In the Kronos Locker room

Aethran Overmaster: Turmoil, I need you to do me a favor... Since, your competing in the Tournament and only you can get word to Paralyze of 2122... tell him that the Minister of War needs his help. He won't know me yet as of his time... but he has always been loyal to me. Tell him... that the Minister of War needs him to cripple Spike and take him out like he did to Vengeance.

Sly Drury must think I'm a fool, if I don't see his scheming... I haven't figured out what he is up to just yet... but he has put Spike on the battlefield for a reason. So, I need to take out the pawn before Drury can move him into position and make him a more valuable piece.

Turmoil: Yes, Overmaster...

Aethran Overmaster: But?

Turmoil: I was hoping you would give me that honor of taking him out for you...

Aethran Overmaster: If Paralyze fails, then you just might get your chance. But, for now I need the most dominant Gladiator who ever stepped into an arena back on Aethra to break Spike's neck! So it's time to sacrifice the pawn.

Later that night in the Kronos training area

Turmoil: Hail, Paralyze...

Paralyze: I see there is another Aethran, besides Spike and myself.

Turmoil: Indeed, there is... Can I talk to you in private? Away from non-Aethran weaklings...

Paralyze: What is this all about?

Turmoil: I bring you a message from the Minister of War...

Paralyze: You are from 2122? A message from Spike...

Turmoil: No... He is not the Minister of War in 2132... In fact, he has been a prisoner of war now for eight years now.

Paralyze: You mean Aethra was conquered by some weakling race?!

Turmoil: No... actually is the opposite! Under the rule of Spike we were becoming the weaklings... surely, you have seen it happening on Aethra in your time? So, the great General of the Army raised up with the people of Aethra and seized the control of power. We are once again the great powers in the universe! The Aethran's rule with an iron fist like it was in the olden days...

Paralyze: I would like to meet this great leader some day...

Turmoil: You will... in fact you will be his right hand of vengeance. But, today... He wants me to give you a message... that message is, he will arrange for you to meet Spike in the second round of the tournament and he wants you to break Spike's neck like you did to Vengeance in the Arena. He wants you to cripple him once for all!

Paralyze: He wants me to cripple the Minister of War? How do I know what you say is true?

Turmoil: For six years, we served beside the Aethran Overmaster here dominating the GWF. Just look at my body... do you see the scars and bruises? This is all the proof you need to see... these came from all the brutal matches that you, Rush and I fought side by side with each other. Believe in the blood that we have spilled together, my brother! As for Spike, he wasn't even the Minister of War in 2107. Here, its only Aethran vs. Aethran... a Gladiator vs. a Super Gladiator, as one as you! Can He could on his most loyal Aethran?

Paralyze: Tell him... He can count on me.

Turmoil: He knew he could!

Commissioner Sly Drury: Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the second episode of the Kronos Showdown! Tonight, we continue with the second show of Round one... where we will see 10 wrestlers compete in one on one matches to a single fall. The five winners will advance to Round Two and the losers we will face judgement before the GWF Universe of 2132... They will pick one from the five losers to go on to Round Two.
If you missed last weeks show, let me recap... Encubus beats Kill Prey, Bex submits Dreadnaught, Spike beats Heracles, Star Slayer beats Nosfera, and Paralyze brutalizes Blazing Skull. Then Dreadnaught wins the support of the GWF Universe... Which this totally surprised me Mr. Ironhand, did this surprise you?

Mr. Ironhand: When you are dealing with humans and other illogical beings, you can predict a base margin with accuracy. That said, it was more or less a toss up since all four men were more or less all heels in their careers in the GWF. So to answer your question, no it didn't surprise me, but then I would have put money as they say on Kill Prey or Heracles over Dreadnaught or Nosfera.

Commissioner Sly Drury: Well, tonight we have some great match-ups. Turmoil vs. Coven Black, Amazing Mann vs. Max Shield, Godsend vs. Zygon Black Death, Dark Justice vs. Jack of Diamonds... and in the Main Event, we have a dream match for you! Have you ever wonder who was the better Bishop Hell... Is it the Original or the Impostor? Well... tonight we are going to find out Bishop Hell of 2088 vs. Bishop Hell of 2125!

So with no other words let's get on with the show!

Turmoil vs. Coven Black
Turmoil defeated Coven Black with a TRIPLE SUICIDE (0) at 12:25
Match Notes: Coven Black just didn't have an answer to Turmoil's hardcore extreme offense. Turmoil hit Black with high impact flying maneuvers and quick explosive power moves. Turmoil hit Coven Black with one to many INTIMIDATION and TRIPLE SUICIDE to escape the three count to his shoulders on the mat.
Winner: Turmoil advances to the next round!

The Amazing Mann vs. Max Shield
Max Shield defeated The Amazing Mann with a MAXIMUM IMPACT (+1) at 14:46
Match Notes: Amazing Mann put up one great fight against Max Shield, even being able to put Shield in the UNBREAKABLE. But, Shield was able to do the unthinkable and break the hold. Mann wouldn't get another chance to hit his finisher as Max picked up the momentum and hit his own finisher MAXIMUM IMPACT for the win.
Winner: Max Shield advances to the next round!

Godsend vs. Zygon
Godsend defeated Zygon with a SPEAK OF THE DEVIL (0) at 14:51
Match Notes: Godsend showed just how bad he wanted this match as he fought a hard fought match with Zygon BD. Zygon was able to hit Godsend with the STOMACH TRI-CLAW, but his opponent was able to escape from the hold with easy. Godsend was able to hit Zygon with several SPEAK OF THE DEVILs before finally getting the pinfall.
Winner: Godsend advances to the next round!

Dark Justice vs. Jack of Diamonds
Jack of Diamonds defeated Dark Justice with a BLACK DIAMOND (+1) at 12:38
Match Notes: What has to be an upset of the night, Jack of Diamond beats Dark Justice. Jack used his quickness to keep Justice off guard and repeatedly hitting him with his finishers DIAMOND CUT and BLACK DIAMOND until he got the win.
Winner: Jack of Diamond advances to the next round!

Bishop Hell 2088 vs. Bishop Hell 2125
Bishop Hell 2088 defeated Bishop Hell 2125 with a HELLFIRE (+5) at 18:43
Match Notes: This was the main event match of the night, as the original Bishop Hell went up against the impostor Bishop Hell BD. Neither of the Bishop Hells let up against the other as each having something to prove to the other. The original Bishop Hell hits his lesser impostor with HELLFIRE and you can smell the burnt flesh as his opponent gives up.
Winner: The original Bishop Hell advances to the next round!

Commissioner Sly Drury: It's time to bring the losers out for their judgement by the GWF Universe! Due to Blazing Skull's injury only four of the losers will be up for judgement. Bring them out now... Remember, to vote now GWF Universe on which one you think should be advancing to the next round!

Well, I'm obviously not pleased that Coven Black failed to advance... The universe will pay dearly for that insult... Mark my words...

That being said, there was tons of great action on the menu... Shield managed a sweet comeback over the Amazing Mann... It looks like Zygon gave Godsend a run for his money... And what a matchup between the original Bishop Hell and the legend's pretender...

Really looking forward to the eruption of another Aethran civil war as well... Something I can't wait to reenact in my own Kronos fed...

Pariah - I'm writing this show as it happens so nothing is set in stone at the moment... so anything can change. But... you will probably not see a Aethran Civil War as Spike is here just to kick ass and take names. The big players here so far are Drury and Overmaster playing a tactical game of human chess. We know what Overmaster is planning but any ideas what Drury is up too?

Thanks reviler13... Glad you are enjoying it so far! As I'm running the tournament the story is unfolding for me to write as I go. I love it the creativity when it flows like that.

Nitro: Congratulations! On advancing to the second round of the tournament... It must have felt weird going up against someone who took on your identity decades after you stopped wrestling?

Bishop Hell 2088: I'm the only Bishop Hell, the original and there is none that can duplicate HELLFIRE! There are all these pretenders who say they walk by fire and pain... but only I have mastered it and walk the path. So, bring on Archary, Godsend, Holocaust, and this Burning Man... They will all feel the power of HELLFIRE!

Bishop Hell 2088 walks off the set.

Nitro: My next guest is the son of Thantos, One time GWF Heavyweight Champion and two time GWF tag team champion... Encubus! Welcome, Encubus... You got an impressive win over Kill Prey to advance to the second round. How will you do going up against some of the greatest midcard to uppercard wrestlers?

Encubus: How will I do?... I was born into the sport... It's like you said I was a One time GWF Heavyweight Champion and I held that title for over 209 days.

Nitro: But, some of these superstars you will be going up against have held that title on multiple occasions...

Encubus: It won't matter when I slap on one of my three finishers! Besides... WHERE DO YOU GET OFF QUESTIONING MY ACHIEVEMENTS... HOW MANY TITLES HAVE YOU GOTTEN IN YOUR CAREER?

Nitro: I'M NOT IN THESE TOURNAMENT...

Encubus: THAT'S BECAUSE YOUR A NOTHING NITRO... A NOTHING... YOU WHOLE WRESTLING CAREER WAS A FAILURE!

Nitro: YOU HAVE MAYBE BEEN SOMETHING A ONE TIME... BUT YOU RETIRED ANOTHER SECOND GENERATIONAL LOSER!

Encubus snaps and attacks Nitro, Encubus gets the upperhand and applies the MAFFEI MASTERLOCK on Nitro. After five minutes security is finally able to get Encubus to break the finisher.

Mr. Ironhand would like to address the situation that accord on the Nitro Electro Shock show, between Nitro and Enucbus.

Mr. Ironhand: Nitro was out of line, he provoked Encubus in his line of questioning. The GWF needs professional broadcasters on our programs, so Nitro has been put on 60 days suspension and has been replaced with Mot and Kram!

Commissioner Sly Drury: Thank you, Mr. Ironhand on that update. Sp lets go over tonight's match-ups. Colossus vs. Wolf, Havoc BD vs. Pegasus, Mad Jester vs. Shayne, Paragon vs. Exo-king... and in the Main Event, we have Bloodline vs. Raven!

So with no other words let's get on with the show!

Colossus vs. Wolf
Wolf defeated Colossus with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW (+2) at 11:54
Match Notes: Colossus got the jump on Wolf in the opening of the match. Colossus hits Wolf with his opponents own finisher END OF THE HUNT, but Wolf kicks out at two. Colossus hits Wolf with two CYBORG DEATHBLOW back to back... Wolf kicks out at two again. Wolf makes a comeback and hits Colossus with multiples END OF THE HUNT and then slaps on SAVAGE FACE CLAW. Colossus was able to get to the ropes to break the hold, but Wolf was able to drag his opponent back to the center of the ring and apply SAVAGE FACE CLAW once again. Colossus had no choice but to give up this time.

Winner: Wolf advances to the second round!

Havoc BD vs. Pegasus
Havoc defeated Pegasus with a COSMIC NIGHTMARE (+4) at 14:01
Match Notes: Pegasus got the upperhand in the beginning to the match, hitting Havoc with power move after power move. Pegasus thought he had the match in the bag and started to showboat. This gave time for Havoc to get a second wind and regain the momentum. This took Pegasus off his game and Havoc was able to hit COSMIC NIGHTMARE for the three count.

Winner: Havoc BD advances to the second round!

Mad Jester vs. Shayne
Shayne defeated Mad Jester with an EYE 4 EYE (+2) at 3:11
Match Notes: Shayne caught Mad Jester getting into the ring by surprise and didn't let up on him. Shayne nails Mad Jester with SHOWDOWN and then EYE 4 EYE for the win. Mad Jester never saw it coming until it was to late.

Winner: Shayne advances to the second round!

Exo-King vs. Paragon
Paragon defeated Exo-King with a FINAL OVERTURE (+5) at 33:40
Match Notes: Exo-King and Paragon stole the show here tonight, these two big men tore down the arena. The momentum went back and forth so many times in this match. Exo-king hit Paragon with CORONATION CEREMONY, knocking Paragon outside the ring. Paragon would make a comeback in the closing of the match to setup Exo-king for the FINAL OVERTURE. Exo-king ducked the first time but Paragon was able to hit it a second time. Exo-king is laying out flat for the three count.

Winner: Paragon advances to the second round!

Bloodline vs. Raven
Bloodline defeated Raven with a COSMIC BIG BANG (+3) at 19:35
Match Notes: This was a great main event, between two competitors who at first show great sportsmanship, but as the match progress sportsmanship went out the window. Bloodline tried to go for COSMIC BIG BANG early in the match, but Raven rolled out of the way. This gave Raven a chance to gain momentum, he hit BROADSWORD and BLADERUNNER but neither finishers could get the job done. Bloodline was able to reverse the W.A.R. Gun and regain the momentum, he locked on CETUS MASTERLOCK. Raven was in the CETUS MASTERLOCK for more than 3 minutes, but hung in there until he was finally able to get to the ropes and break the finisher. Being in the finisher for 3 minutes, really injured the leg and took Raven out of this game. Which gave Bloodline the advantage and he was able to setup Raven for then COSMIC BIG BANG for the three count.

Winner: Bloodline advances to the second round!
