- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Dan Severn defeated Ric McCord
- McCord got in some surprisingly good offense early which included four early pinfall attempts on Severn. Severn however finally managed to gain control of the match and soon afterward picked up the victory via a belly to belly throw.
- Afterward, EAWA General Manager Angelo Poffo appeared and said Severn's impressive cage-fighting performance inside the elimination chamber in the Brass Knuckles Championship match this past weekend at Elimination Chamber: EAWA where Severn single-handedly eliminated all the other participants one by one until finally falling to the defending Brass Knuckles Champion Shane Douglas who entered the match last has earned him another Brass Knuckles Championship match and this time it will be 1 on 1 against the winner of tonight's main event inside a steel cage at Vegasmania 3!
Backstage: Big Van Vader and his manager "Precious" Paul Ellering are told by Poffo that Vader will be representing EAWA in one of three inter-brand matches at Vegasmania 3!
Match #2: Rob Van Dam defeated Eddie Gilbert (accompanied by Tommy Gilbert and Doug Gilbert) in a VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase Qualifying match
- RVD won via the Van Daminator to qualify for the VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase Qualifying match which so far also includes Val Venis.
Backstage: EAWA Tag Team Champions The Crusher and Jackie Fargo are told by Poffo that at Vegasmania 3 they will be defending the EAWA Tag Team Championship against 3 other tag teams to be determined in an elimination tag tornado match!
Match #3: Iron Sheik (managed by Shawn Daivari) defeated Kurt Angle
- Iron Sheik, who also recently defeated Angle's Vegasmania 3 opponent VWF Chairman Bob Backlund in controversial fashion when Angle threw in a white towel to signify Backlund's surrender, won this match when he got away with smashing Angle with a Persian club as Daivari distracted the referee and then immediately applied his CAMEL CLUTCH. Seeing that Angle was nonresponsive, the referee awarded the match to the Iron Sheik.
Backstage: Curt Hennig congratulates his friend RVD on qualifying for the VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase ladder match at Veasmania 3 and says next week he has his own qualifying match.
Match #4: Brass Knuckles Champion Shane Douglas (accompanied by Francine) defeated Ox Baker in a brass knuckles match.
- Baker, who earned this title shot by winning the Vegas Traditional Opening 4-Way elimination match at Elimination Chamber: EAWA this past weekend, gave Douglas some problems and even nailed him with the HEART PUNCH with brass knuckles. Douglas however won this match once Baker could not answer the ten count after a PITTSBURGH PLUNGE.
- As a result, Douglas retains the Brass Knuckles Championship which he will defend against Dan Severn in a steel cage match at Vegasmania 3.

- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
In the Ring: Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long introduces new World Champion Brusier Brody.
- Accompanied by Stan Hansen, Brody appears wearing the World Championship which he won in the World Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown. Brody is suddenly interrupted by Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rogers who has already announced his accepted plan to vacate the Intercontinental Championship to challenge Brody for the World Championship at Vegasmania 3.
- Rogers says Brody may now be a record-setting 5 time World Champion but that still does not equal his (Rogers's) 7 combined major championship reigns- 5 times MLW Champion, 1 time World Champion, and 1 time VWF Champion- and he is now going for his 8th major championship which he plans to win from Brody at Vegasmania 3!
Match #1: Sheepherders defeated Boogie Woogie Man and Brian Christopher
- This was a rematch requested by Boogie Woogie Man and Brian Christopher from last week's Smackdown in which the Sheepherders got DQd for using steel chairs.
- The Sheepherders won when Butch Miller pinned Christopher following DOUBLE GUTBUSTER.
- Afterward, the recent issues between Boogie Woogie Man and Christoper resurfaced as Christopher blamed Boogie Woogie Man for their loss despite being the one who got pinned.
Year 3 VWF Draft
- starts immediately after Vegasmania 3!
- takes place on every episode of RAW, EAWA, and Smackdown leading up to Vegasmania Backlash!
- in addition to the many wrestlers switching brands through the draft, there will be some new signings and some temporary departures!
Match #2: "Rowdy" Roddy Piper defeated Johnny Mantell
- Coming off of his in-ring VWF debut victory over Koko B. Ware at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown, Piper controlled this entire match and won via his SLEEPER.
- Afterward, Piper announced he will be competing at Vegasmania 3!
In the Ring: Mildred Burke is introduced by Long as the new Ladies Champion which she won in the Ladies Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown. This is the first championship in VWF for Burke.
Match #3: Ivan Koloff (accompanied by Killer Kowalski and Abdullah the Butcher) defeated Bob Roop[ (accompanied by Hacksaw Jim Duggan) in a VWF Money in the Bank Briefcase Qualifying match.
- During this match, an outside brawl occurred between Duggan and Abdullah the Butcher which distracted Roop leading to Koloff getting the victory via his RUSSIAN SICKLE.
- As a result, Koloff has qualified for the VWF Money in the Bank ladder match at Vegasmania 3 which also includes Val Venis, Rob Van Dam, and other competitors to be announced.
- Afterward, Roop reacted angrily toward Duggan and blamed him for his loss to Koloff.
In the Ring: Armstrongs are introduced by Long as the new United States Tag Team Champions which they won at Elimination Chamber: Smackdown. This is the first tag championship in VWF for the Armstrongs.

Roddy Piper is off to a great start. I'm really psyched to see who will take him on at Vegasmania 3.
Huge win for Tully Blanchard over Frank Gotch, albeit with the George Hackenschmidt interference, on Smackdown.
Glancing at the current lineup for Vegasmania 3, I am really intrigued by the Great Gama vs. Lou Thesz match. That has the potential to be a show stealer.
