Good to see Jeff Cobb announced! I was fortunate to sign Cobb to the game last July at PWG's anniversary show and I was able to go over some of his offense with him at PWG's last show a couple of weekends ago. Here on the West Coast, Cobb has wrestled in alot of feds including a few appearances for the local Las Vegas Indy fed FSW. Also, Cobb's match against Willie Mack (I think in the semi-finals?) at King of the Indies 2015 is one of the reasons (along with Adam Thornstowe winning King of the Indies) I wish I attended that tournament instead of the Wrestle Con show the Saturday night of Wrestlemania 31 weekend. Looking forward to using Cobb in Ring of Vegas!

Ha, Figures Toy Company revealed the Jeff Cobb figure's head sculpt on the same day FG announced Cobb as part of the Evolve set.

Jeff Cobb is another wrestler from Lucha Underground to be part of Filsinger Games card sets. This time, Evolve. Cobb in LU is under the mask, Matanza. But I think Cobb is a better wrestler without the mask.

Although any time you book him for an AIW event, you can't find his card until right before his match. (The Card is Going to Change Podcast joke) I actually saw him walking down the street before last Fridays show! Laredo debuted for TNA tonight, if he sticks around... 1) he needs to be the X-division champion immediately 2) I hope Laredo getting lost around Universal Studios becomes a thing! |
