Very impressed with this latest crop to advance... Avarice vs Matador was probably my favorite matchup and it's cool that both are moving into the next round... The main event also delivered - Phenomenal win for Harbinger...

Thanks bro'tha... I'm glad you are liking the extra segments between shows. I know I have set the spike/Paralyze match up pretty good, but thought it might be drowning out some of the other ones. The Spike/Paralyze will be coming to a close here shortly so I'll be able to focus more on some of he other match ups.

Shayne: Tonight on the Cattle Ranch, my guest is a one time CPC Heavyweight Champion, two time CPC InterStellar Champion and one time Heavy Metal/Special Match Champion... I'm talking about Paragon!

Paragon's music hits and he comes walking down to the ring.

Shayne: Welcome to the show... Paragon. Let's get down to business, I hear that with all the focus on the Spike/Paralyze match coming up on the next Kronos Showdown... you feel that you are being over looked, is that correct?

Paragon: Yea, I do. It's people like you, Shayne... It's people in the media, who like to play god and think they can decided who should be in the lime light over someone else.

Shayne: Hold on one second there Howdy Duty! First off... its not my problem that you haven't made any noise since being on the Kronos Showdown. But, that's been your whole career in wrestling hasn't? All Hype and No Glory! The reason you were a CPC Heavyweight Champion is cause Colby put the title on you... Who did you really beat for it?

Paragon: You better watch your tone with me, Shayne... I have beaten the likes of Chaos, Star Warrior, Vengeance, Matador of M83, and the names go on. So, yea... I think the spotlight should be on me and not those meathead Aethrans. I have the total package... power and smarts. You would never see me put up my career in one of those stupid barbaric matches of theirs.

Shayne: So what your saying is... your a coward and lack the manly parts to compete in something that may cost you a little blood and sweat?

Paragon smiles and laughs.

Paragon: I see what your doing there, your trying to get me to fall for some stupid man egoist trap of yours... Where I get all pissed and want to prove how much more of a man I am than you or those stupid Aethrans.

Shayne: Am I that transparent to you? Then what do you want then?

Paragon: I'm looking for an Main Event opponent for the Kronos Showdown. How about you, Shayne?

Shayne: Well, I would love to get in this ring with you... but I was told that management already has an opponent for you. This will be a main event of one of the upcoming second round Kronos Showdown and will be a Submission Match. Let me introduce you to your opponent.... Pegasus!

Pegasus' music hits the crowd goes nuts and he walks down to the ring.

Paragon: So... its going to be you and me, Pegasus once again?

Pegasus: Dude! I don't even know you.

Shayne: Let me introduce you too... one of your all time greatest rivals in the future... Paragon.

Pegasus: Then let me introduce myself... I am the Earth Shaker... the Ego Booster of the Pegasus System...

Paragon: The Ultimate Loser! Let me tell you who you really are... Your an egocentric, narcissistic little boy, pretty boy!

Pegasus: Whoa... Dude! I hate to stop you when your on a roll there... and I'm flattered that you think I'm pretty... but I just don't swing that way. I'm all about the ladies!

Paragon: No... wait, I'm not saying I think your pretty or anything...

Pegasus: That sounded pretty gay... not that I'm saying there is anything wrong with that... But I just don't find men attractive.

Shayne: Sounded gay to me. I mean you are wearing a yellow sports jacket and bow tie, and lets not forget with your chest hanging out... your just screaming gay if you ask me.

Paragon: SHUT UP THE BOTH OF YOU! JUST KNOW THIS MY FINAL OVERTURE WILL PUT YOU OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT PEGASUS! AND SOME WHERE DOWN THE ROAD I'LL SEE YOU SHAYNE BEFORE THIS TOURNAMENT IS OVER!

With that Paragon leaves the ring and walks back to the dressing room.

Commissioner Sly Drury: Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to Round Two of this seasons Kronos Showdown... Tonight, we have four great matches in store for you. But, we know everyone is waiting for the Main Event match... Spike vs. Paralyze in an Aethran Pit Fighters Match! Where to win you must cripple your opponent with your finisher... plus it will be in a cage wrapped in barbwire fence!

So with no other words let's get on with the show!




Dreadnaught vs. Avarice
Avarice defeated Dreadnaught with a 7th SIN (+3) at 12:59
Match Notes: Dreadnaught got the offense early in the match, he went through his arsenal of moves and set Avarice up for GUIDED MISSILE. Avarice kicked out at two, Dreadnaught hit him again with GUIDED MISSILE, but the momentum of him hitting the mat cause Avarice to roll outside of the ring. Avarice was able to regain the advantage with a low blow and made a comeback to win the match with 7th Sin.

Winner: Avarice advances to the third round!




Encubus vs. Star Slayer
Encubus defeated Star Slayer with a SECOND COMING (+1) at 8:45
Match Notes: Encubus was able to get the early on advantage and slap the MAFFEI MASTERLOCK on Star Slayer. Star Slayer was able to get to the ropes for the break. Encubus was then able to nail Slayer with two SECOND COMINGs. Slayer was able to kick out of, but it was the third SECOND COMING that gave the victory to Encubus.

Winner: Encubus advances to the third round!




Matador of M83 vs. Anivar
Matador of M83 defeated Anivar with a BULLWHIP (+3) at 13:07
Match Notes: Matador and Anivar put on one hell of a match, either man not wanting to back down from the other. Anivar got the upper hand and for the first five minutes of the match was in contorl. Matador was able to dig down and gain the advantage from his opponent. Matador was able to get the victory when he hit Anivar with BULLWHIP.

Winner: Matador of M83 advances to the third round!




Anarchy vs. Jack of Diamonds
Anarchy defeated Jack of Diamonds with a CRUCIFIX DROP (+3) at 17:03
Match Notes: Anarchy struggled in the match with Jack's quickness and keeping him ground. Jack would hit Anarchy with high flying moves that took him off his game. Anarchy was able to remove the top turnbuckle pad without the ref seeing and hit Jack with Snake Eyes, then followed it up with his finisher CRUCIFIX DROP for the win.

Winner: Anarchy advances to the third round!



Aethran Pit Fighters Match


Spike vs. Paralyze
Paralyze defeated Spike with THE PARALYZER (+4) at 14:54
Match Notes: We knew going in, that this was going to be a blood bath and it lived up to a match that only two Aethrans would compete in. Both men used the barbwire wrapped around the cage to inflict damage on the other. Spike speared Paralyze into the barbwire spikes of the cage, which cut into his flesh. But, Paralyze wouldn't be out done as he power bomb Spike into the side of the cage repeatedly.

Spike hit the MEGADESTROYER on Paralyze, but Paralyze would not stay down. Paralyze came back and stunned Spike with Brutal Infliction and High Tension. Which opened up Spike to receive not one but twoTHE PARALYZERs. Spike wasn't able to move any part of his body and force the ref to give the victory to Paralyze.

The Crowd laid stunned as Spike was taking back to the dressing room to get medical attention.

Winner: Paralyze advances to the third round!

Commissioner Sly Drury: It's time to bring the losers out for their judgement by the GWF Universe! Bring them out now... Due to Spike's injury he will no longer be able to compete in this season and maybe for the rest of his career. But remember, to vote now GWF Universe on which one you think should be advancing to the next round!

Very cool that Avarice and Encubus make the next round... In fact, was kinda surprised how little fight Slayer seemed to show in his match against the Son of the Gamemaster...

Paralyze displayed some utter Aethran ferocity that should make Overmaster proud...

Would have liked to see Anivar win the fan ballot, but not surprised that Dreadnaught received the nod...

Thank you, my friend... I truly appericate your kind words and friendship! I just hope the final match lived up to the hype that I built with that match. As the show continues and the numbers of wrestlers decrease I can focus easier on story of matches.

Commissioner Sly Drury: Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to Round Two of this seasons Kronos Showdown... First of all, I want to give an update on Spike... As you know, SPike was injuried in last weeks Aethran Pit Fighter Match against Paralyze. Spike was flown out immediately to a medical center and they performed emergency surgery on his neck. He will have a long recovery... but Spike will be able to walk again I am told. Now tonight, we have four great matches in store for you. But, we know everyone is waiting for the Main Event match... Paragon vs. Pegasus in a Submission Match!

So with no other words let's get on with the show!




Bex vs. Bloodline
Bex defeated Bloodline with a GROUND ZERO (0) at 18:32
Match Notes: Bloodline gave everything the had against Bex, he hit Bex with the COSMIC BIG BANG and CETUS MASTERLOCK, but the finishers were just not enough to get the job done. Bex regrouped and started working on Bloodline's legs to ground him. Bex took his time and eventually Bloodline had not choice but to tap out to GROUND ZERO.

Winner: Bex advances to the third round.




The Amazing Mann vs. Sur
The Amazing Mann defeated Sur with an UNBREAKABLE (+4) at 21:39
Match Notes: The Amazing Mann had a counter or reversal for everything that Sur had to dish out. Sur was able to hit nail Mann with GIFT OF THE GODS, but it didn't have all the impact that Sur wanted and Mann was able to kick out. Mann had trouble getting Sur into the UNBREAKABLE several times, but once he was able to apply it Sur had not choice but to give up.

Winner: The Amazing Mann advances to the third round.




Harbinger BD vs. Witness
Harbinger defeated Witness with a PORTENT OF DOOM (+3) at 1:09
Match Notes: Witness starts the match with an arm bar, which Harbinger reverses and sends his opponent into the turnbuckle. Harbinger delivers a running neckbreaker, then hits Witness with PORTENT OF DOOM for the win. Harbinger shocked everyone with the quick win over Witness.

Winner: Harbinger BD advances to the third round.




Paganax vs. Godsend
Paganax defeated Godsend with a PAGAN VOID (+4) at 4:04
Match Notes: Godsend tried to use some mind games against Paganax, but they just didn't seem to phase the big guy. Paganax makes quick work of Godsend using his power to overcome his opponent. Paganax wins with a devastating PAGAN VOID to Godsend.

Winner: Paganax advances to the third round!




Submission Match
Paragon vs. Pegasus
Paragon defeated Pegasus with a FINAL OVERTURE (+5) at 16:21
Match Notes: Neither man was able to apply their finishers early on in the match. Pegasus had the momentum early on in the contest, but Paragon wouldn't stay down and kicked out of everything Pegasus threw at him. Paragon did regain the advantage in the match and started gaining a lead over Pegasus. Paragon was finally able to slap on his finisher FINAL OVERTURE, which Pegasus finally gave up after being in the hold for four minutes.

Winner: Paragon advances to the third round!

Commissioner Sly Drury: It's time to bring the losers out for their judgement by the GWF Universe! Bring them out now... Due to Spike's injury he will no longer be able to compete in this season and maybe for the rest of his career. Commissioner Sly Drury: The GWF Universe has spoken...Pegasus, Once again you will advance due to the help of the GWF Universe... with Bex, The Amazing Mann, Harbinger HD, Paganax and Paragon!

Paragon storms out of the back area and attacks Pegasus. He brutal delivers a Paragon Power Bomb to Pegasus on the hard concrete floors! Security stops Paragon from attacking Pegasus so medical staff could get in to look after him. But, Paragon could be heard yelling at Pegasus, "I don't care if the GWF Universe likes you are not... there is no one who can save you now!"

[Pariah]

Very cool that The Amazing Mann was able to eliminate Sur... Only wish that Bloodline had done the same to Bex... That submission contest between Paragon and Pegasus looked brutal... And it looks like their rivalry has escalated a few notches with that post-show assault by Paragon...

There simply aren't that many wrestlers that can compete with the likes of Harbinger when he's in full Black Death mode... An encounter between him and Shayne could be very interesting...

Truly exciting, as always!
