- Disco Inferno won via a low blow followed by LAST DANCE.

- As a result, Disco Inferno gets to challenge Cruiserweight Champion Hardcore Hodge this weekend at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown.

- Afterward, Disco Inferno said Hardcore Hodge at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown will find out it is time for Hardcore Disco!

Backstage: Magnum TA, who was eliminated by George Hackenschmidt during last week's Elimination Chamber Qualifying match won by Frank Gotch for the the 6th and final spot in the World Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown, says he requested a singles match against Hackenschmidt at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown and his request was granted!

Match #2: Boogie Woogie Man and Brian Christopher defeated the Sheepherders by DQ

- As this match was starting, Striker and Zbyzko on commentary remarked that both of these tag teams are joining the previously-announced James Gang and other tag teams to be announced in the tag team gauntlet match for the United States Tag Team Championship at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown as the Fantastics will be vacating the United States Tag Team Championship earlier that night to challenge the Rock N' Roll Express for the World Tag Team Championship.

- The Sheepherders got DQd when Butch Miller and Luke Williams both attacked Boogie Woogie man with steel chairs,

Backstage: Killer Kowalski is with the wrestlers he managers: The Butcher and the Bear (Abdullah the Butcher and Ivan Koloff) and Gorilla Monsoon when they are approached by Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long.

- Long says that, as a result of what happened last week on Smackdown, Koloff will take on Jim Londos at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown! Long also says he is putting Monsoon in a match against Hacksaw Jim Duggan at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown!

Match #3: Ladies Champion Sherri Martel, Leilani Kia, and Candi Divine defeated Mildred Burke, Ida Mae Martinez, and Rockin Robin in a 6 women tag team match

- This match involved the 6 women participants in the Ladies Championship elimination chamber match at this weekend's Elimination Chamber: Smackdown PPV.

- This match ended when Martel pinned Martinez via TOP ROPE SPLASH. Striker and Zbyszko however wonder aloud whether Martel can also be victorious against 5 other women inside the elimination chamber this weekend to retain the Ladies Championship.

- This match involved the 6 participants in the World Championship elimination chamber match at this weekend's Elimination Chamber: Smackdown PPV.

- Despite having to team with his enemy Blanchard (who he eliminated in the Royal Rumble,) Gotch's natural competitiveness led him to compete despite his unfavorable pairing with Four Horsemen members Blanchard and Valentine. Gotch got the victory for his team when he made Hansen submit to his GOTCH TOEHOLD.

- Afterward, Gotch got attacked by both Blanchard and Valentine who told Gotch they would see him in the elimination chamber this weekend.

- Von Raschke eliminated Hillbilly Jim via BRAIN CLAW.

- Stevens eliminated Von Raschke via BOMBS AWAY.

- Stevens eliminated Beefcake via BOMBS AWAY.

Match #2: Diamond Dallas Page defeated Austin Idol

- DDP won via a deathjump.

Match #3: Ladies Championship elimination chamber match: Ladies Champion Fabulous Moolah vs Trish Stratus vs Jazz vs Tina Moretti vs Nora Greenwald vs Judy Martin

- During the ring entrances, as Judy Martin was announced and heading toward the ring, Melina ran out and attacked her and then ran into the elimination chamber and locked herself into a pod to take Martin's place!

- Stratus eliminated Greenwald via Stratusphere.

Match #4: Gorgeous George defeated Exotic Adrian Street in a street fight

- George defeated his former tag team partner and now current enemy Street via his SPINNING TOEHOLD.

Match #5: Don Muraco (managed by Mr. Fuji) defeated Johnny Saint

- A really good match. Muraco won via his HAWAIIAN HAMMER.

- As a result, Muraco wins the United States Championship which is his first-ever title in either MLW or VWF and thus ends the 4-month reign of Saint.

Match #6: Road Warriors defeated the Briscos

- Road Warriors won when Road Warrior Animal pinned Jack Brisco after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.

Match #7: Lou Thesz defeated Bobo Brazil

- A really good match. Thesz won via his THESZ PRESS.

Match #8: British Bulldogs (managed by Captain Lou Albano) defeated VWF Tag Team Champions Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane, managed by Bobby Heenan and also accompanied by Mr. Hughes)

- This was a great and very intense match for the VWF Tag Team Championship.

- First Fall: The British Bulldogs took the first fall when Davey Boy Smith pinned Eaton after the TOWER OF LONDON. British Bulldogs up 1-0.

- Second Fall: The Midnight Express tied it up when Eaton took out Smith following the VEG-O-MATIC. British Bulldogs and Midnight Express are tied 1-1.

- Third/Final Fall: This was an extremely exciting fall with multiple close/2-count pinfalls on both sides until the Bulldogs won when Dynamite Kid pinned Lane via DIVING HEAD BUTT. British Bulldogs win 2-1.

- As a result, the British Bulldogs are the new VWF Tag Team Champions!

Match #9: VWF Championship elimination chamber match: VWF Champion Barry Windham vs "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs Jimmy Snuka vs Nick Bockwinkel vs Blackjack Mulligan vs King Kong Bundy (Bockwinkel, Mulligan, and Bundy all managed by Bobby Heenan and also accompanied by Cowboy Bob Orton Jr.)

- First entrant: Jimmy Snuka

- Second entrant: Blackjack Mulligan

- Mulligan eliminated Snuka via BLACKJACK CLAW.

- Third entrant: Barry Windham. Windham thus proceeded to fight his father Mulligan!

- Fourth entrant: Randy Savage

- Fifth entrant: King Kong Bundy

- Savage eliminated Mulligan via FLYING ELBOW SMASH.

- Windham eliminated Bundy via a suplex.

- Sixth/final entrant: Nick Bockwinkel

- Windham eliminated Savage via SWEETWATER SUPLEX.

- Windham eliminated Bockwinkel via SWEETWATER SUPLEX.

Winner: Barry Windham

- As a result, Windham retains the VWF Championship.

- Then, Greg Valentine appears carrying his RAW Money in the Bank briefcase which he cashes in against a tired Windham!

Match #10: VWF Champion Barry Windham defeated Greg Valentine

- Despite the fatigue he built up from just winning an elimination chamber match, Windham won this impromptu match via his SWEETWATER SUPLEX.

- As a result, Windham retains the VWF Championship for the second time tonight.
