I watched the main event on Youtube earlier today. It was a pretty good match and I'm glad Daniels won but is Adam Cole's offense always so repetitive? Also, the super kick on the outside looked like crap and it didn't help that they replayed it a couple times.

After a horrible Lyft ride (the woman told me I was her first ever customer and then proceeded to get lost multiple times,) I show up tonight with my ticket to tonight's ROH TV tapings at Sams Town thinking I am just going to show my ticket and walk in and sit with Aceldamas in the front row but security looked at my ticket and called me to the box office where me and 2 other guys all had the same ticket to the same seat because Ticketmaster oversold the seat. The staff looks into the ticket history and correctly tells me the seat belongs to me and not the other two guys. I said I want the seat because it was my chance to sit next to my friend aceldamas who only comes to Las Vegas once a year. But then one of the other guys implored me to give up my seat because it was next to his wife. He threw a couple of $20s into my hand and I was just trying to tell him OK because I didn't want to break up him and his wife. I offered to give his money back and he said "no, that is just awesome you even asked" so I kept his cash. But I think I did the right thing by not forcing him to sit away from his wife. Sam's Town staff then went up to me and said "Sir, do you drink beer?" Believe it or not, but occasionally I do actually like to drink a beer so I said yes. The venue then brought me a free bucket of ice cold Coronas-most of which I gave away including a can to Aceldamas. It was sort of a shock to walk in thinking you are going to sit front row but to instead sit in the second row from the back in the bleachers. But the bleachers were elevated so I could see fine, I sat next to perhaps my best friend Alex who says he can drive me to PWG next weekend, I got extra $20s in my wallet, a free bucket of beer delivered to me, and papers of free comps from Sam's Town (I haven't looked at these papers yet but I am hoping one of these free comps is for a free future room- perhaps I should have insisted on it?) The show itself was good, I just don't want to give away too much about the next TV episodes. Afterward, I hung out with Aceldamas and his friend for awhile in the food court and then went to TGIF to say good night to a close friend of mine where I also briefly got to talk to Delirious. The past 2 nights at Sam's Town have been awesome, looking forward to going back tomorrow for the FSW super show! |
