Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) MLW Memorial Cup Night 4 May 28, Year 1 (Second Half of show, First Half of show is posted above)
Match #6: Big Van Vader defeated Great Muta in a Special Attraction match
- a really good match, Vader wins via POWER BOMB
- as a result, Vader went 4-0 in Special Attraction matches during the MLW Memorial Cup and, as earlier stipulated by DiBiase, has earned a Special Attraction match next month at Extreme Rules.
Match #7: United States Champion Bobo Brazil defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan
- Brazil won via a big hammer punch to retain the United States Championship
Match #8: Dusty Rhodes defeated Ric Flair by DQ in a Special Attraction match
- this match ended in DQ when the action spilled out of the ring where Flair, who was clearly in trouble at this point in the match, resorted to using some wires to choke Rhodes and get DQd.
- afterward, Rhodes said since DiBiase granted him a Special Attraction bullrope match at Extreme Rules next month he is going to request Flair be his opponent so he can return the favor of being choked tonight
Match #9: VWF Champion and VWF Chairman of the Board "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (accompanied by King Kong Bundy) defeated Buddy Rogers (accompanied by Lou Thesz)
- DiBiase won by his COBRA CLUTCH which he applied from behind on Rogers as Rogers was distracted by Bundy,
- as a result, DiBiase retained the VWF Championship
- afterward, DiBiase announced it is now time for someone else other than Thesz or Rogers to challenge for the VWF Championship at Extreme Rules where instead DiBiase say his enemies Thesz and Rogers will instead be the first two names and opponents announced for the Bunkhouse Stampede match!
Match #10: Road Warriors defeated Rock N Roll Express in the MLW Memorial Cup Finals
- a good match, the Rock N Roll Express put up a good effort but the Road Warriors won when Road Warrior Animal pinned Ricky Morton via gut wrench suplex
- as a result, the Road Warriors win the first-ever MLW Memorial Cup and now get to pick any match they want
- afterward, the Road Warriors say the match they are going to choose is to challenge Randy Savage and Diamond Dallas Page for the VWF Tag Team Championship next month at Extreme Rules!
End of MLW Memorial Cup.

Great event topped off with two of my favorite teams in the main event!
How could I lose?
Anyway, congrats to the Roadies for the big win!
Not going to be shocked to see them upend the champs and win the gold eventually.

My pick of the Rock n' Roll Express almost pulled it off but as we all know the Road Warriors are the team to beat in all feds. Congrats to Hawk & Animal on winning the MLW Memorial Cup and I have a feeling that the shaky alliance between Randy Savage & DDP could mean new tag champs at Extreme Rules. From the use of guest stars, including a killer 4-0 run by Vader, to all of the great teams assembled for the tournament the VWF proved why it is one of the best feds around. Absolutely stellar series of cards, Vegas.

Awesome job Road Warriors! How fitting defeating the legendary Rock N Roll Express too! Congratulations! it was an impressive tournament win for the Road Warriors especially since in the Semi-Finals they had to defeat the MVC (who won their previous matchup to deny the Road Warriors a first round bye) and then defeat the Rock N Roll Express (who look like they are going to be major players in my fed) in the finals. Justin Case, thank you to you and everyone who took time to read these results here in my fed thread!

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #23 May 28, Year 1
Match #1: Shawn Daivari (accompanied by Iron Sheik) defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan by DQ
- Duggan was seeking to get revenge against Daivari for spraying a substance in his eyes that caused him to tap out in his first round match against Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff of the MLW Memorial Cup
- Daivari won by DQ after the Iron Sheik grabbed Duggan's 2X4 and Duggan grabbed it back and in the process smashed both Daivari and the Iron Sheik on the head with it
- afterward, Duggan chalenged Iron Sheik to a 2X4 match at Extreme Rules
DiBiase's Office: VWF Chairman of the Board and VWF Champion The Milion Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase with his henchman King Kong Bundy and the Miracle Violence Connection
- DiBiase ays he he is determining some of the 8 participants in the Bunkhouse Stampede match at Extreme Rules through traditional means such as tonight's battle royal and he is determining some of them by executive decision- such as his enemies Lou Thesz and Buddy Rogers. DiBiase says he is also putting the MVC (who he hired to be on his team in the War Games match at the Great American Bash in July against the team led by Thesz and Rogers) in the Bunkhouse Stampede where he says he wants Steve Williams and Terry Gordy to ensure Thesz and Rogers cannot even compete in War Games at the Great American Bash.
Match #2: Rock N Roll Express defeated The Carnival
- one day after advancing to the finals of the MLW Memorial Cup, the Rock N Roll Express won when Ricky Morton pinned Blue Meanie after DOUBLE DROPKICK.
- afterward, the Rock N Roll Express got attacked by the Midnight Express who were angry at getting eliminated by the Rock N Roll Express in the Quarter-Finals of the MLW Memorial Cup. Jim Cornette then announced the Midnight Express are challenging the Rock N Roll Express to a tornado match at Extreme Rules!
Backstage: Rock Riddle tells Pampero Firpo he has him booked in both tonight's battle royal Bunkhouse Stampede qualifying match and in next week's 4 way elimination United States Championship #1 contender's match!
Match #3: "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson won a Bunkhouse Stampede qualifying battle royal
order of elimination:
Redd Dogg Brutus Beefcake "The Rocker" Marty Jannetty Lenny Lane Bruiser Costa Frank Dalton Nikolai Volkoff Gorgeous George "Cowboy" Scott Casey Scott Taylor Pampero Firpo Harley Race Greg Valentine Curt Hennig The Destroyer Winner: "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson
DiBiase's Office: DiBiase welcomes Larry "The Axe" Hennig, whom he temporarily loaned to Bobby Heenan to team with Race in the MLW Memorial Cup, back to the Cabinet and says he has an immediate assignment for him and then whispers something to him
Match #4: Bruiser Brody defeated Jimmy Snuka in a VWF Championship #1 contender's match
- in this matchup of tag team partners set up by DiBiase to cause disunity between them, Brody outlasted Snuka and won via his JUMPING KNEE DROP
- as a result, Brody gets to challenge DiBiase for the VWF Championship at Extreme Rules!
- afterward, as Sunka left the ring after shaking Brody's hand, Brody got attacked from behind by Larry Hennig as DiBiase and told Brody at Extreme Rules he would be taking on both DiBiase and Hennig in a handicap match and then announced Snuka would be the opponent against Big Van Vader in the last man standing match!
- as DiBiase laughs diabolically, a promo for Extreme Rules plays and tonight's show comes to an end.
