This week's episode of RAW features some title shots and non-title match opportunities earned as a result of Survivor Series!
Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #98 November 30th, Year 2
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Vixens Champion Trish Stratus defeated Toni Rose
- Rose earned this title shot as a result of being a Survivor at Survivor Series.
- Rose gave Stratus some trouble but Stratus managed to win via STRATUSFACTION.
- As a result, Stratus retained the Vixens Championship.
Backstage: Watching the end of the Stratus/Rose match on a monitor, Judy Martin (who also was a Survivor at the Survivor Series) says next week on RAW it is her turn to challenge Stratus for the Vixens Championship.
Match #2: United States Champion Johnny Saint defeated Greg Valentine in a non-title match
- Valentine was a Survivor at the Survivor Series but, since Saint was also a Survivor at Survivor Series, first had to defeat Saint in a non-title match in order to get a title match.
- Valentine was in control until he threw Saint into the turnbuckle which led to a reversal by Saint who a couple of moves later got the victory via his THREE IN ONE to deny Valentine an upcoming United States Championship match.
RAW #100- in 2 weeks on December 14th!
Match #3: VWF Tag Team Champions Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated Stars and Stripes
- Stars and Stripes earned this title shot as a result of being Survivors at the Survivor Series.
First Fall: Stevens pinned Marcus Alexander Bagwell via BOMBS WAY. Bockwinkel/Stevens up 1-0.
Second Fall: Bockwinkel pinned Bagwell via a knee smash to back. Bockwinkel/Stevens win 2-0.
- As a result, Bockwinkel and Stevens retain the VWF Tag Team Championship but, as Striker and Zbyszko point out, Bockwinkel and Stevens still have their work cut out for them as the Road Warriors, British Bulldogs, and Briscos also all were Survivors at Survivor Series which means all those teams also have upcoming VWF Tag Team Championship matches.

Match #4: VWF Champion Barry Windham defeated Jimmy Snuka in a non-title match
- Snuka was a Survivor at the Survivor Series but, since Windham was also a Survivor at Survivor Series, first had to defeat Windham in a non-title match in order to get a title match.
- Windham won via BLACKJACK CLAW and thus denied Snuka an upcoming VWF Championship match.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) Preview of EAWA #34 December 1st, Year 2
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Sandman defeated Justin Credible
- Sandman won this opening match via his SINGAPORE CANE.
December to Dismember is Saturday December 26th!
Match #2: EAWA Tag Team Champions The Crusher and Jackie Fargo defeated the Midnight Bees in a non-title match
- the Midnight Bees were Survivors at the Survivor Series but, since The Crusher and Fargo were also Survivors at Survivor Series, first had to defeat The Crusher and Fargo in a non-title match in order to get a title match.
- The champions won this match when The Crusher submitted "The Rocker" Marty Jannetty via his CRUSHER BOLO.
- As a result, the Midnight Bees will not get an EAWA Tag Team Championship match in the near future.
Backstage: EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo tells the Heroes of Hardcore, who were also Survivors at Survivor Series, they will get their turn against Crusher and Fargo next week on EAWA!
Match #3: Brass Knuckles Champion Shane Douglas (accompanied by Francine) defeated Jerry Lynn
- Lynn, a former Brass Knuckles Champion, earned this title shot by being a Survivor at Survivor Series.
- Lynn controlled most of the match but Douglas won via his BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX to retain the Brass Knuckles Championship.
Backstage: Al Snow challenges EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo (who eliminated Snow in the Preshow battle royal at Survivor Series after Poffo got into a brawl with Snow and Vampiro) to a match next week on EAWA!
Match #4: EAWA Champion Big Van Vader (managed by "Precious" Paul Ellering) defeated Adrian Adonis (managed by Jimmy Hart) in a non-title match
- Adonis was a Survivor at the Survivor Series but, since Vader was also a Survivor at Survivor Series, first had to defeat Vader in a non-title match in order to get a title match.
- Adonis had his moments but Vader won via a VADER BOMB and thus denied Adonis an imminent EAWA Championship match.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) Smackdown #65 December 3, Year 2
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Jim Londos defeated "Mr. Electricity" Steve Regal by DQ
- Before this match started, Londos said he once during the MLW days had a good reign as the Intercontinental Champion and the Intercontinental Championship is a title he would like to challenge for again in the near future.
- This match ended in a DQ when Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rogers appeared and got involved by attacking Londos by placing him in his FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE.
- Afterward, Rogers warned Londos to be careful what he (Londos) wishes for in regards to his (Rogers) property.
Armageddon is Sunday December 27th!
Match #2: Mildred Burke defeated Leilani Kai
- Kai put up a fight but Burke won via her ALLIGATOR CLUTCH.
- Afterward, Smackdown Teddy Long appeared and said since no women earned a Ladies Championship match at Survivor Series where Ladies Champion Sherri Martel was the only Survivor in the Smackdown women's elimination match, next week on Smackdown there will be an 8 women's elimination match with the winner challenging Martel for the Ladies Championship at Armageddon!
Backstage: JJ Dillon is asked if the Barbarian- who teamed with the Horsemen at Survior Series- will become a permanent member of the Horsemen. Dillon says no that was just a temporary arrangement but the Horsemen however will soon announce a 4th member and thus return to full strength!
Match #3: James Gang defeated United States Tag Team Champions Fantastics in a non-title match
- The James Gang were Surviors at Survior Series to earn a title shot but, since the Fantastics were also Survivors at Survivor Series, first had to defeat the Fantastics in a non-title match to get that title shot.
- The James Gang got the impressive victory when Kip James pinned Tommy Rogers via a STANDING LEG DROP.
- As a result, the James Gang have earned a United States Tag Team Championship match!
- Afterward, Long appeared and said the James Gang's newly-won United States Tag Team Championship match against the defending champions Fantatsics will take place at Armageddon!

Match #4: World Champion Harley Race defeated Bob Roop
- Roop earned this title shot by winning the Preshow inter-brand battle royal last weekend at Survivor Series.
- This was a very good and competiive match with a combined total of 8 near pinfall/submission attempts. Race however won via a back suplex to retain the World Championship.

The VWF rolls on after an awesome Survivor Series ppv. I'm looking forward to the women's elimination match to see who will challenge Sherri Martel for the title at Armageddon. That was a nice choice to have the elimination match since Sherri was the sole survivor at Survivor Series. I was hoping to see Adrian Adonis beat Vader but "The Mastadon" is as tough as they come.
I'm really liking the build between Jim Londos and Buddy Rogers. The "Nature Boy" fired the first blow now we will see if Londos can beat him for the IC title. It was also cool to see the James Gang get that non-title win over The Fantastics to set up the U.S. tag title match at the ppv.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #99 December 7th, Year 2
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Don Muraco (managed by Mr. Fuji) defeated Hillbilly Jim
- Muraco controlled the majority of this match and won via HAWAIIAN HAMMER.
- Afterward, "Macho Man" Randy Savage appeared and said he still owes Muraco for interfering in his (Savage's) VWF Championship match at War Games. Savage says RAW General Manger Joe Blanchard has set a match between him and Muraco next week on RAW #100!
Next week, for Episode 100, RAW will be 2 hours instead of its regular 1-hour running time!
Match #2: Vixens Champion Trish Stratus defeated Judy Martin
- Martin earned this title shot as a result of being a Survivor at Survivor Series.
- Stratus managed to win in just 3 moves via STRATUSFACTION.
- As a result, Stratus retained the Vixens Championship.
- Afterward, Fabulous Moolah- who was also a Survivor at Survivor Series- appeared and said she is taking her title shot against Stratus later this month at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs but for now she will leave Stratus with something to think about and then Stratus got attacked from behind by Moolah's allies Beverly Shade and Toni Rose until Jazz and Nora Greenwald ran out to make the save!
Backstage: Blanchard tells Exotic Adrian Street- who was a Survivor at Survivor Series- that he will get a Cruiserweight Championship match against current champion- Street's former tag team partner- Gorgeous George next week on RAW #100!!
Match #3: "Wild" Bill Irwin (accompanied by Scott "Hog" Irwin) defeated Road Warrior Hawk (accompanied by Road Warrior Animal)
- This singles match between two members of enemy tag teams ended when Scott Irwin got away with tripping Hawk who was then hit with a slingshot suplex by Bill Irwin to end the match.
- Afterward, an angry Road Warriors brawled with the Long Riders until Blanchard arrived and said next week on RAW #100 it will be the Road Warriors vs the Long Riders in a tag team match!
Backstage: Lou Thesz- a Survivor at Survivor Series- is told by Blanchard he will get his title shot against VWF Champion Barry Windham at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs! Blanchard also tells Thesz at he and Windham though first will team up in the main event next week on RAW #100 against the VWF Tag Team Champions Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens!
Match #4: Jerry Brisco (accompanied by Jack Brisco) defeated Dynamite Kid (accompanied by Davey Boy Smith and Captain Lou Albano)
- Before this match started, Blanchard appeared and said since both the British Bulldogs and the Briscos were Survivors at Survivor Series they both have earned title shots so the winner of this match will earn for their tag team a title shot first at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs!
- Jerry Brisco won via his FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
- As a result, the Briscos will challenge VWF Tag Team Champions Bockwinkel and Stevens at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs!
- Afterward, Melina appeared and said there is no way her Midnight Express are going to be left off RAW #100 and then Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane suddenly attacked the British Bulldogs from behind to end the show.

100 episodes of RAW! I can't wait for the celebration and the expanded two hour broadcast, especially that Street-George championship match. My television dial is always tuned in for the VWF action.
