Chart(s) for determining the length of a match?

This isn't a bad idea.
Personally, I just guesstimate on the minutes and whatever that last roll was becomes the seconds.

For Draws, if I keep rolling and rolling and just can't seem to get a finish and I get tired of it. I just do it. I invoke the "it's up to you promoter" rule.

One idea I have is to use lined A4 paper to write down each move. From the top of the page to the bottom is 10 minutes. Then just estimate from that.
