winning tonight's game against a good Calgary Flames team by scoring 3 goals just 53 seconds apart all with less than 2 minutes to play!
good way to start off a 6 game road trip

GOLDEN KNIGHTS SET WINS BY AN EXPANSION TEAM WITH 34
I have to say I was conflicted when it came to this game. The Jets are MY team so I really wanted them to win, yet I am truly enjoying the story that Vegas is telling this year. At least my Jets got a point in this one which will go a long way. Sadly they are now the answer to the trivia question "Who did Vegas beat to break the wins record by an NHL team in the inaugural season?"

an impressive road win by the Golden Knights today as Winnipeg is extremely tough at home (this was just Winnipeg's 3rd home loss all year)

Golden Knights 5, Sharks 3!
tonight in San Jose, Sharks went up 3-2 with 12 minutes left but the Golden Knights scored 3 unanswered goals to win and end this 6 game road trip with a 4-2 record.
not bad, Golden Knights now have 76 points

I just got a ticket to day to see the Golden Knights play Colorado, it is another Tower Deck ticket which means free food and free beer for the entire game.

Beer. And a local casino is offering a lot of it.
Hooters Hotel is offering Golden Knights fans a free bucket of beer two hours before and two hours after every home game for the rest of the season. Guests can choose from five brews to fill their bucket, including Budweiser, Bud Light and Michelob Ultra.
Fans have to show a same-day game ticket to redeem the offer. The offer limits one bucket per ticket.

Pretty cool that the Vegas Golden Knights tweeted "You can say she's a... golden knight" to Team USA's Hilary Knight on winning gold over Canada. Not a side note, the US women did great in Ice Hockey this Olympics...
