I think I may have the complete rules for Gcon. Just need some good Broken Matt and Brother Nero stats to go along with it.

Like it or not, it was more entertaining than ANYTHING "The Entertainers" (WWE) have done in years. Exactly my point! If I want entertainment, I'll watch TV...I want WRESTLING and it pains me to see 2 capable guys like the Hardys gimmick out when they could have delivered a classic WRESTLING match instead

I totally get someone tuning in thinking WTF. But I would rather watch that 17 min video than anything WWE has done in recent history.

It was different for sure. I must say that two things I like of late from TNA are "The Decay" and the Ultimate X Match this week, but watching Final Deletion was wacky stuff...

When I watch Raw I usually fast forward through most of the actual wrestling and just watch the vignettes. I will watch the wrestling on Lucha Underground, its not as much time investment, the commentary is decent and adds to the story going on in the ring and out of the ring. The bits and pieces of TNA I have seen I don't care for the entertainment parts so I don't even bother. This Hardy piece is one of the few things from TNA that I have enjoyed because its so different. I've seen them wrestle before, but have never seen anything quite like this from them or anyone. Thats one of the things I like about wrestling is there is different stuff out there that appeals to different fans.

Maybe it was because it seemed so scripted that I didn't enjoy it as much??? Like I said, I am a Hardy Boyz fan, probably one of my 2 or 3 favorite tag teams of all time and one of the very few TNA acts I would like to see get one last run in WWE. I wish I still had El Rey network, as I thoroughly enjoyed Lucha Underground. Thought it was a damn near perfect mix of wrestling and entertainment. And I agree, when it comes to wrestling, one fan's "garbage" could easily be another's "treasure". See the New Day, for example.

I enjoyed the whole saga. It is cool that others did not but I just shake my head at comments I have seen elsewhere where people act like they were trying to be serious and did bad acting. Just shows they did not get it. Matt overacted and was over the top on purpose. Best description I heard was he was channeling his inner Toecutter from Mad Max. I say the whole thing was mixing soap opera with telenovella plus a touch of reality TV. Those drone camera shots from above remind me of something you see on a reality show.
My favorite time in wrestling was WCW at its height because they had a bit of something different for everyone. That is what I want in my wrestling. Solid quality matches. Humor segments. High spot matches. Hardcore matches. And some crazy segments like the Deletion or the segments with Decay. If nothing else I hope this does inspire WWE to do something great with the Wyatt family. Get them to reach the potential we all saw when they debuted.
