Some excellent action. Enjoyed the Backlund - Angle set booking. Windham looked like a monster and the Bulldogs victory looked like an amazing match.

The first episode of RAW since Elimination Chamber: RAW!
Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #109 February 23, Year 3
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
In the Ring: RAW General Manager Joe Blanchard
- Blamchard says it is now time to introduce the new United States Champion Don Muraco.
- Muraco, who won the United States Championship from Johnny Saint at Elimination Chamber: RAW, appears with his manager Mr. Fuji. Muraco brags about being the United States Champion and is then told by Poffo that his first title defense is actually next week on RAW against Ray Stevens who won the Vegas Traditional Opening 4-Way elimination match at Elimination Chamber: RAW.
Match #1: Val Venis defeated Diamond Dallas Page
- Before this match started, DDP said he has been informed that this match will be a qualifying match for the VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase match at Vegasmania 3 for which he will be the first to qualify!
- Despite DDP's stated overconfidence, Venis actually won this match as he used his MONEY SHOT to qualify for Money in the Bank.
Backstage: Bobby Eaton blames Melina for the Midnight Express losing the VWF Tag Team Championship to the British Bulldogs this past weekend at Elimination Chamber: RAW as he says Melina was too focused on sneaking into the Vixens Championship elimination chamber match- which ended unsuccessfully for her- instead of getting them ready for their title defense later on the show. Stan Lane however appears able to calm Eaton down before they head out to the ring for their match.
Match #2: Road Warriors defeated Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane, managed by Melina and also accompanied by Mr. Hughes)
- Eaton started this match off and got in some offense before tagging in Lane. Eaton stood on the apron for awhile before suddenly walking off and taking Mr. Hughes with him and thus leaving Lane alone in the ring with just Melina at ringside! Lane made a valiant effort but was overpowered by both Road Warriors who won when Road Warrior Hawk pinned Lane after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.
- Afterward, the Road Warriors- who defeated the Briscos at Elimination Chamber: RAW and now the Midnight Express tonight- say they want the VWF Tag Team Champions British Bulldogs at Vegasmania 3!
Backstage: Lou Thesz- who defeated Bobo Brazil at Elimination Chamber: RAW- requests to be the opponent for the Special Attraction match against Great Gama at Vegasmania 3. Blanchard says that Thesz's request is granted!
Match #3: Nick Bockwinkel (managed by Bobby Heenan and also accompanied by Cowboy Bob Orotn Jr.) defeated Jimmy Snuka.
- The stipulation for this match was that if Bockwinkel won he would be added to the VWF Championship match against Barry Windham at Vegasmania 3.
- This was a great match with important stakes on the line. Thanks to interference from Orton Jr., Bockwinkel won via his BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER.
- As a result, at Vegasmania 3, for the first time, Bockwinkel will challenge Windham for the VWF Championship!
Backstage: Windham, upon seeing Bockwinkel will be his Vegasmania 3 opponent, is informed that next week he takes on another Heenan Family member his father Blackjack Mulligan in a non-title match!
Match #4: King Kong Bundy (managed by Bobby Heenan and also accompanied by Cowboy Bob Orton Jr.) defeated "Macho Man" Randy Savage
- The stipulation for this match was that if Savage won he would be added to the VWF Championship match against Windham and Bockwinkel at Vegasmania 3.
- Thanks to interference from Heenan who was desperate to deny Savage from getting a spot in the Vegasmania 3 VWF Championship match involving Bockwinkel and thanks to Bundy getting away with holding the ropes for extra leverage, Bundy won this match via a bodyslam.
- As a result, Savage is denied from being in the VWF Championship match at Vegasmania 3.
Vegasmania 3 March 27, Year 3 Allegiant Stadium Las Vegas, NV 1. World Champion Bruiser Brody vs Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rogers 2. VWF Champion Barry Windham vs Nick Bockwinkel 3. "Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs EAWA Champion Ted DiBiase 4. VWF Chairman Bob Backlund vs Kurt Angle 5. Special Attraction: Great Gama vs Lou Thesz 6. VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase ladder match: Val Venis vs more participants TBA 7. more matches TBA

The Elimination Chamber series of shows were incredible. Great matches and booking of the shows as always. I loved the Iron Sheik-Bob Backlund-Kurt Angle situation. Barry Windham, Shane Douglas, Mildred Burke and Bruiser Brody were real standouts for me. Incredible performances under tough circumstances. Also, very cool to see Bob & Brad Armstrong strike gold.
The VWF never fails to disappoint and now we head towards Vegasmania 3! The lineup already looks incredible.
