Match #1: Valiants defeated Midnight Bees
- A good opening tag match, the Valiants won when Johnny Valiant pinned "Jumping" Jim Brunzell following a DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE performed in tandem with Jimmy Valiant.
- Afterward, The Sicilian appeared and told the Valiants and the Midnight Bees that both of them along with his Vachons and the Texas Hangmen will be in the Vegas Traditional Opening 4 Way elimination match at December to Dismember!
Backstage: EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo tells Sandman that, following the Iron Sheik's backstage attack upon him last week with the Camel Clutch that he is agreeing to Sandman's request to add a violent stipulation to their matchup at December to Dismember. Sandman says he wants the Iron Sheik in a no ropes barbed wire match and Poffo agrees to this idea!
Match #2: Adrian Adonis (managed by Jimmy Hart and also accompanied by Dirty Dick Hutton) defeated EAWA Tag Team Champion Jackie Fargo (accompanied by EAWA Tag Team Champion The Crusher)
- Just days before he and Hutton challenge Fargo and The Crusher for the EAWA Tag Team Championship at December to Dismember, Adonis won this match thanks to Hutton's interference followed up by a gut wrench backbreaker.
Backstage: Poffo sets up a cruiserweight matchup between Jerry Lynn and Juventud Guerrera for December to Dismember!
Match #3: Warlord and the Pittbulls defeated the Gilberts
- This match ended when Pittbull #1 pinned Tommy Gilbert via a deathjump.
- Afterward, Eddie Gilbert and Warlord, who had issues with each other during the match, brawled to the back.
Backstage: Konnan, carrying his EAWA Money in the Bank briefcase, says he will be watching the EAWA Championship panes of glass match between Rob Van Dam and EAWA Champion Big Van Vader very carefully on Sunday at December to Dismember.
Match #4: Rob Van Dam and Curt Hennig defeated EAWA Champion Big Van Vader (managed by "Precious" Paul Ellering) and Brass Knuckles Champion Shane Douglas (accompanied by Francine)
- This tag match was taking place just days before December to Dismember where RVD challenges Vader for EAWA Championship in a panes of glass match and Hennig challenges Douglas for the Brass Knuckles Championship.
- Toward the end of this match, after bickering with Vader, Douglas grabbed Francine and walked off. Left in a 2 on 1 disadvantage, Vader suffered a very rare pinfall loss when RVD pinned him via his FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH.
- Afterward, Hennig said to prevent Douglas from getting ideas about taking similar action in their Brass Knuckles Championship match this weekend, he wants the stipulation for their match to be a lumberjack match! Poffo appeared and said he agrees with Hennig's suggestion!
