nice try from the Bounty Hunter – this feud keeps on ticking along. Reynard B. Guile refuses to let it go which could be detrimental to the Bounty Hunter’s pursuit of singles gold. He keeps getting him mired in personal battles
Lord Nexus won a superb match over Splatter. Both were a bloody mess but Lord Nexus just about won it after hitting the TITAN DROP for the umpteenth time in the match
Battering Ram started his career as the Ani-Men singles star with a DQ win against Brute. He was really trying to make his mark and ended up beating on the Guardsman after Brute decided to leave the ring.
Card 227 – Rigel Nova Pavillion:
Pulsar Prime put in a wonderful display to humiliate Bishop Hell in a cage match. It’s been a tough past few years for Pulsar Prime but his performances during the WAR GAMES seem to be finally winning over his critics
The Norse Gods defeated Prison Camp in a Titan Death match when Lightening locked the NORSE SLEEPER GRIP on Tongsoon. It’s a big win and means the Norse Gods are #1 contenders to the tag straps. They’ve had title shots against Brute and Massacre before and failed, can they do it this time and show up their more illustrious team mates, the Greek Gods?
Battering Ram again defeated Brute by DQ when Reynard B. Guile apparently now recovered from his injuries made an unscheduled appearance. He was carrying a microphone and started serenading Amazonia at ringside with some dippy love song about how they are meant for eachother. The noise was terrible so she clobbered him with her shield. Reynard B. Guile once again found himself leaving the ring area on a stretcher!
The Beasts of Burden won their first match as a team with a fluid display over the Royal Creeps. Badger rammed the Mad Jester with his BURROW BLAST to seal the win. Badger and Iron Mane looked like they’d been a team for years!
The Mutant won a grizzly encounter over Pit Viper by count-out to open the card. Pit Viper got so beaten up his mask was almost completely ripped off. Good job it just about stayed on because everyone knows he has a massive complex about his facial scars.
The Creeper and Death Masque was a scheduled match but for reasons unknown didn't take place. Match should take place on the next card.
Card 228 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
Galaxian champ, Massif, came through the challenge of Thantos with a DQ victory. The ‘Evil Gamemaster’ tried every trick in the book to turn the match his way including outside interference from Comrade Terror but he just couldn’t pull the wool over the referee’s eyes. Massif managed to keep them both at bay at even gave Thantos the VOLCANIC DROP after the match had finished
Interstellar and WAR GAMES singles champ, Spike, wrestled a violent match against Krakan where the referee was forced to call a double DQ. Absolute carnage unfolded and before long all four turnbuckles were exposed. Both men were obsessed with smashing eachother’s faces into the exposed steel and loads of blood got spilt. Even those with the strongest stomachs would find it hard to disagree that the ref had to bring it to a premature end
In a dramatic 8 man tag match the Awesome Studs and Cosmic Forces combined to beat the Greek Gods and Barbarians. The action was fast and flowing for the best part but inevitably things got ugly and Actagon got counted-out of it after a sneaky spray in the face from Sweet Thing’s perfume canister. Vanity warned “that’s what happens when you slap one of my girls around. I’m the only one allowed to slap them!”
Mesmer continued his stunning win streak with a DQ victory over Bishop Hell. He was just about to finish the match following the BLACKOUT when the Royal Overlord (showing he has learnt nothing from his recent cage humiliation) steamed into the ring breaking the count. He smashed his staff on the back of Mesmer’s head. Later on it was revealed Mesmer had suffered a minor injury and would be pulling out of the next card and a planned rematch with the also injured Count Necros. The Royal Court reckon they’ve got Mesmer running scared
A change of ref was installed for this match and the Royal Creeps beat the New Bomb Squad when Killer Queen applied CHECKMATE to poor old Sam’s ageing back. That’s gonna hurt in the morning Sam!
The Matador of M83 beat Lord Nexus by DQ. The irritating referee ruined a potentially great match by again calling for the bell as Lord Nexus tried a flying leap off the buckle. What’s the matter with this guy? Does he think top rope maneuvers are banned or something?
Splatter lucked in with a DQ win over Lance At-Las when the ref tried to stop At-Las going to the top rope. Lance At-Las grew frustrated and shoved the ref who couldn’t call for the bell quick enough
The Creeper won the undercarder battle over Death Masque to maintain a surprisingly solid win / loss record. Some excited fans even started a chant urging officials to give Creeper a title shot. Unlikely but stranger things have happened. Creeper just looked totally confused by it all as usual.

Latest News:
Reynard B. Guile finally returned from injury on #227. He interrupted Battering Ram’s match against Brute by serenading Amazonia at ringside only to get clobbered by her shield. He went down clutching his face and sqeauling like a baby. The fans loved seeing B. Guile carried away from ringside on a stretcher again but the Bounty Hunter won’t be so happy because doctors have advised B. Guile to rest up again. As a result B. Guile is taking a sabbatical for the rest of the year. It’s bad news for the Bounty Hunter who has slumped badly without B. Guile’s underhanded ringside interference. Battering Ram’s year long nagging to become the Ani-Men singles star has finally worked out for him. The Animal Pack dropped the belts to Brute and Massacre allowing him to disband the team and he has responded well with two DQ wins over Brute. Although fans will be disappointed by the decision it doesn’t look like this will weaken the Ani-Men because in their debut together Iron Mane and Incredible Badger looked like they’d been together for years. Count Necros is currently struggling with an injury after the sinister attack he and Bishop Hell tried to instigate on #226. The plan was to put Mesmer out of action as he has been easily the most dangerous and influential FDF wrestler of late but the wily magician got the better of Necros and his sidekick. Necros ended up being blasted with HELLFIRE instead of Mesmer and then knocked right out by the Royal Overlord’s staff. Medics diagnosed mild eye injuries and a busted nose set to afflict him for approx. 6 cards but the evil dictator from Preplanus has vowed to wrestle on in the interim. Necros is saying that he will make Mesmer will pay for his actions with an extra special close up of PHANTOM DUST. The final supercard event of the year FRIGHT NIGHT is coming at us on #232. The incredible main event has been announced and will see Massif defend his Galaxian strap against Comrade Terror with Doomsayer banned from being at ringside. If Comrade Terror pulls it off it will be a big shock but an ominous signal of intent from the twisted Galactic Rebels who have been lurking dangerously on the edge of the WAR GAMES this year. They want to be acknowledged as a major heel team and be involved. Armed with the Galaxian champion the chances of Doomsayer hooking up with Thantos next year will be almost a foregone conclusion. Another big match up will see Spike put both his belts on the line against Krakan inside the Torture Chamber. These guys have been tearing lumps out of eachother and there’s no more brutal a way to settle a feud. Spike is also chasing the MVP aware which he will be on the verge of clinching of he wins this match up! There’s also a massive Cage Battlezone challenge between the Defenders and the Unholy Alliance and big singles matches pitting the FDF against the Royal Court but there’s no chance of the WAR GAMES standings changing now. The Defenders and the FDF have built unassailable leads. Everyone is playing out time. It’s been another year packed with controversy and incident but overall it’s been a marvellous year for the heroes. Just what is in store in the WAR GAMES 2092 nobody can be sure, although you can be certain that the ‘Evil Gamemaster’ Thantos will be doing everything he possibly can to turn things round. There is nothing more dangerous than a wounded Thantos scheming and plotting for his revenge!!! WAR GAMES standings: The Defenders 218, Unholy Alliance 101; FDF 159, Royal Court 83.
Card 229 – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
The Warmongers defeated the GalactiCops in a Titan Death match to become new WAR GAMES tag champs when Thantos snared Justice in the MASTERLOCK
In a non-title match Massif was beaten by Bishop Hell via the FLYING CROSS
Star Warrior and Spike teamed up to beat Mayhem and Massacre after Massacre was laid out with the MEGADESTROYER
Pulsar Prime absolutely battered Exo-King and got the win after stunning him with the WHIRLWIND punch
Mad Jester shocked Commander Sam with the JOKER FLIP. Despite the FDF’s overall lead it’s been a pretty miserable WAR GAMES for Sam with several bad singles defeats
Comrade Terror destroyed Creeper to set his position as #1 contender to the Galaxian strap in stone.
Card 230 – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
WAR GAMES tag champs, the Warmongers, won an awesome Hitman match against the Special Forces when Thantos slapped the MASTERLOCK on Wolf. It was controversial as Wolf managed to snag the ropes with an arm. Thantos refused to break and before the ref could see what was going on Krakan rushed across and rammed a knuckle into Wolf’s forearm. The arm went dead and lost the rope. In no time Wolf was out of it and with Krakan restraining Star Warrior there was nothing to stop Thantos clamouring up the pole to retrieve the bounty. It was a bad defeat for the Special Forces and showed even two superstar wrestlers do not necessarily make a good team
In a Titan Death match Bishop Hell overcame Commander Sam in one move. Sam was humiliated
Pulsar Prime beat Mayhem by DQ
Count Necros (injured) beat Mattock by DQ. Mattock foolishly let the rantings of the Royal Overlord get to him and attacked him outside the ring. The referee deemed the attack mindless and completely unnecessary
The Matador of M83 beat Mesmer by DQ. Count Necros made his way to ringside during the match. The ref wasn’t concerned but it unsettled Mesmer who kept breaking off to confront him. The ref continually intervened and sent Mesmer back into the ring but Mesmer got so cheesed off he ended up shoving the ref. Bad move!
Killer Queen crushed Terak the Beast-Rider in the curtain raiser.
Card 231 – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
Tag champs, Brute and Massacre, breezed through the challenge of the Norse Gods when Massacre pinned Man-Mountain
In an epic clash Mayhem and Pulsar Prime fought to a double DQ. Shame because such a great match deserved an outright winner but you know Mayhem, he can’t stand it when things aren’t hardcore
Count Necros (injured) triumphed in a Titan Death match over Mattock despite THREE failed pins following PHANTOM DUST
Battering Ram and Exo-King fought to a double DQ. Looks as if the Exo-King’s form has deserted him since dropping the Galaxian title
Nightmare beat Titan Power when Lord Nexus missed a deathjump. Then seconds after the match had finished a giant net fell from the arena ceiling trapping all four wrestlers. Sure enough it was the work of the Bounty Hunter. He leisurely strolled towards the ring armed with a kendo stick. Showing no interest in Lord Nexus and Billy Jo he went straight for the Nightmare pair. Clearly it was payback time for what they did to Reynard B. Guile. Whiplash found himself on the end of a savage beating. Splatter meanwhile had somehow wriggled out and was coming up behind the Bounty Hunter with his club raised. Little did he know that Pit Viper amid all the excitement had also sneaked to ringside. Before Splatter could get to the Bounty Hunter he was laid out with a chair shot by Pit Viper. The fans didn’t know what to make of it as Pit Viper then helped his fellow Titans out of the net before running off. It left Bounty Hunter free to carry on beating the two Assassins for a few minutes before he decided enough was enough
The Beasts of Burden won their second match against Prison Camp when Badger pinned Tongsoon.
Card 232 – FRIGHT NIGHT – Polaris Interstellar Stadium:
(This was a classic card of attrition as both Pulsar Prime and Krakan came away with injuries. Some of the other wrestlers were also feeling the strain. Backstage it looked like the walking wounded!)
Comrade Terror unleashed the ATOMIC WARHEAD on Massif to become the new Galaxian champ in a match where Doomsayer was banned from being at ringside. Massif’s sudden slump has shocked the galaxy. Everyone was expecting him to make the grade as a superstar level wrestler. Comrade Terror lapped it up and then grabbed the announcers mic saying that he will soon become an even bigger and more powerful wrestler than before. What could this mean? Does it have anything to do with Doomsayer’s alledged DNA altering device?
Interstellar and WAR GAMES singles champ, Spike, won a gore filled Torture Chamber match over Krakan three falls to two after finishing him with a brutal head rammer into the titanium bars. Krakan was left seeing stars on the canvas. After yet another big win Spike will surely be announced the WAR GAMES MVP at the end of the year. Ever since his CLEANSING he has been incredible
In a dramatic Cage Battlezone match the Unholy Alliance edged the Defenders of the Galaxy. Order of elimination --- In a brutal battle of blood enemies Mayhem won over Wolf with the LEAP OF DOOM; Mayhem easily eliminated Justice via the DANGER ZONE; Star Warrior made a brilliant comeback for his team knocking out Mayhem, Massacre and then Brute with the COSMIC BIG BANG. It was an amazing one-man show; Thantos took advantage of the drained Star Warrior and sent him packing with the MASTERLOCK before quickly doing the same to the Galactic Punisher to win for his team. It won’t be enough to beat the Defenders in the overall standings but at least things have ended on a positive note for the Unholy Alliance. Still, it won’t change much for Thantos as he is almost certain to hook up with the Galactic Rebels next year of whom he has openly stated as being the fastest growing villan team in the fed
Count Necros (injured) beat Mesmer in a Titan Death match via the PHANTOM DUST. It’s a big win and has cost Mesmer the chance to move into the #1 contenders spot for the Galaxian title. The victory is set to catapult Count Necros up in the rankings. It’s been quite an impressive debut year for Necros
The New Bomb Squad beat the Royal Creeps by DQ. Mad Jester went crazy at the decision and shocked young fans at ringside with a very insulting limerick. Too rude to print here
Pulsar Prime got the verdict over Bishop Hell by DQ after illegal use of HELLFIRE. Bishop Hell was irate at the decision and decided to continue the attack after the bell. He tied the blinded Pulsar Prime in the ropes and blasted him FIVE times in the face with HELLFIRE. Only the intervention of Massif climbing into the ring and knocking Bishop Hell out with the Galaxian belt saved the day. The drama was incredible as Comrade Terror then showed up to confront Massif in the aisle. Massif tried to ignore the taunts but eventually Comrade Terror hit a nerve and a further brawl erupted although it was quickly broken up. Tensions are running high ahead of tonight’s main event!
The Greek Gods beat the Cosmic Forces in a Titan Death match after an OVERHEAD TOSS by Proteus stopped Anti-Matter. Can the Gods use this fine win as a springboard and finally make a decent run at the tag belts again? They are in danger of being labelled the biggest under-achievers in the history of the fed
Prison Camp inflicted a first loss on the Beasts of Burden but it was only by DQ. Iron Mane went wild outside the ring and started trying to claw Doomsayer. In a ludicrous scene Doomsayer used his floating chair to move round the ring at speed to get away. He ended up going round and round the ring too fast and crashed into one of the ring posts. The crowd roared with laughter but the ref failed to see the funny side and called for the bell
The Matador of M83 outclassed Battering Ram and quickly darted off afterwards perhaps fearing another vengeful attack attempt by the Bounty Hunter. In a side note he was also seen later in the card hanging around with three shadowy individuals one of which was reported to be of monstrous size. What’s he up to?
Despite being relegated to the opener Lord Nexus didn’t let it affect him and he breezed to victory over Vanity with some of the brilliant wrestling we all know he is capable of. Ever the optimist Nexus said “I’m part of a great team. Billy Jo is a terrific partner and with Trainer Jim leading us I know we can titles. I also still think I’ve got a singles title in me again. I loved holding the Interstellar belt and would like to be given the chance to do so again”.

Latest News:
After much deliberation Zachary Carter has finally been unveiled as the first ever GWF Commisioner. He has promised to call the shots fairly and come down hard on wrong doings. He has also announced plans for a super tournament event next year called ONLY THE BEST. Will this become a popular fixture on the GWF calendar? There will also be a gimmick special event that will be trialled this year called THE BIG BATTLEZONE BRAWL. He is also renaming the Interstellar belt to the Interplanetary belt which he feels is a much more dynamic name and wants it to become more than the just a midcard belt. Finally Carter is considering dropping the WAR GAMES belts soon as he thinks that by having too many titles in the fed it is detracting the value of the main belts. It is possible that these belts will be awarded to the winners of ONLY THE BEST. Doomsayer has unveiled the TRANSEVOLVER. A device that speeds up the evolution of body cells and is capable of significantly increasing a recipient’s abilities, but at what cost? Newly crowned Galaxian champ Comrade Terror at yesterday’s press conference opted to go through the controversial device and has emerged even more sinister looking than before. He has also confirmed that he will be changing his name to Dreadnaught! Bishop Hell has been HOT with a cracking win over Massif in a non-title match and victory over Commander Sam in one of the fastest matches ever. However Commisioner Carter has overlooked him as the #1 contender to the Galaxian belt. Instead the in-form Pulsar Prime who was injured for 4 cards as a result of Bishop Hell’s disgusting sneak attack at FRIGHT NIGHT has been given the shot. This has infuriated the Royal Overlord who has demanded the new Commisioner see sense. After careful consideration Carter has announced Bishop Hell and Pulsar Prime must face eachother with the winner getting the title match. It’s going to be tough for Pulsar Prime with his injuries but Bishop Hell also has the threat of suspension hanging over him for his attack. Carter has delayed a decision for four cards. Maybe he wants to see how things pan out or maybe he’s just too busy. Fans were shocked at the savage beating Bounty Hunter unleashed on Splatter and Whiplash. The beating was so bad both of them could be out for some time. As much as everyone despises the Assassins some think the Bounty Hunter went too far. Commisioner Carter certainly agrees judging by the instant 3 card suspension he dished out. Pit Viper also got involved in the attack. Trainer Jim and Lord Nexus were appauled at his actions. In a risky move they tried to convince him to let go of his hate and remove his mask on a prime time GWF show. Everyone watching feared he would flip and walk out on the Titans again but amazingly he agreed it was time to return to his old ways and stop hiding the scars. He is now insisting on going by the name of Dragonmaster and to the delight of his fans has also announced he will be reforming the Titan Express tag team with Pulsar Prime. Another injured guy is Krakan. He came up short in his feud with Spike. Krakan paid the price for his FRIGHT NIGHT defeat inside the Torture Chamber. He was left bloodied and is going to be injured for 6 cards. A new chap has appeared on the scene going by the name of Ursa Major. Apparently he’s a likeable lad who works hard but is expected to appear mainly on undercards as cannon fodder for the stars. He says he is just happy to be in the fed and hopes to catch the eye of one of hero teams in future! WAR GAMES standings: The Defenders 235, Unholy Alliance 131; FDF 178, Royal Court 111.

Card 233 – Alpha Centauri Colonnade:

Mayhem beat Pulsar Prime (injured) in a cage match. Pulsar Prime was beaten up pretty bad and has had to pull out of his match against Bishop Hell on the next card. He is furious that Bishop Hell has cost him his big chance
Star Warrior destroyed Mutant in a quick one-sided match. He then chained it to the ringpost so it couldn’t cause any mischief throughout the card but officials cut it loose. It had obviously ben let of the leash earlier in the card because Mutant had shown up in the crowds causing carnage and stealing refreshments before this match began
Titan Power defeated Prison Camp by DQ to break their losing run
The New Bomb Squad beat the Royal Creeps after the DOUBLE QUAKE on Killer Queen. It’s been a surprisingly strong WAR GAMES showing from the New Bomb Squad but they may just get edged out in the race for the MVP tag award by the Gladiators
Mr. Galaxy crushed newcomer Ursa Major with the MUSCLE RIPPER. Poor Usra Major didn’t look too hot on this debut match. The mumblings that he is nothing more than an undercard bum look very true.
Card 234 – Alpha Centauri Colonnade:
Thantos easily handled Renegade in the first of their 3 match series. Renegade wants their next match to have special match stipulations but Thantos has refused to sign it
Battering Ram despite having most of his air squeezed out of him made a terrific comeback to beat Exo-King with the BATTERING RAM. He has declared that he is ready to make a big splash as a singles star and even suggested Iron Mane had been holding him back by hogging all the big matches
Star Warrior defeated Bishop Hell by DQ to earn a shot at the Galaxian title. The fans have been clamouring for him to make another at the big one. Other guys have been stealing the limelight from him

Prison Camp beat the Greek Gods by DQ after Proteus got into a spot of bother with Doomsayer outside of the ring
Killer Queen and Exo-King won a wild match over the New Bomb Squad by DQ, Commander Sam grabbed a hold of some glitter Killer Queen had taken to ringside to decorate the ring with. It ended up right in the referees eyes.
Card 235 – Alpha Centauri Colonnade:
Interplanetary champ, Spike, beat Count Necros by DQ to continue his charge towards becoming the WAR GAMES MVP. He told a wrestling magazine after the match that it will be an incredible honour but he suspects he may lose out to Star Warrior because Omega has been holding him back and preventing him from winning the Galaxian Heavyweight title. Whilst he is proud to be current IP champ he feels he should be challenging for the ultimate prize in wrestling
Thantos won over Renegade again after clamping the MASTERLOCK. Renegade tried to take it to Thantos early with a high energy attack but Thantos was far too clever and calculating for him
Massacre overcame Star Warrior by DQ when Wolf came in attacking Massacre. Brute soon joined his partner but before it broke totally out of control Star Warrior managed to pull Wolf away
Massif defeated Mad Jester to dismiss the myth that Mad Jester is also a ‘giant killer’
Exo-King beat Commander Sam by DQ. Sam has challenged Exo-King to a cage match to settle the score
Titan Power beat the Cosmic Forces after the TITAN DROP on Anti-Matter. Lord Nexus is desperate to make a bigger splash on the tag scene. He and Billy Jo are such a natural pair but they have seriously under achieved.
Card 236 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
(TWO TITLE CHANGES – The fans went home extremely happy as all 3 of the major title holders are on the hero side. Thantos is reportedly fuming and considers this year’s WAR GAMES to be a total failure)
In a classic Galaxian title match, Star Warrior overcame Dreadnaught to become the new champ. Both failed with their finishers numerous times but eventually Star Warrior nailed the perfect COSMIC BIG BANG to triumph
In a tag title match, the Greek Gods became new champs after Actagon locked Massacre in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP. After so many failed attempts it was incredible to see the Gods rise to the top again
Thantos beat Renegade in a bruising battle with the MASTERLOCK to easily sweep their match series 3-0
In a cage match, Exo-King beat Commander Sam thanks to the DEATH VISE
Awesome Studs shocked Titan Power after Billy Jo succumbed to the PULVERIZER

Latest News:
Star Warrior has won his third Galaxian title after an amazing match with Dreadnaught. They will soon face eachother again in a rematch for the title. Due to injuries the Warmongers chose not to defend their WAR GAMES tag straps and as a result Commisioner Carter has stripped them of the belts. He is still undecided as to whether he will arrange for new champions as he is considering retiring these titles. Carter has also made a decision against Bishop Hell which is a 4 card suspension plus $10,000 fine. As a result of this the Royal Overlord moved to promote Exo-King to become Royal Court team captain. Something which the Exo-King felt should have been given to him from the very beginning of the WAR GAMES. Pulsar Prime is happy Bishop Hell got punished but remains angry his run towards the Galaxian belt has been ruined as he has been told he must work himself back up the rankings. With that in mind he will probably focus on tag wrestling and making Titan Express a success. Speaking of which, Pit Viper will wrestle his last match under his current guise against the Matador of M83 on #238. He promises that as soon as the match is over he will relinquish his mask and toss it into the crowd forever. The fans will be on standby to try and catch this incredible piece of history. WAR GAMES 2091 is nearly over. It’s been an incredible format which has really caught on, so much so that the new Commisioner has promised it will run for two more years and after that he has something even bigger planned. In terms of the standings both hero teams have totally run away with it. Thantos has been let down by his team big time this year and said he expected more from Krakan! Latest News:
The first ever GWF press conferences are taking place on Deimos where the WAR GAMES rosters for 2092 have been officially announced. Johnny Rocket is heading up the questioning! There are many shocking arrivals in the GWF, most notably CHAOS & the Keepers of the Stone. Another huge arrival is the rich business magnate Magnus Colby who has surfaced. He and Darkos have pulled of an act of incredible deception that even had the Masked Assassins fooled. He was even instrumental in helping Pit Viper turn against the Titans (although whether Krakan was fully aware of the whole charade remains unclear). Darkos will now enter as a wrestler having used his acting skills to fool everyone. The detractors were right, SPIKE has returned to the Gladiators team. Whilst recently working out in the Deimos gym with Wolf and Star Warrior there was an incident. Out out of nowhere Mayhem bursted in and attacked Wolf. Star Warrior motioned to Spike to help Wolf out but Spike simply stood there infront of shocked onlookers. He yelled out that he is sick of Star Warrior and bitter that he got the WAR GAMES MVP and Galaxian title. He then levelled Star Warrior with an awesome clothesline. Together Spike and Mayhem offloaded on Wolf until the rest of the Ani-Men came to their aid. The Gladiators then backed off when outnumbered. At the press conferences Spike berated Star Warrior. The seeds of hatred were sowed when he was forced to go after the inferior the Interstellar belt so Star Warrior could get the big push for the Galaxian belt. He hated every minute he spent in his company and announced he is back with the Gladiators. They will be forming no allegiances from now on! It’s a crushing blow for Omega who has reacted by now linking up with the Supreme Gods. Thantos is frustrated by the shortcomings of the Royal Overlord and has dumped the Royal Court. Despite a recent surge from the Royal Court it is too little too late. He publicly dumped the Royal Court and is now hooking up with the Galactic Rebels. Thantos has also become infuriated by everyone talking about Chaos. He believes Chaos is treading on his toes and as a result has challenged Chaos' Third Force group to a three way WAR GAMES 2092 feud to prove who is most superior. Commisioner Carter has lapped this up and promoted this battle with Omega as the hero team, Chaos as the independant team and Thantos as the villan team. As expected the WAR GAMES belts have been dropped. However, a new PPV has been added by Carter. A big tournament called ONLY THE BEST. Much prestige will go the winners. Reynard B. Guile is now back on the scene after his lengthy injured spell. He has dumped the Serpent Un-Man (describing him as being out of control and incapable of following any kind of instructions) to manage just the one man, the Bounty Hunter. BELT RECORDS & FEUD UPDATES - 2091
Feud Updates:
In the biggest feuds Thantos has a decent head to head record against Wolf of 5-3 but fares less well against his old partner Star Warrior 5-8 (plus one DDQ). Bounty Hunter and Wolf are dead even at 5-5 with Wolf having made up ground by edging a 3 match series. Krakan is superior to Lord Nexus 7-5 plus one DDQ (most of Nexus’ wins have only been by DQ). The Galactic Punisher’s feud with Bishop Hell may of cooled but they were deadlocked at 3-3 and will surely cross again. Surprisingly Commander Sam and Comrade Terror have only squared off 6 times but every time they have met it is intense with Comrade Terror leading the way 4-2. Massif completely owns Exo-King 11-3. Renegade has dominated Vanity 6-1 with the only defeat being by DQ. In tag action it is shocking to see Animal Pack crushing Brute and Massacre 12-4! Belt Records: Galaxian Championship
Thantos 77 cards (tainted by many match saving run ins). Leads the way in total cards 97 with 30 defenses across a record 4 separate reigns. Star Warrior is second with 55 total cards across 3 reigns. Spike has 30 cards all accumulated from 1 reign & defended the belt 10 times which is probably the most active run as a champ in terms of defenses. Surprisingly this is the title that has changed hands the most times (15) with 9 different holders of the belt. Commissioner Carter is considering removing reigns that didn’t manage any successful defenses from the lineage. Interstellar Championship
Star Warrior on 68 cards in his only title reign racking up a punishing 22 defenses. Spike is the most successful champ with two reigns. Killer Queen is 3rd on the list with a surprising one time reign of 22 cards. This title has been the most stable of all the belts since it’s creation with only 5 changes and 4 separate holders (Thantos’ run has been stricken from the books). Another decision by Commissioner Carter is to retire this title and replace it with the Interplanetary belt. Tag Team Championship
Brute & Massacre are out on their own with longest reign of 64 cards. With 3 different reigns they have managed a total run of 104 cards as champs defending the belts on 29 occasions. Animal Pack match them with 3 title reigns but only have a total of 70 cards as champs (including a recent noteable run of 47 cards). No other team can come close to their achievements with only the Henchmen worth mentioning as they registered a solid title run of 28 cards. Special Mentions
Special mention should go to Star Warrior & Spike who are the only two guys to of held both titles and held titles on 3 different occasions. Although Thantos’ 4 runs with the main belt is the stand out achievment. There are a few guys who have also managed 2 belt runs such as Wolf who has probably slightly under achieved in the fed despite his lofty status. However, Wolf has been involved in some incredible angles and matches which shows that it’s not all about titles.
STAR PERFORMERS & FLOPS
Star Performers
Thantos as the fed’s star performer (4 reigns with main belt, one very dominating run lasting almost two years), Star Warrior (3 major reigns, one dominant run with Interstellar belt and a couple of solid reigns), Spike (Most decorated champ with 3 belt reigns plus gimmick belts), Brute and Massacre (3 major title reigns, two long runs with the straps) Guys Overperforming: Massif (one run with main belt & tag belt), Exo-King (surprise Galaxian champ), Killer Queen (one solid Interstellar run), Animal Pack (3 tag reigns including a very dominant run with belts), Henchmen (one impressive run with belts)
Biggest Flops
Guys Underperforming have been Bishop Hell (supposed to be a major player but no belts yet), Commander Sam (despite one tag run has had limited success), Wolf (just a couple of average runs with main belt), Krakan (short reign, his teams have failed and his Hitman role has carried no threat), Comrade Terror (Did recently win the title but as Thantos main lieutenant in the early days he was expected to make a bigger impact), Greek Gods (just started a second run with the straps – but plenty of failed title shots in between), Titan Power (brief reign – team of high potential but too inconsistent) Biggest Shocks
Biggest shock so far. Reynard B. Guile exiling Omega in a challenge match. No-one could quite believe how the legendary Omega’s career had ended on such a low. Star Warrior suffering a shock defeat to Mutant after missing a turnbuckle smash in a terrific match. It led to a period of self-examination by Star Warrior and he came back better than ever with an awesome new finisher. Adam Blast, with the help of Commander Sam, beat Thantos one on one and then nearly repeating the feat in a best of three falls match. Krakan came out nowhere to win the main title. Other than that one triumph he hasn’t looked close to grabbing another belt. In fact his ‘Hitman role’ has been a complete flop and he has lost lots of money. Eastern Dynasty won the tag belts briefly after beating the seemingly invincible Brute and Massacre during their face turn.
Best / Worst Groups:
The most successful groups have been the Federation Defense Fighters and the Gladiators of Aethra who have both held all the major belts. The FDF and the recently formed spin off group ‘The Defenders of the Galaxy’ absolutely dominated the recent WAR GAMES tournament leaving Thantos floundering. On a personal level Thantos has been awesome but his alliances have not been successful. The Society of Death has been the most disappointing when it was running only mustering the briefest of reigns by Krakan as Galaxian champ. The Royal Court have also been disappointing, despite claiming some gold they have repeatedly let Thantos down in key matches. In a recent interview the Royal Court were humiliatingly dumped by Thantos. Perhaps the most promising and dangerous new group is the Galactic Rebels led by Doomsayer. He looks to be building a strong team and has already had the Galaxian and Tag titles in his group.

Card 241 – Polaris Interstellar Stadium:
Tag champs, Greek Gods lost to Prison Camp by DQ. Prison Camp want a rematch but Commissioner Carter has told them only if they can beat the Norse Gods in their next match
Lance At-Las beat Dreadnaught by DQ. Dreadnaught hates Lance At-Las almost as match as he does Commander Sam and Adam Blast. Probably because he comes from neighbouring Mars
GalactiCops beat Above the Law with LIFE SENTENCE administered to Mad Jester. Things not off to a good start for the Royal Court who are desperate to run the FDF closer this year
In a Hitman match, Krakan won over Pulsar Prime after the HITMAN’S CARD and restore credibility to his role which has been dismissed by many as a money-making joke
Battering Ram scraped to a DQ victory against the Guardsman when he was attacked by Spike. Despite being a slave to the Gladiators it is clear that the Guardsman isn’t actually a bad wrestler
Chaos absolutely crushed Ursa Major in his debut match. It may not of been much of a test but the crowd were in awe of Chaos’ monstrous size and very obvious power.
Card 242 – Polaris Interstellar Stadium:
In a non-title match, Spike lost to Battering Ram by DQ after the Guardsman attacked Battering Ram. Next time they meet the gold will be on the line and there can be no interfering
Lord Nexus beat Darkos in two moves. It was a humiliating debut for Darkos. No amount of acting or tomfoolery can spare Darkos of this embarassment
Powerhouse beat the Keepers of the Stone by DQ
In a Hitman match, Dragonmaster beat Krakan with the DRAGON DROP
In an elimination match, the Wild Things beat the Space Croppers. Order out – Mutant over Renegade by DQ; Mutant over Terak via the TEMPLE GRINDER; Creeper over Mutant; Mr. Galaxy over Creeper with the MUSCLE RIPPER to win for his team. Vanity didn’t tag in at all during the match. He was too busy showboating and chatting with the ladies. Sweet Thing didn’t seem to jealous. Rumour has it she has a thing for Adam Blast
In a Titan Death match, Eastern Dynasty beat the Young Allies when Khan pinned Adam Blast.
Card 243 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
(In-ring interview with Johnny Rocket features the members of the THIRD FORCE. Chaos underlined his plans to dominate and eventually takeover this fed. He warned Thantos that the Matador will blow him away when they meet on the next card and then bring the first gold into his group. The crowd berated Chaos after his taunts. He may be touted as an independant but his demeanour is every bit as dastardly as Thantos. The fans don’t know which of them they should be hating the most now!)
Galaxian champ, Star Warrior, saw off the challenge of Exo-King with a perfect COSMIC BIG BANG
Interplanetary champ, Spike, won a cage match over Wolf with the MEGADESTROYER
In a non-title match, Greek Gods beat Cosmic Forces via the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP on Matter. Klaw was sign flapping about high above the ring probably recording footage for the Keepers
Thantos beat Lance At-Las by DQ
Chaos destroyed Terak the Beast-Rider with the BOW OF DEFEAT. After the match he stayed in the ring for an interview. Poor Terak had been very put off by the Keepers and the Matador lurking at the end of the aisle waiting to enter the ring
Nightmare beat Titan Power by DQ after Billy Jo argued with the ref. As he continued arguing Krakan (paid off by Colby) attacked Billy Jo injuring him. It is unclear if this is an isolated incident or if Colby has taken out a Hitman’s contract on the Titans. Given Krakan’s loathing for Titan he would probably do the job for free
Norse Gods and Prison Camp wrestled to a double DQ
Renegade beat Serpent Un-Man by DQ.
Card 244 – Polaris Interstellar Stadium:
Thantos beat the Matador of M83 via the MASTERLOCK and become #1 contender again. He will be going for an unprecedented 5th title
In a Titan Death match, Dreadnaught crushed Commander Sam with the GUIDED MISSILE
Chaos won a classic over Mesmer by DQ. Mesmer fought a valiant match and had the big man reeling at times
Cosmic Forces made a comeback to beat the Keepers of the Stone when Matter pinned Scourge. Continuing the onslaught under orders from Doomsayer they battered Scourge senseless before Rogue stormed into the ring armed. Even Klaw got involved flapping around and trying peck at Anti-Matter
The GalactiCops beat the Royal Family after LIFE SENTENCE on Exo-King
Bounty Hunter finished Splatter after knocking him senseless with AMBUSH!
GWF REPORT (WAR GAMES 2092 CARDS 241 - 244)

* GWF Galaxian Champ: Star Warrior * Top Contender: Thantos
* GWF Tag Champs: Greek Gods * Top Contenders: Eastern Dynasty
* GWF Interplanetary Champ: Spike * Top Contender: Battering Ram
Latest News:
Dragonmaster has challenged Mutant to a Torture Chamber match as part of his tirade against the evil goons that severely injured his face. He has already beaten Krakan in a Hitman match and he also wants to challenge Ghengis Khan. He has stated that once these matches are out of his system he will work with Pulsar Prime and try to turn Titan Express into a great team. The Titans will be really hoping this team can take the tag ranks by storm. Titan Power, by even Lord Nexus’, own admission has not set the GWF ablaze despite their continued efforts. They are in danger of getting lost in the mix with more and more top level teams entering the GWF. The vicious Bounty Hunter feud with Masked Assassins is set to culminate at COSMIC CHAOS. He and B. Guile will team up to take on Nightmare in a cage match. Magnus Colby wants this to be end of it as he doesn’t want to be bogged down in a side feud as he looks to make his mark in the GWF. All the big players in the fed are really hot. Star Warrior has been in great form but he must defend against Thantos who has been scaling the rankings ominously. Thantos recently won a major contenders match against the Matador. Chaos has also been mowing down the opposition since his debut. There is no doubt Chaos is a monster well capable of dominating the fed but it will take time to earn the title shot he craves. For now he faces a challenge against Mesmer who ran him close on the last card. Spike doesn’t look like letting go of the IP strap anytime soon. Still sore at not being recognised as the WAR GAMES MVP he has been angrier than ever in his matches. He will face a huge battle with Battering Ram who is desperate to become a singles star and win some gold. The Ani-Men have had the edge over the Gladiators ever since entering the fed and if Battering Ram can upset Spike in their match it will be a big boost. INJURED – Scourge (2), Billy Jo Boxer (3)

Card 245 – Charon Ice Castle:
SuperNova Explosion won against Original Sin after Star Warrior unleashed the COSMIC BIG BANG on Dreadnaught. The fans loved the superstar team and is clamouring for them to sign more matches and even go after the tag straps. Star Warrior admitted such a raid on the belts is unlikely as he is focused on defending his Galaxian title
Ghengis Khan beat Proteus by DQ
Battering Ram won over Mayhem by DQ
Renegade beat Serpent Un-Man by DQ
Beasts of Burden handled the Awesome Studs with the ANDROMEDA DROP on Vanity
Lord Nexus overcame Whiplash with the TITAN DROP.
Card 246 – Charon Ice Castle:
Tag champs, Greek Gods, won a quick match over Eastern Dynasty after the OVERHEAD TOSS on Khan
The Guardsman beat Battering Ram by DQ when Wolf steamed in attacking the Guardsman
Powerhouse triumphed over Above the Law after Bishop Hell was smashed with the VOLCANIC DROP
Awesome Studs beat the Barbarians when Mr. Galaxy pinned Renegade. Sweet Thing was chased off by an angry Terak after she had saved Mr. Galaxy from almost certain defeat but this left Renegade to fend for himself
Lance At-Las beat a weakened Chaos by DQ. It was big man’s first loss since entering the fed
Bounty Hunter won over Matador of M83 by DQ.
Card 247 – COSMIC CHAOS – Mira Galaxy Dome:
Galaxian champ, Star Warrior, beat Thantos by DQ. After fighting hard to earn the shot Thantos totally bombed here as he couldn’t cope with Star Warrior’s brilliant ring skills. He thought he had won it though after smashing Star Warrior with brass knuckles and knocking him out. When the bell went he started celebrating thinking he had won the belt. The ring announcer soon wiped the smile from his face as he proclaimed Star Warrior the winner. Thantos picked up a fine for arguing with the ref and then ramming him into the turnbuckle
In an Interplanetary title match with Titan Death rules, Battering Ram became the new champ after beating Spike with the BATTERING RAM. With gold around his waist Battering Ram has proved his singles credentials. Iron Mane may be more over with the fans but winning a belt is something he has failed to do. In a show of solidarity his former tag partner, Incredible Badger, came out to congratulate him
Shocker won a big match over Titan Power after the FINAL CURTAIN on Lord Nexus. Magnus Colby was delighted as he had reportedly bet huge sums on the Assassin team winning the match. He says he will use the money to have a local hospital relocated that he claims is disturbing peace near his mansion
In a Torture Chamber match, Dragonmaster won a brutal clash over Mutant eventually finishing with a violent smash into the titanium bars. Mutant was left a bloody mess
In a Titan Death match, Chaos overwhelmed Mesmer with the BOW OF DEFEAT. This monster continues to drive fear into the hearts of the GWF
In a non-title match, the Greek Gods lost to the Keepers of the Stone by DQ when Proteus went mad. He even managed to grab hold of Klaw and throw it onto the ground. But before he could stamp on it Scourge managed to grab hold of him in a head lock. Klaw then stuttered back to life and fluttered around the ring
Prison Camp beat Norse Gods after the BATTLE CRY on Man-Mountain. He was far too slow and seemed well off the pace
Serpent Un-Man beat Wolf by DQ in an ugly battle. Nothing much resembled wrestling as both tore into eachother with a series of clumsy holds, bits and flailing arms. Wolf got carried away with things eventually getting the upper hand but then getting himself disqualified after persistent chokes and bickering with the ref
Brute and Massacre beat the Beasts of Burden by DQ
In a cage match, Nightmare beat the Gamehunters after Splatter hit Bounty Hunter with the HATCHET HOB to win this brutal feud
Matador of M83 won a massive match over Lance At-Las
Eastern Dynasty defeated Young Allies by DQ when Vlad made a pin save.
Card 248 – Charon Ice Castle:
(House show featured a daft promo shown on a vid-screen of Man-Mountain saying goodbye to Solaris and Lightening as he enters a health spa to try and shed some of massive weight. As they leave him, Man-Mountain looks a back at the camera. With a cheeky smile and sly wink he then pulls a jam donut from underneath his hat and proceeds to feast on it getting sugar all over his massive beard)
Titan Power won a Titan Death match over Nightmare after Splatter was blasted with TKO. They then managed to fend off an attempted post match attack from a frustrated Whiplash who had armed himself with a ringside camera
Galactic Punisher beat Bishop Hell after serving up a LIFE SENTENCE. Bishop Hell is in a bad slump
Matador of M83 beat Dreadnaught by DQ. Since dropping the title Dreadnaught has not been impressive. He has become more powerful since the transevolver but his wrestling skills, if anything, have gotten worse
Terak the Beast-Rider pinned Vanity. Later Vanity fumed in an interview that Terak had let a box full of furry critters into his dressing room spoiling his match preparations
Dragonmaster won by DQ over Ghengis Khan. It was spoiled when Khan savagely attacked the ring announcer for getting in his way as he tried to pick up the timekeepers bell. Presumably to use in the match. Dragonmaster wants a rematch
Mayhem won over Ursa Major despite missing the LEAP OF DOOM.

Latest News:
Serpent Un-Man is out of control. Every match involving him/it is ending in a DQ. Without a manager to guide him he cannot seem to control himself. Although no longer managing him Reynard B. Guile has one last bit of advice for him and decided the best thing for the Un-Man is to wrestle some cage matches. Is there some tension in the Space Croppers? Renegade was fuming after Terak left their match on # 246 to chase Sweet Thing. It left him all alone against both Mr. Galaxy and Vanity and he was easily overwhelmed. Frustratingly the Space Croppers are seen very much as an undercard team. Looks like Thantos was dead right to blow off the Royal Court. They have started the WAR GAMES disastrously. Without a single win or even a point in the standings the Royal Court is in total turmoil. Man-Mountain has been sent to a health farm by Solaris and will miss the next 4 cards. His already massive size has ballooned by about 30 pounds after feasting almost daily in various Deimos diners. Solaris wants him to remain a big man and use his immense bulk but not to the point that Man-Mountain is having trouble moving around the ring. Man-Mountain doesn’t seem keen on the idea. WAR GAMES standings: Star Warrior & the Supreme Gods (32), Thantos & the Galactic Rebels (26), The Third Force (23); FDF (14), Royal Court (0); Animen of Andromeda (20) Gladiators of Aethra (16); INJURED – Mutant (3); VACATION – Man-Mountain (4)

Card 249 – Triton Pavillion:
(Chaos cut a big promo mid-card talking up his huge match with Thantos on the next card. He claimed this would the stepping stone towards a title shot and fed domination. When he was reminded that his friend, the Matador of M83, was already booked in for a title shot on the same card Chaos simply ignored the question and continued bragging about his incredible power and quest to win the Galaxian belt. He is convinced he is the strongest force in the galaxy and destined for great things)
Interplanetary champ, Battering Ram, lost to Bounty Hunter by DQ and will have to put the belt online again in a rematch
Massif overcame Count Necros. The big man thrilled the crowds as he gave Necros a taste of his own medicine and threw powder in his face. Commander Sam managed to run a key interference. Such tactics are usually beneath the FDF but Sam wants to show his team can mix it up when needed
Brute and Massacre beat Beasts of Burden after Brute pinned Iron Mane. It’s another big win for the Gladiators so soon after COSMIC CHAOS and has elevated back towards to the top of the tag rankings
In a cage match, Renegade beat Serpent Un-Man after a third SPINECRACKER. At least we now had a proper finish in a match involving the Un-Man
Above the Law won a wild match full of carnage over the GalactiCops with the JAGGED EDGE on Galactic Punisher
Mesmer won a stunning battle over Killer Queen by count-out. Killer Queen was eventually laid out on the floor after being hit with a devastating crossbody on the outside.
Card 250 – NETWORK DEIMOS – Deimos Intergalactic Arena:
Galaxian champ, Star Warrior, made a comeback to beat Matador of M83 with the COSMIC BIG BANG. It was a fierce effort from the Matador who is still tipped as a future champ. He may be being over-shadowed by his monster friend Chaos but the smart money is on Matador landing some gold first. Both are consumed with arrogance and an unhealthy lust for success. Will they get in eachothers way in their quest to dominate the singles
Tag champs, Greek Gods, wrestled a wild double DQ with Nightmare. A fierce brawl broke out after Actagon saved Proteus from the THUMBSCREW
Chaos was weakened by the loss of his stone’s power but managed to beat Thantos by DQ. Thantos did seem to have the better of Chaos until then. He will be kicking himself for blowing another big match by DQ
Titan Power overcame Shocker when Billy Jo pinned Death Masque. This time Colby lost huge sums betting on the match but remains adamant in his quest to have his local hospital removed. This guy is incredibly unpopular
In a cage match, Wolf made a comeback to finish Serpent Un-Man with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW
Krakan beat Renegade by DQ after being smashed head first into a ripped open turnbuckle. Renegade then gave Krakan some payback by piledriving him onto one of his Hitman cards. Afterwards a groggy Krakan was spitting blood and vowing revenge
Powerhouse defeated Royal Family after Killer Queen got hit with the CLIFFHANGER; In a Titan Death match, Ghengis Khan broke Dragonmaster’s winning run with the TWIN THRUST.
Card 251 – Triton Pavillion:
In the first of three non-title matches, Greek Gods won a Titan Death match over the Keepers of the Stone with the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP on Rogue. They look unbeatable
Battering Ram beat the Guardsman by DQ. The Gladiators are getting frustrated with the Guardsman’s attempts to soften Battering Ram up
Star Warrior won an entertaining tussle over Ursa Major. He then helped Ursa Major up and they shook hands
In a Titan Death match, Chaos was weakened against Lance At-Las but still won via BOW OF DEFEAT
Bounty Hunter beat Matador of M83 thanks to Reynard B. Guile’s match saving distractions. He will get another shot at the IP belt on the next card after this impressive win
Titan Express beat Shocker by DQ after Death Masque used MELTDOWN.
Card 252 – Triton Pavillion:
Interplanetary title match, Bounty Hunter won the belt from Battering Ram via a bone crunching AMBUSH! Reynard B. Guile was shrieking like an excited school girl whilst the Bounty Hunter showed no emotion. He said he is going to have a replica made so he can hang it on the wall of his lodge back on Orion
SuperNova Explosion beat Chaos and Matador of M83 by DQ when the Keepers jumped in. Seeing their buddies in a perilous situation the Greek Gods rumbled things to even the score
Mayhem beat Wolf with the LEAP OF DOOM despite missing with it earlier in the match. The match was full of action as the animosity between the mean boiled over
In an elimination match, Count Necros and Above the Law swept Mesmer and Powerhouse. Commander Sam was furious with the referee for being ejected from ringside claiming this cost the match. He has promised to continue this rant with the fed bigwigs. Order eliminated – Count Necros over Mattock; Mad Jester over Massif via JAGGED EDGE; Mad Jester eliminated Mesmer also with the JAGGED EDGE to win the match
GalactiCops overcame Royal Family when the Galactic Punisher pinned Exo-King
The Creeper beat Vanity by DQ after Sweet Thing whacked him/it with her hairbrush. She must of hit pretty hard because Creeper was busted open. Confused and hurt the Creeper wouldn’t let anyone come near to administer treatment. In the end it needed the intervention of Terak to help.

Latest News:
Star Warrior and the Keepers took the respective first ONLY THE BEST trophies. Star Warrior in particular is looking incredible. He is beating all challengers for his belt and is in the shape of his life. Special mention must go to the Galactic Punisher who defeated both Chaos and Thantos on an incredible journey to the final. He fought a great match against his buddy, Star Warrior, but in the end it was a step too far. Commissioner Carter has said he wants to the tournament winners to become traditionally the top contenders to the main belts. Maybe Galactic Punisher will get a chance to go for the belt at some stage despite not winning. It was a shock to see Chaos beaten so easily having looked in menacing in all his build up matches. He blamed Thantos for interfering in his match up and returned the favour. He managed to save face by then destroying the Galactic Punisher in a revenge match. Straight after the match he demanded a shot at the Galaxian title but Commissioner Carter delivered a mouth watering verdict. Chaos and Thantos must square off on the next card to decide who is the top contender! With Chaos and Thantos looking to tear lumps out of eachother it is helping Star Warrior and the Supreme Gods as they have built a commanding WAR GAMES lead. They have both major belts within their clutches so times are good for the Gods. Lord Nexus has announced he is quitting singles matches this year to really concentrate on turning Titan Power into a top team once again. He feels that despite their great potential they have really under achieved and is determined to win the belts to add to the one brief run they had ages ago. They were left out of ONLY THE BEST which left the Titans reeling and Nexus blames himself for being distracted by his feud with Krakan. WAR GAMES standings: Star Warrior & the Supreme Gods (70), The Third Force (51), Thantos & the Galactic Rebels (31); FDF (54), Royal Court (31); Animen of Andromeda (50) Gladiators (36)
