Very cool that BD Havoc and Bloodline are both going through to the next round... Unfortunate that the latter is at Raven's expense... Not real happy that Pegasus won the majority vote... But, the fans have spoken...

The Real Ordeal plowed through Jester as expected... Not sure if anyone will be able to take out Shayne - This entire competition could belong to him...

Pariah - I think there are some great wrestlers that could knock out Shayne still. Encubus, Bloodline, Sur, Bex, Paganax to just name a few. It's still anyones game here.

vx - Nitro knew the one rule in Kronos never reveal the future to wrestlers from the past. Which Turmoil has secretly broken that rule to Paralyze.

Oh, without a doubt... There are plenty of names that have what it takes to finish Shayne's run in this tournament... But, will any of them be able to put together their 'A' game when it's needed most?

Shayne's Cattle Ranch

Shayne: Welcome to Shayne's Cattle Ranch! Mot and and Kram are cowering somewhere backstage as they are scary of my next guest. They say he is the most dangerous Gladiator that has ever been in the GWF... They say he is feared in the Aethran pits... They say he broke Vengeance's neck... In the first round match against Blazing Skull, he did break his neck. Well, let's see just how tough he really is... Paralyze come on down!

Paralyze's music pops and he walks down the ramp way towards the ring. He enters the ring.

Shayne: So... your the baddest Aethran on the block?

Paralyze: Yes...

Shayne: I don't think so... I have fought against some bigger and badder Aethrans than you...

Paralyze: Is that right... little Earthing?

Shayne: That's right... See this GWF Universal Title around my waist? That means I'm the biggest and baddest man in the Universe and that goes for Aethrans as well... including your current Minister of War in 2132.

You can see this struck a big nerve with Paralyze and he is starting to get mad

Shayne: Oh... you didn't like that one bit did you?! I bet you want to hit me don't you Paralyze?... Go ahead hit me... I can see it in your eyes you really want to try and kill me... try is the optimal word there Aethran... DO IT! I have been itching for a good fight lately!

Paralyze gets in the face of Shayne now and he stares down at Shayne. Shayne stares up into Paralyzes' eyes.

Shayne: Still not impressed...

Paralyze: Shut up... I'm tired of hearing you run your mouth. If you want to fight then lets do it!

Shayne grins and then attacks Paralyze with a right hand. Paralyze doesn't even flinch but grabs Shayne and throws him into the ropes... Shayne comes off and hits Paralyze with a spinning heel kick. This rocks the big Aethran but doesn't knock him off his feet, so Shayne hits Paralyze with a Death Valley Driver. Shayne picks up Paralyze and throws him into the turnbuckle and runs in, but Paralyze catches Shayne with a high knee. Paralyze hits Shayne with High Tension and Brutal Infliction. Shayne in a desperate move crawls over to where his bullwhip is and using the whip hits Paralyze with Frontier Justice. Shayne hangs Paralyze over the top turnbuckle with the bullwhip around his throat for a few minutes until security can get Shayne to let him go. Paralyze falls to the ground and starts to suck in lots of air.

[Crossbones]

Commissioner Sly Drury's Office

Drury and Shayne were sitting in the Office talking.

Commissioner Drury: I want to personally thank you for doing that favor for me on the Cattle Ranch.

Shayne: Sure thing... I actually had fun doing it.

Commissioner Drury: I have a meeting here shortly with the Overmaster... He has been trying to pull strings to get Paralyze a match against Spike in the second round.

Shayne: Do you think he is on to your plan yet?

Commissioner Drury: No, I think he knows I'm up to something by inviting Spike into the tournament... but nothing more. So, I want you to interview Spike and this time get him to bit on a match between him and Paralyze in an Aethran Pit fight match. I want to throw Overmaster a bone and see if he chokes on it.

Shayne: Is that wise? What if Spike loses?

Commissioner Drury: That's a possibility... but, we are planning with the Aethran future aren't we? If we win, Spike could still be Minister of War and Overmaster never came into power. If we lose, then nothing has changed.

Shayne: So just an Aethran Pit fight match?

Commissioner Drury: The winner must cripple their opponent in a non-sanction match. Get Paralyze to bit on this one to really sell it.

Shayne: Not a problem... I'm good at getting under the skin of people.

Iron Hand comes in and informs Drury that the Aethran Overmaster is here for his appointment. Shayne gets up and goes out the back way.

Commissioner Drury: Aethran Overmaster, come in and have a sit. Sorry, it's taken this long to see you but I have been slammed business running everything. But, you know that running an empire I'm sure. What can I do for you?

Aethran Overmaster: Let's not beat around the bush! You know why I am here... Having Spike here is a front to the Aethran people and I want him gone from the Kronos!

Commissioner Drury: I can't do that Overmaster. Here is why, Spike has a rich history in the GWF and you may have erased his deeds on Aethra... but, you can't ease them here. He was one time Galaxian Heavyweight Champion, three time InterPlanetary Champion, one time Heavy Metal Champion and a one time Three-Man Tag-Team Champion along with Brute and Massacre. Plus, he is a GWF Hall of Famer... which done of these things you take away from him here.

Aethran Overmaster: I DEMAND THAT YOU EXPEL HIM OR I WILL DO IT FOR YOU!

Commissioner Drury: You don't have the power anymore as co-commissioner...

Aethran Overmaster: Then I demand you...

Commissioner Drury: What?... Make the match for Paralyze vs. Spike in the second round?

Overmaster for a second let his guard down as he was shocked that Drury knew what he wanted before he could say it.

Commissioner Drury: You think I don't know what is going on in my own buildings? Mr. Ironhand please show the Overmaster the footage from the security cams.

Ironhand puts in the disc and pulls up the footage of the Overmaster and Turmoil in the locker room. Then after that plays, Ironhand brings up the footage of Turmoil and Paralyze in the training room.

Commissioner Drury: By all rights... I should expel You, Turmoil and Paralyze from Kronos! But, I won't expel Paralyze and Turmoil as they deserve to compete in this tournament... You know that exposing the future to the past is the number one no-no here in Kronos. Should I by all rights, now inform Spike of the future overthrow that You do to him and throw him imprison for the rest of his life?

Aethran Overmaster: No... you won't dare!

Commissioner Drury: Your right I wouldn't cause then I would be as guilty as you! I will however make the match between Spike and Paralyze for the second round in an Aethran Pit Fight Match... But, I am expelling you from the rest of this season on the Kronos Showdown. Don't worry, if we do another season and you are required on the show... then you are still welcome to comeback.

Anything else you would like to add Mr. Ironhand?

Ironhand: We still haven't received payment for the wall you destroyed the last time you came in to the office so we are fining you for the repairs... the winners purse from your next big show should cover the damages.

Commissioner Drury: If their isn't anything else then Overmaster... Ironhand will see you out. Thank you for coming.

I think those were two really good segments myself. I liked the Shayne/Paralyze a little better I think.

I don't think Drury was all in his face as more claim and just had the balls to tell Overmaster like it is and was going to be, while Overmaster knew he didn't have a leg to stand on cause he was caught sticking his hand in the cookie jar.

Tonight, we continue with the fourth show in Round One... where we will see 10 wrestlers compete in one on one matches to a single fall. The five winners will advance to Round Two and the losers we will face judgement before the GWF Universe of 2132... They will pick one from the five losers to go on to Round Two.

So with no other words let's get on with the show!




Holocaust vs. Burning Man
Burning Man defeated Holocaust with an EXHAUSTION (+6) at 15:25
Match Notes: These two battled back and forth, Holocaust went for his patent finisher SHOCKWAVE... but Burning Man ducked and hit him with EXHAUSTION for the win.

Winner: Burning Man advances to the second Round!




Janus vs. Alpha Force
Janus defeated Alpha Force with a GORDIAN KNOT (+4) at 13:30
Match Notes: Alpha Force used his speed and quickness to get the early momentum on Janus. Alpha Force hit Janus with ALPHA STRIKE and TOMAHAWK THRUST, but Janus was able to kick out of both finishers. Janus rolled to the outside, suckered Alpha Force in and gave him a poke to the eyes. Janus then went to work on Alpha Forces' legs. This gave Janus the advantage he needed to take Alpha Forces offense away. Janus slapped on the GORDIAN KNOT in the middle of the ring. After four minutes in the GORDIAN KNOT Alpha Force had no choice but to tap out.

Winner: Janus advances to the second round!




Payback vs. Anivar
Anivar defeated Payback with a SAVAGE BEATDOWN (+4) at 9:11
Match Notes: Payback took to his high risk offense to Anivar, but this not only took its toll on Anivar but Payback as well. Payback went for EXVENGE but missed the first time, giving Anivar a chance to gain some momentum. Anivar did some high damage on Payback with his offense and nailed his opponent with SAVAGE BEATDOWN. Payback was barely able to kick out. Payback was able to make the comeback but when he went for the EXVENGE, Anivar countered the fiinisher with his own SAVAGE BEATDOWN for the win.

Winner: Anivar BD advances to the second round!




Sur vs. Hector
Sur defeated Hector with a GIFT OF THE GODS (+1) at 4:09
Match Notes: Sur catches Hector coming in and starts attacking him brutally with punches and kickes. Sur then goes to work on his opponent with Alpha Plex and Perfect Power Bomb. Then put Hector in the GIFT OF THE GODS for the quick submission.

Winner: Sur advances to the second round!




Lord Nexus vs. Witness
Witness defeated Lord Nexus with a PROSECUTION (+3) at 7:53
Match Notes: Lord Nexus tried to put Witness away early with quick hit and run tactics. Nexus hit Witness with the TITAN DROP, but Witness was able to kick out at a count of one and half seconds. Nexus went to the top turnbuckle, Witness caught him and delivered a superplex off the turnbuckle. Witness then hits Nexus with PROSECUTION for the win.

Winner: Witness advances to the next round!

Commissioner Sly Drury: It's time to bring the losers out for their judgement by the GWF Universe! Bring them out now... Remember, to vote now GWF Universe on which one you think should be advancing to the next round!
