Match #1: Austin Idol defeated Sam Houston (accompanied by "Cowboy" Sam Casey)

- This match was the in-ring RAW debut for Idol who made his VWF debut last month in the Royal Rumble match.

- Idol won via his LAS VEGAS LEGLOCK.

Backstage: RAW General Manager Joe Blanchard tells Greg Valentine that he (Valentine) only has until Vegasmania 3 to cash in his RAW Money in the Bank briefcase.

Match #2: Briscos defeated Bolsheviks (accompanied by Alexis Smirnoff)

- Bolsheviks gave the Briscos some problems but the Briscos won when Jack Brisco submitted Boris Zhukov via FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.

- Afterward, the Briscos said they have been informed that the losing tag team of tonight's main event will be their opponents at Elimination Chamber: RAW.

Backstage: Blanchard tells Vixens Champion Fabulous Moolah that at Elimination Chamber: RAW she will be defending the Vixens Championship against Trish Stratus, Jazz, Tina Moretti, Nora Greenwald, and Judy Martin in an Elimination Chamber match!

Match #3: King Kong Bundy (accompanied by manager Bobby Heenan and Bob Orton Jr.) defeated Lou Thesz, Bobo Brazil, Diamond Dallas Page, Gorgeous George, and Hillbilly Jim in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying 6-Way elimination match

- This 6-way elimination match was for the sixth and final spot in the VWF Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: RAW.

- Brazil pinned Thesz quickly via COCO BUTT. Thesz seemed stunned by his early elimination.

- Bundy pinned George via ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE.

- Brazil pinned Hillbilly Jim via COCO BUTT.

- Bundy pinned DDP via a bodyslam.

- Bundy pinned Brazil via ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE.

- As a result, Bundy earns the final spot in the VWF Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: RAW where he will be joined by two other Heenan Family members in Nick Bockwinkel and Blackjack Mulligan.

Backstage: Thesz approaches Brazil and congratulates Brazil on getting the better of him tonight and asks Brazil for a one on one rematch at Elimination Chamber: RAW. Brazil accepts Thesz's challenge!

Match #4: Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane, accompanied by Melina and Mr. Hughes) defeated VWF Tag Team Champions Road Warriors

- Before this match started, Melina said she is furious about not being among the participants in the Vixens Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: RAW but she will just have to settle tonight for some VWF Tag Team Championship gold.

- First Fall: Eaton pinned Road Warrior Animal following VEG-O-MATIC and after Mr. Hughes got away with smashing Animal on the back with a steel chair. Midnight Express are up 1-0.

- Second Fall: Road Warriors won this fall when Road Warrior Animal pinned Eaton via his POWER SLAM. Road Warriors and Midnight Express are tied 1-1.

- Third/Final Fall: A great fall, hard-fought and nearly won multiple times by both tag teams. Midnight Express won when Stan Lane pinned Animal after a drop toehold and elbow and by getting away with grabbing the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3-count.

- As a result, the Midnight Express are the new VWF Tag Team Champions! This is the first tag team championship for the Midnight Express since they started in the VWF.

- As a result, now at Elimination Chamber: RAW, the Midnight Express will defend the VWF Tag Team Championship against the British Bulldogs while the Road Warriors will take on the Briscos.

- Body Donnas won when Chris Candido pinned Psycho via BLONDE BOMB.

Backstage: EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo tells both the Midnight Bees and Adrian Adonis/"Dirty" Dick Hutton that, since they were the last two tag teams to earn EAWA Tag Team Championship matches, they automatically have spots in the EAWA Tag Team Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: EAWA!

Match #2: Pittbulls defeated Vampiro and Al Snow in an EAWA Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying match

- Pittbulls won this match when they gave Al Snow a Doomsday Device to floor followed by SUPER BOMB for Pittbull #2 to get the pinfall.

Backstage: EAWA Champion Ted DiBiase tells "Dr. Death" Steve Williams- who is challenging him for the EAWA Championship at Vegasmania 3- thank you for making the save for him against the Valiants last week on EAWA. DiBiase tells Willaims he has been offered the chance by Poffo to team with Williams in a match against the Valiants at Elimination Chamber: EAWA! Williams agrees to team up with DiBiase and this will be their first time ever teaming together in the VWF!

Match #3: Vachons (managed by The Sicilian) defeated the BWO (Stevie Richards and Super Nova, both accompanied by Blue Meanie) in an EAWA Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying match

- The Vachons won this match quickly when Mad Dog Vachon pinned Super Nova via his PILEDRIVER.

- As a result, the Vachons win the final spot in the EAWA Tag Team Championship elimination chamber match where they will be going for their record 5th EAWA Tag Team Championship.

Backstage: Accompanied by Shawn Daivari, the Iron Sheik complains to VWF Chairman Bob Backlund about how he (Iron Sheik) had his foot under the ropes last week when RVD pinned him to win a spot in the Brass Knuckles Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: EAWA. Iron Sheik then tells Backlund that he (Backlund) knows how to steal a victory from his opponent when their foot is on the ropes based on what he did in the past in New York.

- Backlund gets upset and tells the Iron Shek that if he (Iron Sheik) does not win the final spot tonight in the Brass Knuckles Championship elimination chamber match then he (Backlund) will be the Iron Sheik's opponent at Elimination Chamber: EAWA!

The Elimination Chamber show is setting up nicely. I was very happy to see Stan Hansen make it in, and Austin Idol make a successful Raw debut.

Finally, a big congrats to the Midnight Express, and Melina, on beating the Road Warriors for the VWF tag titles. That sounded like a great match to roll out.

- before this match started, Roop said he is a former United States Champion and will soon now become an Intercontinental Champion as he has been named the challenger for Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rogers at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown!

- Duggan won this match via FLYING SPEAR.

Backstage: Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long says the opponent for Rowdy Roddy Piper's debut VWF match at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown will not be revealed in advance.

Match #2: World Tag Team Champions Rock N' Roll Express defeated Armstrongs in a non-title match

- The stipulation for this match was that the Armstrongs if they won would receive a World Tag Team Championship match.

- The Rock N' Roll Express won this match when Ricky Morton pinned Brad Armstrong via a deathjump.

- Afterward, the United States Tag Team Champions Fantastics appeared and said, since they have been the United States Tag Team Champions for now 8 months and thus easily filled the 6-month reign requirement, they are cashing in the United States Tag Team Championship to challenge the Rock N' Roll Express for the World Tag Team Championship at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown!

Backstage: Rogers tells JJ Dillon that after he defeats Roop at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown he will have fulfilled his mandatory 6-month reign as Intercontinental Champion and then he will do with the Intercontinental Championship what the Fantastics just did with the United States Tag Team Championship and that is cash it in as he seeks a World Championship match at Vegasmania 3.

Match #3: Candi Divine defeated Susan Green, Princess Victoria, and Joyce Grable in a Ladies Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying elimination match

- Divine pinned Grable via CROSS BODY BLOCK.

- Green pinned Princess Victoria via TEXAS BULLDOG.

- Divine pinned Green via CROSS BODY BLOCK.
