Blackjack for the win! King Kong Bundy is safe for the moment!
Snuka?!?!? That match had a lot of talent and Snuka comes out smelling like a rose... Not sure he has what it takes to become champ though.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) EAWA #18 August 1st, Year 2
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Brass Knuckles Champion Sandman defeated Blue Meanie (accompanied by Stevie Richards and Super Nova) in a non-title match.
- Sandman fought off interference attempts from the other two BWO members to win this match by pinfall after Blue Meanie missed a turnbuckle charge.
Backstage: The Pitbulls and the Texas Hangmen almost run into each other backstage and an argument ensues. EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo arrives on the scene and says this altercation will be settled next week in the ring.
Match #2: The Crusher and Jackie Fargo defeated the Midnight Bees
- This match ended when Fargo pinned Jim Brunzell via a spear while rebounding off the ropes.
Match #3: Summerslam Scramble Qualifying Scramble
- this match was to determine the final EAWA spot in the Summerslam Scramble
Order of Entry 1. Jerry Lynn 2. Konnan 3. Al Snow 4. Juventud Guerrera 5. Rob Van Dam 6. Justin Credible 7. Shane Douglas (accompanied by Francine) 8. Vampiro 9. Mikey Whipwreck
Order of Elimination 1. Konnan pinned Jerry Lynn via NIAGARA DRIVEr 2. RVD eliminated Konnan via VAN TERMINATOR 3. Juventud Guerrera pinned Al Snow via 450 SPLASH 4. RVD pinned Vampiro via FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH 5. RVD pinned Mikey Whipwreck via a deathjump. This was RVD's 3rd elimination in the match. 6. Shane Douglas pinned Justin Credible via BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. 7. RVD pinned Juventud Guerrera via FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH. This was RVD's 4th elimination of the match. 8. Shane Douglas hit RVD with a low blow and pinned him via a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX.
- As a result, despite RVD making the most eliminations with 4, Douglas gets the 3rd and final EAWA spot in the Summerslam Scramble.
Winner: Shane Douglas
- As a result, Hennig joins Ox Baker and Jerry Lynn as the 3 EAWA representatives in the Summerslam Scramble.
Backstage: "Precious" Paul Ellering is seen whispering into the ear of his protege EAWA Champion Big Van Vader.
Match #4: Steve "Dr. Death" Williams vs Tery Gordy in an EAWA Championship #1 Contender's match ended in a no contest
- This grudge match between Williams and Gordy was to determine who would challenge Vader for the EAWA Championship at Summerslam.
- Shortly after this match began, Vader (accompanied by his manager Ellering) stormed into the ring and took out both Williams and Gordy.
- Ellering then got on the microphone and bragged it looks like this #1 contender's match will instead have to happen next week and that in the meantime both Williams and Gordy can think about what awaits for one of them at Summerslam.
- Poffo then appeared and told Ellering he and Vader do not run the show and, since they ruined this match to determine Vader's challenger at Summerslam, Vader now has 2 challengers at Summerslam as Vader will defend the EAWA Championship against both Williams and Gordy in a triple threat match at Summerslam!

{Promoter's Note: I messed up that Scramble match and forgot it was supposed to be Jerry Lynn instead of Curt Hennig- who had already qualified- in the match and I did not realize this until I already played out and posted results. I was in the worst car crash in my life today- I saw my life pass before my eyes and I might have to get a new truck- and I am still really shook up about it and apparently making mistakes. I will replay that match and edit the results.}

Zeke take care of yourself before you worry about VWF. It will still be here, you are more important.

After the impact, I got spun around and almost crashed headfirst into a structure partly made out of brick. Thankfully I have good insurance who said they can either fix my truck (it in really bad shape on both sides) or get me a new one. In the meantime, I have renter's insurance and I am supposed to pick up another temporary truck tomorrow.

Zeke take care of yourself before you worry about VWF. It will still be here, you are more important. I know, I just wanted a diversion and I thought playing my fed would do that. Thankfully the other driver (his car has to be totaled) is OK too. It has definitely been a tramatic day. My friend Alex picked me up from the accident and drove me home after the police and tow truck drivers left.
