Interesting that we've been given all four of the new names in the set, but only one of the repeat names. It is released this weekend, so I figured we would give those names out earlier. There is a bonus teaser tomorrow and preorder will be up then as well. Then next Monday the last 2 names. I am still certain the 2 will be the team of Dickinson/Jaka. Tonight's name has me excited as it could be several people... Keith Lee, ACH, Sami Callihan... someone I'm not thinking of! |

I like that Lee artwork better than the ROH art but I'm not a fan of getting another card of him so quickly but that was likely Evolve's call and not FG's. I would have rather had an updated card representing the longest reigning champion in company history than a new Keith Lee but eh, shit happens I guess.

I'll have to make the effort to get into Evolve. I bought the starter set way back when it was released and shelved it. It's harder when one has not seen said wrestlers in action.

I was originally going to use Homicide as Ted DiBiase's hired gun in my new LWF fed but now I think I'll go with Lee, provided his stats are strong enough. I don't want DiBiase vs. Lee to be like DiBiase vs. Virgil when they inevitably split.

I actually got to show Keith Lee his new card art a few weeks ago at PWG and he said "That's awesome!" (I am not generally involved in the art for sets I work on but I did suggest the Texas background for Keith Lee and I think it turned out great!)
The card is not alot different from his recent ROH card released a few months ago (this is a rare case of someone Filsinger Games has signed going from one major Indy fed to another Indy fed just after he got his first card released) but this card is less tag oriented and has 2 new signature move names Keith is using in EVOLVE which I discussed with Keith.
Not just Keith, but all 8 wrestlers in this set looked over my rough drafts and provided feedback, it does not get more legit than that!
I hope you like this card and the set!
