Halloween Havoc presented by VWF's Smackdown brand October 27, Year 2 T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas, NV (Final Third of show, First Third and Second Third are both posted above)
Match #8: Bruiser Brody and Stan Hansen defeated the Sheepherders in a tornado match
- Brody and Hansen dominated in winning this grudge match. The match ended when Hansen pinned Butch Miller via a Borger body slam.
Match #9: Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rogers (managed by JJ Dillon) defeated Fit Finlay (accompanied by David Taylor)
- Finlay took it to Rogers in this match and came very close to becoming the new Intercontinental Champion. But, thanks to a distraction from Dillon, Rogers won this match via an atomic drop to retain the Intercontinental Championship.
Match #10: World Champion Harley Race defeated Tully Blanchard (managed by JJ Dillon) in a steel cage match
- This was a very violent match which had its setting going back to the end of Vegasmania 2 when Blanchard offered Race (an original Four Horsemen) his spot in the Horsemen back but Race responded by giving Blanchard a PILEDRIVER on top of the World Championship he had just won from Brody. Blanchard did the majority of the damage in this match but a heavily bleeding Race won via an Indian Deathlock to retain the World Championship.

Match #2: The British Bulldogs (managed by Captain Lou Albano) defeated Frank Dalton and Bruiser Costa
- As the British Bulldogs approached the ring with their manager Albano, Striker and Zbyszko discuss how the British Bulldogs were smart to select Albano as a manager as Albano- back when he was known as Captain Kangaroo in the MLW days- guided the Fabulous Kangaroos to both the MLW Tag Team Championship and the World Tag Team Championship and thus has proven success as a manager of tag teams.
- The British Bulldogs, who made their VWF debut as a tag team at War Games in a victory over the Bolsheviks last weekend, made short work of Dalton and Costa and won when Dynamite Kid pinned Costa via a deathjump.

- For this match, Heenan joined Striker and Zbyszko on commentary where he said Orton Jr.- who made his VWF debut at War Games where he joined the Heenan Family as their 5th member in the War Games match- will be Heenan's personal bodyguard.
- After Thesz pinned Mulligan to end the War Games match this past weekend, Heenan said he requested this matchup to prove Thesz's victory for his team was a fluke and this will also be proven at Survivor Series where Heenan says he has challenged Thesz to put together another team of wrestlers to take on his 5 member Heenan Family in an elimination match!
- Mulligan put up a good fight but Thesz proved his pinfall victory over Mulligan in the War Games chamber was no fluke as he again defeated Mulligan via his GRECO-ROMAN BACKDROP.

Very cool that the Bulldogs have gotten off to a great start... Would love to see them plow their way to the top of the rankings for a shot at some gold...
And speaking of gold, looking forward to the Briscos getting a title shot on the next installment of RAW.
The VWF is always brilliantly entertaining, my friend... Very nice work!

Halloween Havoc was another stellar event and I especially liked seeing The Fantastics and the Rock n' Roll Express retain their respective tag team titles. I imagine Stan Hansen & Bruiser Brody are looming large over both championship teams. Great main event with Harley Race using the Indian Deathlock to beat Tully Blanchard.
Don Muraco is coming to Raw, yes! I am also looking forward to Jack & Jerry Brisco getting a shot at the world tag titles. As for the next EAWA show, Williams vs. Vader promises to be epic. I can't wait.
